Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of hydroelectric generating sets, in particular to a hydraulic system leakage detection method of a hydraulic turbine governor.
Background
At present, most hydroelectric generating sets of hydropower stations use a hydraulic speed regulator, hydraulic oil pressure is generated through intermittent short-time oil pumping action of an oil pump motor to realize energy storage of a hydraulic system, the hydraulic oil pressure of the hydraulic system is kept stable in a narrow range for a long time, and then the opening action of a guide vane of a water turbine is controlled by utilizing energy output stored by the hydraulic system, so that the stability of the frequency of the hydroelectric generating set and the adjustment of active load are realized.
In order to meet the control requirement of the hydroelectric generating set in the hydraulic system of the speed regulator, the hydraulic system is provided with an action oil cylinder and a hydraulic control valve, wherein the hydraulic oil on one side of a valve core of the action oil cylinder and the hydraulic control valve is pressurized, and the other side of the valve core of the action oil cylinder and the hydraulic control valve is pressureless; if the valve core is worn frequently or aged and poor in tightness, hydraulic oil can automatically leak to the pressureless side from the pressureless side through the valve core, so that the self-loss of energy storage energy of the hydraulic system is caused, the oil pump motor of the speed regulator is started frequently, the power consumption is increased, the service life of the oil pump motor is shortened, the temperature of the hydraulic oil is increased, the ageing of sealing rubber in the hydraulic system is accelerated, and meanwhile, the hydraulic system is seriously leaked, and huge risks are possibly caused because the guide vane of the hydraulic turbine cannot be automatically closed by the energy storage of the hydraulic system when the hydropower station loses electricity. Therefore, real-time detection of governor hydraulic system leakage is necessary.
Because the valve cores are sealed in the metal structure, hydraulic oil leakage cannot be directly seen, and the hydraulic oil leakage cannot be detected by directly installing a sensor, and the hydraulic oil leakage can be detected only in an indirect mode.
At present, many medium-sized and small hydropower stations do not pay attention to the leakage problem of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic turbine speed regulator, and certainly, the leakage problem can also be related to the fact that a better detection means is not available, so that the oil pump motor on the speed regulator is frequently required to be replaced, and a habitual thinking of periodic replacement is formed. Some power stations with better management are roughly judged by observing the frequent degree of starting of the oil pump motor of the governor by a power station operator, but the problem is that the oil pump motor is frequently started when a hydroelectric generating set is started, stopped and normally adjusts the load, so that the operator on duty of the power station often has misjudgment and can not know the leakage degree, and the operator is difficult to overhaul due to no reliable data support, therefore, the leakage detection method of the hydraulic system of the governor of the water turbine is provided.
