when the first inserting plate 101 is inserted into the second inserting groove 202, the inserting plate pin 602 is clamped and connected with the first inserting plate hole 105 on the first inserting plate 101 when the positioning pin thread 601 on the positioning pin 6 is screwed and connected with the second positioning pin hole 206 on the second flange 2;
therefore, the second inserting plate 201 can be fixed in the first inserting groove 102 of the first flange 1 through the positioning pin 6, and the first inserting plate 101 is fixed in the second inserting groove 202 of the second flange 2, so that the first flange 1 and the second flange 2 can bear certain tension, and the stability of the whole flange structure is improved.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, a positioning pin thread 601 is provided on the positioning pin 6, a hexagonal groove 603 is provided at one end of the positioning pin thread 601, an insert pin 602 is fixedly provided at one end of the positioning pin thread 601, the positioning pin thread 601 is screwed with the first positioning pin hole 106 or the second positioning pin hole 206, and the insert pin 602 is engaged with the first insert hole 105 or the second insert hole 205;

the small sealing rings 9 are arranged inside the first inserting plate 101 and the second inserting plate 201, and the first sealing disc 4 and the second sealing disc 5 are sleeved outside the first inserting plate 101 and the second inserting plate 201, so that the sealing performance of the whole flange can be improved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the connection disc through hole 302 is opened inside the fixed connection disc 3, the first sealing disc through hole 402 is opened inside the first sealing disc 4, the second sealing disc through hole 502 is opened inside the second sealing disc 5, the connection disc through hole 302, the first sealing disc through hole 402 and the second sealing disc through hole 502 are all sleeved on the first inserting plate 101 or the second inserting plate 201, the first inserting plate 101 or the second inserting plate 201 with the first sealing disc 4 and the second sealing disc 5 external member can be conveniently arranged, the structure is simple, and the installation convenience is improved.
In the embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a fluorescent sticker 10 is disposed at an end of the first flange 1 away from the fixed connection disc 3, and a fluorescent sticker 10 is also fixedly disposed at an end of the second flange 2 away from the fixed connection disc 3;
for the externally placed flange, the fluorescent sticker 10 on the two sides of the flange can play a certain warning role, and meanwhile, the identification can be conveniently carried out at night, so that unnecessary injuries to pedestrians are avoided.
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the method for installing a high-strength flange connection structure provided in this embodiment includes the following steps:
s1: firstly, placing a small sealing ring 9 in the first inserting plate 101 or the second inserting plate 201, sleeving a first sealing disc 4 on the first inserting plate 101, and sleeving a second sealing disc 5 on the second inserting plate 201;
s2: then, a fastening screw 301 on one side surface of the fixed connecting disc 3 sequentially penetrates through a first screw through hole 401 on the first sealing disc 4 and a first fixing hole 104 on the first flange plate 103, and a fastening screw 301 on the other side surface of the fixed connecting disc 3 sequentially penetrates through a second screw through hole 501 on the second sealing disc 5 and a second fixing hole 204 on the second flange plate 203;
s3: fixing a fastening nut 7 on the fastening screw rod 301 by using a wrench, so that the first flange 1 and the second flange 2 are both fixed on the connecting disc 3;
s4: finally, one end of the hexagonal wrench is inserted into the hexagonal groove 603 of the positioning pin 6, so that the board insertion pin 602 of the positioning pin 6 is engaged with the first board insertion hole 105 or the second board insertion hole 205.

1. A high-strength flange connecting structure comprises a first flange (1) and a second flange (2), it is characterized in that a fixed connecting disc (3) is arranged between the first flange (1) and the second flange (2), a first flange plate (103) is fixedly arranged on the first flange (1), a plurality of first fixing holes (104) which are uniformly distributed are arranged on the first flange plate (103), a second flange plate (203) is fixedly arranged on the second flange (2), a plurality of second fixing holes (204) which are uniformly distributed are arranged on the second flange plate (203), two side surfaces of the fixed connecting disc (3) are respectively provided with a plurality of fastening screw rods (301) which are centrosymmetric, the fastening screw rod (301) penetrates through the first flange plate (103) and the second flange plate (203) respectively and is connected with a fastening nut (7) in a screwing mode;
first flange (1) is close to a side of fixed connection pad (3) is provided with first picture peg (101) of symmetric distribution, set up first slot (102) of symmetric distribution on first flange (1), first slot (102) with first picture peg (101) are in same side, second flange (2) are close to a side of fixed connection pad (3) seted up with second slot (202) that first picture peg (101) block is connected, be provided with second picture peg (201) of symmetric distribution on second flange (2), second picture peg (201) with first slot (102) block is connected.

A high-strength flange connection structure according to claim 1, wherein: first flange (1) with be provided with first sealed dish (4) between fixed connection dish (3), seted up on first sealed dish (4) with first fixed orifices (104) corresponding first lead screw through-hole (401), fastening lead screw (301) run through in proper order first lead screw through-hole (401) and first fixed orifices (104) extend to the outside of first fixed orifices (104), second flange (2) with be provided with second sealed dish (5) between fixed connection dish (3), seted up on second sealed dish (5) with second fixed orifices (204) corresponding second lead screw through-hole (501), fastening lead screw (301) run through in proper order second lead screw through-hole (501) with second fixed orifices (204) extend to the outside of second fixed orifices (204).

A high-strength flange connection structure according to claim 1, wherein: the first flange (1) is provided with first positioning pin holes (106) which are symmetrically distributed, the first positioning pin holes (106) are communicated with the first slot (102), positioning pins (6) are arranged inside the first positioning pin holes (106), the positioning pins (6) penetrate through the first positioning pin holes (106) and are fixedly connected with the second inserting plate (201), the second inserting plate (201) is provided with second inserting plate holes (205) which are connected with the positioning pins (6) in a clamping manner, the second flange (2) is provided with second positioning pin holes (206) which are symmetrically distributed, the second positioning pin holes (206) are communicated with the second inserting plate (202), the positioning pins (6) are also arranged inside the second positioning pin holes (206), and the positioning pins (6) penetrate through the second positioning pin holes (206) and are fixedly connected with the first inserting plate (101), and a first inserting plate hole (105) which is connected with the positioning pin (6) in a clamping manner is formed in the first inserting plate (101).
