Detailed Description
The present invention is described in terms of particular embodiments, other advantages and features of the invention will become apparent to those skilled in the art from the following disclosure, and it is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention and that it is not intended to limit the invention to the particular embodiments disclosed. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a construction method of a light-emitting antiskid permeable pavement, which is used for constructing the light-emitting antiskid permeable pavement. The road paved by the construction method has good luminous effect, is not influenced by weather environments such as rainy days and the like, and can continuously and uniformly emit light.
Specifically, the construction method of the luminous anti-skid permeable pavement comprises the following steps:
and S1, cleaning the base layer 1. Firstly, need clear up basic unit 1, guarantee the clean and tidy nature of basic unit 1 for basic unit 1 has better plane, thereby is convenient for lay the functional layer on basic unit 1 surface.
And S2, paving an LED lamp bead layer 2 on the upper surface of the base layer 1. The LED lamp bead layer 2 serves as a functional layer of a road, and corresponding LED lamp beads can be controlled to be lightened according to needs, so that the light-emitting antiskid permeable pavement is guaranteed to have a good light-emitting effect. Of course, this led lamp pearl layer 2 also is used for remedying the shortcoming of night light bisque 3, can light the regional led lamp pearl of the darker on road surface to improve the luminance in this region, in order to guarantee the luminous effect on whole luminous antiskid permeable pavement.
And S3, paving a luminous powder layer 3 on the upper surface of the LED lamp bead layer 2. The noctilucent powder layer 3 is used for absorbing light energy of solar energy or other light sources to emit light in dark environments such as at night, and the noctilucent powder layer 3 is self-luminous, so that the noctilucent powder layer can be used for remarkably reducing energy and is beneficial to saving energy.
And S4, paving a double-polypropylene polyurethane layer 4 on the upper surface of the noctilucent powder layer 3. The polypropylene polyurethane layer 4 has good wear resistance and is durable, so that the service life of the luminous anti-skidding water-permeable pavement is prolonged.
In this embodiment, the construction method of the light-emitting antiskid permeable pavement is not only very reasonable, but also has the following effects:
firstly, through 1 surface laying led lamp pearl layer 2 on the basic unit on road surface for the luminous time of led lamp pearl is controllable, and luminous effect is more even moreover, and the luminous influence that does not receive weather on led lamp pearl layer 2, makes this luminous anti-skidding permeable pavement have better luminous effect.
Secondly, the luminous powder layer 3 can absorb light energy in daytime and emit light at night, so that energy is effectively saved, and the luminous powder layer 3 can be laid in steep places of roads, so that the luminous antiskid permeable pavement is wide in application range. Meanwhile, in rainy days, the noctilucent powder layer 3 obviously increases the friction coefficient of the road surface, and the antiskid effect is better.
Thirdly, the acrylic polyurethane layer 4 has good wear resistance and weather resistance, and can well protect the luminous powder layer 3, thereby greatly prolonging the service life of the luminous anti-skidding permeable pavement.
Optionally, the led lamp bead layer 2 includes a plurality of lamp beads, and the plurality of lamp beads are uniformly distributed on the upper surface of the base layer 1. The corresponding lamp beads can be lightened according to the requirement, so that the light-emitting effect of the light-emitting anti-skidding permeable pavement is better ensured.
Optionally, led lamp pearl layer 2 still includes the switch, the switch with the lamp pearl electricity is connected, through switch control the opening and closing of lamp pearl. The switch is used for controlling the opening and closing of the lamp beads, so that the use is very simple, certain areas are lightened, and the light-emitting effect of the light-emitting anti-skidding permeable pavement is better guaranteed.
Optionally, one of the switches is connected with one of the lamp beads, and one of the switches controls the on and off of one of the lamp beads.
Or one switch is connected with a plurality of the lamp beads, and one switch controls the plurality of the lamp beads to be simultaneously opened or closed. This makes the control to the lamp pearl very simple, is convenient for also guarantee the luminous effect on road surface.
Optionally, a plurality of the beads are located in the same region of the led bead layer 2. When the luminous effect on the road surface of a certain area is not good, the lamp beads in the area can be lightened, the lamp beads in the area can be controlled through a switch, and the operation is very simple.
Optionally, the particle size of the noctilucent powder is 60-80 meshes, so that the noctilucent powder layer 3 has a good water permeation effect and a good light emitting effect.
Optionally, the noctilucent powder layer 3 is spread on the upper surface of the led lamp bead layer 2 by using an air pump to distribute the noctilucent powder. This makes the construction of the luminous powder layer 3 very simple, and also facilitates the uniformity of the luminous powder layer 3.
Optionally, the layer of dipropylene polyurethane 4 is transparent. This enables light to uniformly penetrate through the polypropylene polyurethane layer 4, resulting in a good luminous effect.
Optionally, the noctilucent powder layer 3 is bonded to the upper surface of the led lamp bead layer 2. This makes the fixed more stable between night light powder layer 3 and the led lamp pearl layer 2.
Optionally, the noctilucent powder layer 3 is fixed on the upper surface of the led lamp bead layer 2 through a glue 5. This enables the luminous powder layer 3 to be stably fixed on the upper surface of the led lamp bead layer 2. Wherein the glue 5 is a noctilucent stone glue with a particle size of 5mm-8 mm.
In conclusion, the road constructed by the construction method of the luminous anti-skid permeable pavement provided by the invention has better luminous effect, improves the weather resistance and can obviously prolong the service life of the luminous anti-skid permeable pavement.
Although the invention has been described in detail above with reference to a general description and specific examples, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that modifications or improvements may be made thereto based on the invention. Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
