Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hydroelectric generating sets, in particular to a hydraulic system leakage detection method for a hydraulic turbine governor.
Background
At present, hydraulic speed regulators are used in most hydroelectric generating sets of hydropower stations, energy storage of a hydraulic system is realized by generating hydraulic oil pressure through intermittent short-time oil pumping action of an oil pump motor, the hydraulic oil pressure of the hydraulic system is kept stable in a narrow range for a long time, and then the opening action of guide vanes of a water turbine is controlled by utilizing the energy output stored in the hydraulic system, so that the frequency stability and the active load regulation of the hydroelectric generating sets are realized.
In order to meet the control requirement of the water turbine generator set in a hydraulic system of the speed regulator, the hydraulic system is provided with an actuating cylinder and a hydraulic control valve, and hydraulic oil on one side of a valve core of the hydraulic system is pressurized while hydraulic oil on the other side of the valve core of the hydraulic system is unpressurized; if the case is because of frequent wearing and tearing or ageing leakproofness variation, hydraulic oil can leak the one side of no pressure from the one side of having pressure automatically through the case, arouse the self-loss of hydraulic system stored energy, can make the oil pump motor of speed regulator frequently start like this, not only can increase power consumption, shorten oil pump motor life, still can make hydraulic oil temperature rise, accelerate the ageing of hydraulic system internal seal rubber, it is serious because hydraulic system leaks simultaneously probably, can't rely on hydraulic system energy storage self-closing hydraulic turbine stator and cause huge risk when the power station loses electricity. Therefore, real-time detection of governor hydraulic system leakage is necessary.
Because the valve core is sealed in the metal structure, the leakage of the hydraulic oil cannot be directly seen, and the sensor cannot be directly installed for detection, and generally the detection can be carried out only in an indirect mode.
At present, many small and medium-sized hydropower stations do not pay attention to the leakage problem of a hydraulic system of a hydraulic governor, and the leakage problem may be related to the fact that no good detection means exists, so that an oil pump motor on the governor needs to be replaced frequently, and a habitual thinking of periodic replacement is formed. Some power stations with better management adopt a coarser mode, and are mainly judged by observing the frequency degree of the starting of an oil pump motor of a speed regulator by a power station attendant, but the problem is that the starting of the oil pump motor is very frequent when a hydraulic generator set is started, stopped and normally regulates load, so that the power station attendant often has misjudgment and cannot know the leakage degree, and the power station attendant is difficult to stop for overhauling due to the lack of reliable data support.
