As shown in fig. 5 and fig. 6, in particular, a portion of the intermediate connecting section 43 close to the second parallel section 42 forms a structure similar to an h-type or n-type clamping groove 44 with the second parallel section 42, and a flat plate where the clamping groove 44 is far away from the side wall of the second parallel section 42 extends towards the opening direction of the clamping groove 44 and forms the first parallel section 41, so as to ensure that the first parallel section 41 is arranged in a coplanar manner with the side wall of the clamping groove 44 far away from the second parallel section 42; at this time, as shown in fig. 6, the intermediate connection section 43 has an L-shaped structure. In order to facilitate the installation and fixation of the fixing member 4, the perpendicular projections of the first parallel section 41 and the second parallel section 42 on the wall body 1 do not overlap, so that the mutual interference between the first parallel section 41 and the second parallel section 42 when the screw is fixed is avoided.
In order to ensure stable clamping fixation between the clamping piece 5 and the fixing member 4, as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of protruding structures may be disposed on any side wall of the clamping groove 44, and/or a plurality of protruding structures may be disposed on any side surface of the insertion section 51 opposite to the side wall of the clamping groove 44, specifically, the protruding structures may be saw-toothed protrusions, or any protruding structures such as circular convex columns, and only the resistance of the insertion section 51 to break away from the clamping groove 44 needs to be increased, which is not specifically limited herein.
It should be noted that the protruding structure is a microstructure, and is mainly used to increase the frictional resistance between the plug connector and the clamping groove 44, and will not adversely affect the alignment effect of the decorative plate. In the above scheme, the protruding structures may be only disposed on the plug section 51, or only disposed on the side walls of the clamping groove 44, or the protruding structures may be disposed on the side walls of the plug section 51 and the clamping groove 44, so as to increase the frictional resistance between the plug section 51 and the clamping groove 44.
In order to make the fixing member 4 and the snap-in 5 have various installation manners, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, through holes 6 are respectively formed on the first parallel section 41, the second parallel section 42 and the fixing section 52; in this way, the fixing member 4 and the engaging piece 5 may be adhesively attached, or the fixing member 4 and the engaging piece 5 may be attached by a bolt or a screw, which may be flexibly selected according to actual conditions.
In addition, the through holes 6 formed in the first parallel section 41, the second parallel section 42 and the fixing section 52 can be all set as countersunk holes, so that after the mounting and fixing are carried out through countersunk screws or bolts, the ends of the bolts or the bolts cannot protrude out of the mounting plane.
The material of the fixing member 4 and the snap-in piece 5 only needs to be able to ensure the structural strength, and is not specifically limited herein, for example: the manufacturing material can be any one of metal, plastic or wood plastic material and the like. The fixing member 4 and the locking piece 5 are respectively manufactured by integral molding and injection molding, and when the manufacturing material is metal, the fixing member and the locking piece can be manufactured by welding or punching.
On the other hand, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an installation method of an installation structure of a decorative panel, as shown in fig. 9, including:
step S100: fixing one end of a fixing member 4 to the edge of the first decorative plate 2 close to the second decorative plate 3, and then fixing the other end of the fixing member 4 to the wall body 1;
step S200: the snap-in piece 5 is fixed to the edge of the second decorative panel 3 adjacent to the first decorative panel 2, and then the plug section 51 is inserted into the snap-in groove 44.
According to the installation method of the installation structure of the decorative plate, when the first decorative plate 2 and the second decorative plate are installed and fixed, only one end of the fixing component 4 needs to be fixed to the edge, close to the second decorative plate 3, of the first decorative plate 2, then the other end of the fixing component 4 is fixed to the wall body 1, then the clamping piece 5 is fixed to the edge, close to the first decorative plate 2, of the second decorative plate 3, and then the inserting section 51 is inserted into the clamping groove 44, and then the first decorative plate 2 and the second decorative plate 3 can be fixedly installed. At the in-process of the first decorative board 2 of fixed mounting and second decorative board 3, need not to go on the accurate measurement to the fixed component 4 and the installation fixed position of card income piece 5, only need earlier fixed component 4 with go into piece 5 with card respectively with first decorative board 2 and second decorative board 3 installation fixed, and insert the joint groove 44 with grafting section 51 joint in order, can realize the fixed mounting of first decorative board 2 and second decorative board 3, can save a large amount of measurement positioning time, the installation effectiveness of decorative board has been improved greatly.
Specifically, referring to the mounting structure of the trim panel shown in fig. 1, as shown in fig. 10, a specific mounting method of the mounting structure of the trim panel includes:
step S100': fixing the second parallel section 42 on the edge of the first decorative plate 2 close to the second decorative plate 3, aligning the end part of the second parallel section 42 close to the opening of the clamping groove 44 with the side wall of the first decorative plate 2 close to the second decorative plate 3, and then fixing the first parallel section 41 on the surface of the wall body 1;
step S200': the fixing section 52 is fixed on the edge of the second decorative plate 3 close to the first decorative plate 2, the end part of the fixing section 52 close to the plug-in section 51 is aligned with the side wall of the second decorative plate 3 close to the first decorative plate 2, and then the plug-in section 51 is inserted into the clamping groove 44 along the direction parallel to the wall body 1 until the second decorative plate 3 contacts with the first decorative plate 2.
Because joint groove 44 is parallel with wall body 1, along with grafting section 51 is constantly deepening joint groove 44, can make the side of first decorative board 2 and second decorative board 3 constantly be close to, until second decorative board 3 and the contact of first decorative board 2, realized inseparable installation between the decorative board, at this moment, have minimum assembly gap between first decorative board 2 and the second decorative board 3, the assembly gap is little and even, decorative effect is good.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, due to the limitation of the precision of the device or the installation error, the absolute parallel or perpendicular effect is difficult to achieve; in the present application, the vertical, parallel or equidirectional description is not an absolute limitation condition, but means that the vertical or parallel structural arrangement can be realized within a preset error range, and a corresponding preset effect is achieved, so that the technical effect of limiting the features can be realized to the maximum extent, and the corresponding technical scheme is convenient to implement and has high feasibility.

