Abstract
The invention relates to a movable combined type canopy and a construction method thereof, wherein the movable combined type canopy comprises a dustproof net and one or more groups of splicing units for hanging and supporting the dustproof net, and any one group of splicing units comprises a first steel structure frame body and a second steel structure frame body which is arranged on the opposite side of the first steel structure frame body in parallel; an electric hoist is mounted on the first steel beam, a fixed pulley is mounted on the second steel beam, a driving steel wire is connected between the electric hoist and the fixed pulley, the tail end of the dust screen is connected with the first steel beam, and the front end of the dust screen is fixed with the driving steel wire; be provided with the track steel wire between the corresponding tip of first girder steel and second girder steel, be fixed with the pulley on the long limit of dust screen, the pulley articulates on the track steel wire. The electric hoist drives the dust screen to move so as to achieve the purpose of opening and closing the dust screen. Background
Exposed earthwork is often required to be covered before excavation of earthwork on a construction site, but rolling of construction machinery and vehicles can damage a green net covered by the covering, rainwater and soil are soaked to accelerate aging of the green net, and the problems can weaken the dust raising prevention and control effect and can cause plastic pollution of the green net.
At present, a few construction projects in China adopt a large-span dustproof canopy system, but the application range is only limited to the use of a deep foundation pit with the depth larger than 15m, the large-span dustproof canopy system can be installed and used only when the foundation pit needs to be excavated to a position which is 8m away from the ground, and the large-span dustproof canopy system needs to be dismantled after the foundation is constructed, so that the investment is large, and the service cycle is short.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a movable combined type canopy and a construction method thereof, which can be arranged and spliced according to the requirements of a construction site.

The movable dustproof canopy system provided by the invention has the advantages that the dustproof canopy is modularized, and the plurality of dustproof canopy units are combined and spliced according to the requirement of the site covering area to form a set of dustproof canopy system which can be flexibly arranged, so that the raise dust of a construction site can be controlled within the canopy coverage range, and the pollution of the raise dust around the construction site is reduced. Compared with the existing dustproof canopy system, the dustproof canopy system has the characteristics of quick field installation and disassembly, is flexible in arrangement, convenient to turnover, small in influence on construction machinery, and can be arranged and used in the whole construction stage.

The invention can avoid being rolled by construction machinery in the using process, is aging-resistant, can uniformly process units, adopts the modes of bolt connection, splicing and the like for splicing, has small component size, is convenient to set up, and can be arranged for turnover according to the requirements of a construction site.
