For the patient who has a serious nipple depression and is treated in the initial stage by mainly lifting and exposing the nipple, the flat flexible ring gasket 4 can be adopted, the area of the inner hole 41 of the flexible ring gasket is slightly larger than that of the areola, a hollow part is not arranged, and three cylindrical hole buckles 42 which are arranged in a circumferential array and are matched with the lower buckle cap 341 of the outer edge lifting mechanism are arranged at the upper end of the surface of one side of the lower cavity of the flexible ring gasket 4.
In the actual treatment of such patients, the present apparatus may be used by the following steps:
pre-positioning of the S1 corrector: firstly, the central lifting sleeve 2 and the upper and lower fixing nuts (261,262) of the straightener are dismounted, and the columnar hole buckles 42 and the lower buckle caps 341 are combined one by one, so that the flexible ring gasket 4 and the outer edge lifting mechanism are mutually fixed to form the pre-combined straightener; by rotating the rotating handle 35, the driving planetary gear 33 drives the central gear 31 to rotate along the central hollow shaft, so as to drive the three transmission planetary gears 32 to rotate, at the moment, the thread of the lifting bolt 34 rotates relative to the inner hole thread of the transmission planetary gear 32, so as to enable the straight cut 342 of the side wall to slide along the limiting bulge 15 of the side wall of the mounting hole in a lifting way, and when the lower surface of the flexible ring gasket 4 is lifted to be level with the lower edge of the flexible gasket 11, the rotating handle 35 points to the main rotating scale mark 351 at the moment;
placing the pre-assembled appliance on the breast of the patient in a lying state, aligning the inner hole 41 of the flexible ring gasket with the invaginated nipple to form a pre-positioning state as shown in figure 4, rotating the rotating handle to move the cap-shaped bracket 10 downwards until the lower edge of the flexible gasket 11 is tightly attached to the breast, and recording the number of the rotating cycles of the rotating handle 35; then, reversely screwing the central lifting sleeve 2 into the central hollow shaft 14 until the upper edge of the central lifting sleeve 2 is contacted with the flexible ring gasket 4, and measuring the height difference between the bottom of the central hollow shaft 14 and the top wall of the cover-shaped support 10 as a first height for recording;
the pre-assembled appliance is removed and the cylindrical eyelet 42 is disengaged from the lower buckle cap 341, separating the flexible ring gasket 4 from the outer rim lifting mechanism and removing the central lifting sleeve 2 from the central hollow shaft 14.
S2 nail placement and nipple height pre-measurement: firstly, puncturing the side surface of the nipple of a patient through a puncture needle, and implanting a pair of flexible fixing wires 5 which penetrate through the two sides of the nipple in a cross-lapping mode to enable the lower edge of an expansion head 52 to be flush with the areola;
tearing off the protective paper on the pasting surface of the flexible ring gasket 4, pasting the pasting surface of the flexible ring gasket with the breast, aligning the nipple with the circle center of the inner hole 41 of the flexible ring gasket, extruding the nipple from the areola part through the inner hole 41 of the flexible ring gasket with proper size, and enabling the two expansion heads 52 to be out of the inner hole 41 of the flexible ring gasket after the flexible ring gasket is kneaded and bent by the flexible fixing wire 5;
because the whole contact area between the flexible ring gasket 4 and the breast is higher, the joint part between the breast and the flexible ring gasket 4 can be more stable when the breast is bonded and worn, and the form change of the joint part caused by the breast vibration is prevented, so that the stability between the cover-shaped bracket 10 and the breast skin is effectively maintained, and other parts of the breast can still keep a free moving state;
when the expansion head 52 is buckled in the annular groove 23 on the inner side wall of the hollow hole of the central lifting sleeve 2, the expansion head 52 can be stably buckled in the annular groove 23 due to the strong magnetic force action of the magnetic ring 22, and the central lifting sleeve 2 can maintain good position stability relative to the flexible ring gasket 4 and the nipple under the limiting action of the flexible ring gasket 4 on the attaching part of the breast and the inner hole 41 of the flexible ring gasket on the areola and the nipple, so that the accuracy and controllability of the nipple lifting height can be ensured when the central lifting sleeve 2 lifts the nipple;
at this time, the doctor can reach the target height by pre-pulling the central lifting sleeve 2, obtain the height of the upper edge of the central lifting sleeve 2 relative to the inner hole 41 of the flexible ring gasket in the pulling state and the natural state, calculate the height difference between the two and record the height difference as a second height.
Wearing of the S3 orthosis: kneading the expansion head 52 to bend the flexible fixing wire 5, so that the expansion head 52 is released from the magnetic engagement and fixation with the annular groove 23 and the magnetic ring 22; after the lower fixing nut 262 is screwed to the central lifting sleeve 2, the central lifting sleeve 2 is screwed to the central hollow shaft 14 until the height between the upper edge of the central lifting sleeve 2 and the upper surface of the top wall of the cover-shaped bracket 10 reaches a first height, and the lower fixing nut 262 and the lower surface of the top wall of the cover-shaped bracket 10 are adjusted to reach a second height, the expansion head 52 is kneaded again to bend the flexible fixing wire 5, so that the expansion head 52 is magnetically fastened and fixed with the annular groove 23 and the magnetic ring 22, and the columnar hole buckle 42 and the lower buckle cap 341 are fastened again to complete the wearing of the corrector.