the clamping piece is fixed with the second decorative plate and comprises a splicing section, and the splicing section is inserted into the clamping groove to fixedly clamp the second decorative plate with the first decorative plate.

the first parallel section is fixed with the wall body, the second parallel section is fixed with the first decorative plate, the clamping groove is formed between the middle connecting section and the second parallel section, and the opening direction of the clamping groove faces the direction of the second decorative plate.

The mounting structure of a decorative plate according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of protruding structures are provided on any side wall of the clamping groove, and/or a plurality of protruding structures are provided on any side surface of the insertion section opposite to the side wall of the clamping groove.
6. The mounting structure of a decorative panel according to claim 3, wherein the first parallel section is spaced apart from a side wall of the catching groove away from the second parallel section in a direction perpendicular to the wall body.
7. The mounting structure for a decorative panel according to claim 3, wherein the first parallel section is disposed coplanar with a side wall of the catching groove away from the second parallel section in a direction perpendicular to the wall body.
8. The mounting structure for a decorative panel according to claim 7, wherein said first parallel section is bored with a countersunk hole toward said wall body.
9. The mounting structure of a decorative panel according to claim 3, wherein a minimum distance between an end of the insertion section remote from the fixing section and the fixing section is smaller than or equal to a depth of the catching groove.
10. The mounting structure of a decorative panel according to claim 3, wherein a sum of thicknesses of the fixing section and the insertion section is equal to a sum of a thickness of the second parallel section and a thickness of the catching groove in a direction perpendicular to the wall body.
11. A mounting method of a mounting structure of a decorative panel, for the mounting structure of a decorative panel according to any one of claims 1 to 10, comprising the steps of:
fixing one end of the fixing member to an edge of the first decorative plate adjacent to the second decorative plate, and then fixing the other end of the fixing member to the wall body;
and fixing the clamping piece on the edge of the second decorative plate close to the first decorative plate, and then inserting the insertion section into the clamping groove.
