Description
Technical Field
The subject of the invention is a ring spinning machine (ring spinning machine) of a spinning line to obtain bobbins of yarn from bobbins of roving (generally originating from the roving machine).
Background
It is known that, after drafting and twisting (twist) the roving, the spinning machine is able to process the bobbins of roving to obtain bobbins of yarn therefrom.
To this end, the spinning machine comprises a frame (gap) extending along a longitudinal axis, on which bobbins of roving are suspended, a drawing device (drawing device) placed below the frame, comprising a set of cylinders with longitudinal extension, between which the roving passes for drawing, and a creel (bank) carrying a row of spindles along the longitudinal axis, the spindles rotating about the vertical axis of the spindles, the drawn and twisted yarn being wound on the spindles.
In order to increase the productivity of the spinning machine, there are generally two opposite creels, each provided with a row of spindles.
The spindles are rotated about a vertical axis by a belt drive in which the belt is driven by an electric motor and engages the spindles of the two creels.
There are many solutions related to driving devices for spinning machines.
Examples are described in international applications WO-A1-2009/040734 and WO-A1-2009/040839, published EP-A1-0400260, italian patent application No. 10 2018 000 009 103, all in the name of the applicant. Other solutions are described in documents US 5,590,514, US 4,944,144, WO-A1-2007/039260 and DE 2125597.
However, the current trend in this field is to provide creels with a very high number of spindles in order to increase the productivity of the spinning line.
However, the applicant has found that increasing the number of spindles causes drawbacks to occur, both in relation to the operation of the spinning machine and in relation to further aspects, such as the execution of maintenance operations.
For example, it has been found that maintaining optimal synchronization of the RPM of the motor controlling the rotation of the spindle is particularly difficult when the number of spindles is very large (e.g. over 1900) with further technical drawbacks.

In particular, the spinning machine 1 comprises two opposite creels 10A, 10B along which longitudinally aligned, respective spindles 12A,12B are arranged between a head 20 of the spinning machine 1 and a tail 22 of the spinning machine 1.
On each creel 10A, 10B, the spindles 12A,12B are sequentially divided into two or more subgroups from the head 20 to the tail 22. Thus, a spindle 12A is defined on the first creel 10A ij I= … … n, where n is the total number of spindles in each sub-group of spindles, j= … … k, where k is the total number of sub-groups on the first creel 10A. In other words, reference numeral 12A 11 A first spindle representing a first subset of the first creel; 12A ij An i-th spindle of the j-th group of the first creel is shown.
The spindle 12B of the second creel 10B is represented in the same way ij 。
The spindles of the respective sub-groups of the first and second creels form opposite groups.
For example, the spindles 12A of the first subset of the first creel 10A i1 And a first subset of spindles 12B of the second creel 10B i1 Spindle (12A, 12B) which together form a first group of spinning machine 1 1 . Generally, the spindle 12A of the j-th subgroup of the first creel 10A ij And spindle 12B of the j-th subgroup of the second creel 10B ij Spindle (12A, 12B) of the j-th group of spinning machine 1 j 。