Correction of the nipple with the S4 corrector: the central lifting sleeve 2 is rotated upwards, and due to the magnetic adsorption of the magnetic ring 22 to the expansion head 52 and the buckling of the annular groove 23 to the expansion head 52, the expansion head 52 slides along the annular groove 23 when the central lifting sleeve 2 is rotated upwards, and is driven by the central lifting sleeve 2 to ascend; when the central lifting sleeve 2 is lifted to the state that the lower fixing nut 262 is abutted against the lower surface of the top wall of the cover-shaped bracket 10, the lower fixing nut 262 prevents the central lifting sleeve 2 from being lifted so as to provide a hand feeling prompt for a doctor. After the above operation is completed, the upper fixing nut 261 is screwed with the central elevation housing 2, so that the height of the central elevation housing 2 is maintained and fixed in a state as shown in fig. 5.
The accuracy of the nipple lifting and correcting effect of the central lifting sleeve 2 is ensured through the reading of the scales and the limiting action of the upper and lower fixing nuts (261 and 262). For doctors who are not familiar with the operation of the corrector, the height difference between the height of the central lifting sleeve 2 and the first height is read and compared with the second height, and if the error between the two is within a reasonable range, the adjustment process is considered to be accurate; when the error exceeds the range due to misoperation, the doctor can conveniently judge the error and reasonably adjust the error;
along with the progress of the treatment stage of the patient, the doctor can know the treatment state of the patient based on the original scale record, so that the traction correction adjustment of the next stage can be carried out according to the record of the original treatment state, and the accuracy of the treatment process is improved in a quantitative operation mode.
Example 2
In this embodiment, a flexible ring gasket 4 'as shown in fig. 6 and a central lifting sleeve 2' as shown in fig. 7 are used as a substitute for the embodiment 1.
For a patient with a large breast size and a slightly depressed nipple, for example, a flexible ring gasket 4 'as shown in fig. 6 may be adopted, the flexible ring gasket 4' is in a ring cone shape, three fan-shaped hollow holes 43 'arranged in a circumferential array are arranged outside an inner hole 41' of the flexible ring gasket, a fixing portion is arranged on one side of a convex surface of the flexible ring gasket 4', and an adhesive surface is arranged on one side of a concave surface of the flexible ring gasket 4'.
By this arrangement, the form of the flexible ring spacer 4 is better able to conform to the tapered breast skin, and is therefore more suitable for use with patients having larger breast sizes; the area of the inner hole 41' of the flexible ring gasket is larger than that of the areola, so that the pigmentation aggravation at the nipple areola can be effectively avoided; and for patients with mild crater nipple or patients who have been subjected to later adjustment treatment, the wearing comfort can be improved to a certain extent by using the flexible ring gasket 4' with the area of the inner hole enlarged;
the wearing comfort is also improved by adding the hollow holes on the flexible ring gasket 4', and the wearing comfort of the flexible ring gasket 4' can be improved by arranging three fan-shaped hollow holes 43 ' in a circumferential array manner on the flexible ring gasket 4' in the graph of fig. 6, when the sticking surface of the flexible ring gasket 4' is stuck with a breast, and the contact surface of the breast and the flexible ring gasket 4' maintains a relatively stable shape under the support of the flexible ring gasket 4 ';
the flexible ring gasket 4 'can be combined and fixed with the outer edge lifting mechanism in embodiment 1, and similarly, the upper end of the convex surface side of the flexible ring gasket 4' is provided with three cylindrical hole buckles 42 'arranged in a circumferential array, each cylindrical hole buckle 42' is correspondingly buckled and fixed with each lower buckle cap 341, so that the inner hole 41 'of the flexible ring gasket is positioned on the periphery of the central lifting sleeve 2' and the sticking surface faces the opening side of the lower cavity, and the use process can be used according to the operation process as in embodiment 1; in order to facilitate the lifting of the central lifting sleeve, the upper edge of the central lifting sleeve 2' is provided with a hexagon socket 20 ', which can conveniently rotate the central lifting sleeve 2' through a matched hexagonal rotating rod; of course, the upper edge of the central lifting sleeve 2 'can be provided with various shapes for matching with the rotating rod, and the hexagonal socket 20' is selected and not limited in shape in the embodiment.

2. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the central lifting sleeve is in a hollow column shape.
3. The apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the upper end and the lower end of the top wall of the cover-shaped support are also provided with fixing nuts, and the fixing nuts are matched with the threads of the outer wall of the central lifting sleeve in a matching and screwing manner.
