When the PCB board enters the etching area 401, the PCB board blocks the first infrared receiver 109 from receiving the infrared ray, so that the information is fed back to the control box 100, and the control box automatically controls the start of the etching solution spraying. Similarly, when the PCB enters the cleaning area 402, the PCB blocks the second infrared receiver 111 from receiving infrared rays, so that the information is fed back to the control box 100, and the control box automatically controls the cleaning liquid to start spraying, thereby realizing the automation of the whole process.

1. the upper end of the U-shaped frame (1) is provided with a processing cover shell (4), the middle of the processing cover shell (4) is provided with a vertical partition plate (400), the left end and the right end of the processing cover shell (4) are divided into an etching area (401) and a cleaning area (402) by the vertical partition plate (400), a step etching device (5) is arranged in the etching area (401), the step etching device (5) comprises an L-shaped plate (501) and a telescopic device (502) arranged on the upper surface of the processing cover shell (4), the lower end of the telescopic device (502) extends into the etching area (401) to be fixedly connected with the L-shaped plate (501), the front side surface of the L-shaped plate (501) is provided with four guide rollers (503), the four guide rollers (503) are rotatably connected on the front side surface of the L-shaped plate (501) in an inverted trapezoid shape, a belt (504) is wound on the four guide rollers (503), a plurality of etching line crossing ports (5041) are arranged on the belt (504), the rear side surface of the L-shaped plate (501) is provided with a stepping motor (505), one of the stepping motor (505), and an output shaft (501) of the servo motor (507) passes through one of the servo motor (501), and the servo motor (501) is connected with an output shaft (507), the etching device is characterized in that a connecting plate (508) is arranged at the front end of the L-shaped plate (501), the front end of a lead screw (507) is rotationally connected with a bearing seat on the connecting plate (508), a guide slide bar (509) parallel to the lead screw (507) is connected between the L-shaped plate (501) and the connecting plate (508), a moving block (510) is arranged on the lead screw (507) and the guide slide bar (509), a threaded hole and a sliding hole which are matched with the lead screw (507) and the guide slide bar (509) are formed in the moving block (510), a pipe body clamping ring (511) is connected to the side surface of the moving block (510), a first liquid pump (512) is arranged on the rear side surface of the etching liquid storage box (2), the liquid inlet end of the first liquid pump (512) is communicated with the etching liquid storage box (2), the liquid outlet end of the first liquid pump (512) is connected with a first liquid pipe (513), the end of the first liquid pipe (513) extending into the etching area (401) is connected with an S-shaped telescopic pipe (514), the end of the S-shaped telescopic pipe (514) penetrates through the L-shaped plate (501) and is matched with the end of a spray head (511) of the spray pipe (515);
the back flank of washing liquid bin (3) is provided with second liquid pump (301), the inlet end and washing liquid bin (3) of second liquid pump (301) are linked together, the play liquid end of second liquid pump (301) is connected with second transfer line (302), end connection washing liquid shower head (303) that second transfer line (302) stretched into cleaning zone (402).
