It should be noted that, the ends of the first butt strap 11 and the second butt strap 12, which are far away from the bottom of the color steel tile 1, are both bent, and the first butt strap 11 and the second butt strap 12 are bent in the same direction, wherein the inner space of the bent first butt strap 11 is slightly larger than the inner space of the bent second butt strap 12, and the inner space is a concave space facing one side of the bottom of the color steel tile 1 after the first butt strap 11 and the second butt strap 12 are bent, so that when two color steel tiles 1 are connected, the first butt strap 11 of one color steel tile 1 can be lapped and covers the outer side of the second butt strap 12 of the other color steel tile 1. Meanwhile, the connecting portion 34 of the first clip piece 301 and the connecting portion 34 of the second clip piece 302 are both bent, the connecting portion 34 of the first clip piece 301 can be overlapped on the outer side surface of the first butt strap 11, the connecting portion 34 of the second clip piece 302 can be overlapped on one side surface of the second butt strap 12 opposite to the first butt strap 11, so that the first butt strap 11 and the second butt strap 12 can be sandwiched between the connecting portion 34 of the first clip piece 301 and the connecting portion 34 of the second clip piece 302, after the first butt strap 11, the second butt strap 12, the connecting portion 34 of the first clip piece 301 and the connecting portion 34 of the second clip piece 302 are folded by a set angle, the reliable connection of two color steel tiles 1 can be realized, and the reliable support of the first clip piece 301 and the second clip piece 302 on the photovoltaic module 2 can be realized.
The end of the first lap 11 is formed with a groove 111, the bending direction of the groove 111 is opposite to the bending direction of the first lap 11, and the end of the second lap 12 extends into the groove 111. Therefore, the groove 111 can be located in the concave space formed by the first overlap edge 11 after being bent, and meanwhile, the groove 111 of the first overlap edge 11 can cover the end part of the second overlap edge 12, so that the waterproof effect on the overlapping position of the first overlap edge 11 and the second overlap edge 12 can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 6, a gap 4 is formed between the end of the second butt end 12 and the groove 111. This clearance 4 can avoid taking place the damage that rigid collision caused and the noise of production between second scrap (bridge) 12 and the first scrap (bridge) 11 on the one hand, and on the other hand can leave the space for the injecting glue, through injecting glue in this clearance 4, can further promote the sealed effect of first scrap (bridge) 11 and second scrap (bridge) 12 overlap joint position department.
Further, as shown in fig. 3 and 6, the second lap 12 is formed with a projection 121. This bellying 121 on the one hand can be convenient for gluey adhering to promote sealed effect, on the other hand, after first scrap (bridge) 11 and the 12 book of second scrap (bridge) are rolled over, first scrap (bridge) 11 can extrude each other with second scrap (bridge) 12, can take place slight elastic deformation after this bellying 121 pressurized, and provide the extrusion force that lasts, thereby can guarantee the reliable butt of first scrap (bridge) 11 and second scrap (bridge) 12, guarantee the reliability that two various steel tile 1 connect.
As shown in fig. 11, the embodiment of the present application further provides a photovoltaic tile, which includes a photovoltaic module 2 and the color steel tile member provided in any embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, fig. 11 is a schematic top view of fig. 4, and the photovoltaic module 2 is mounted on the color steel tile 1 of the color steel tile member through a connector.

Claims (16)

1. The connecting piece is applied to a color steel tile (1) and is characterized by comprising a connecting portion (34) and at least one supporting portion (31), one end of the connecting portion (34) is fixedly connected with the supporting portion (31), and the other end of the connecting portion (34) is bent to one side away from the supporting portion (31).

The connecting piece according to claim 2, characterized in that the connecting piece (3) further comprises a support fixing portion (33) connected with one end of the cushioning portion (32) away from the support portion (31), the support fixing portion (33) abutting against the color steel tile (1).
4. A connection piece according to claim 1, wherein the length of the support portion (31) extending away from the connection portion (34) is 25-45 mm.
5. The connector according to claim 1, wherein the support portion (31) has a recess (36) formed therein.
6. A connection piece according to claim 5, wherein the width of the groove (36) is 10-20 mm and the depth of the groove (36) is 2-10 mm.

The connection piece according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein the connection piece (3) is of an integrally formed structure; or, the connecting piece (3) comprises a first clamping piece (301) and a second clamping piece (302), the connecting part of the first clamping piece (301) is bent to form a first concave space, the connecting part of the second clamping piece (302) is bent to form a second concave space, and the first concave space is larger than the second concave space.
8. A color steel tile member, characterized by comprising a color steel tile (1) and a connecting piece (3) according to any one of claims 1-7;
a first lap edge (11) and a second lap edge (12) are respectively formed on two sides of each color steel tile (1), and the first lap edge (11) of one color steel tile (1) is lapped with the second lap edge (12) of the other color steel tile (1);
the connecting part (34) of the connecting piece (3) is wrapped on the first overlap edge (11) and the second overlap edge (12) which are overlapped together, and the connecting part (34), the first overlap edge (11) and the second overlap edge (12) are fixed through a set angle of folding; the support part (31) of the connecting piece (3) extends towards the area between the first lap (11) and the second lap (12) of a color steel tile.
9. A color steel tile member according to claim 8, characterized in that the color steel tile (1) comprises a bottom, the surface of the support portion (31) on the side facing away from the bottom being planar.
10. A color steel tile member according to claim 9, wherein said color steel tile (1) further comprises transition portions (13), said transition portions (13) being respectively provided at both sides of said bottom portion, said first and second beads (11, 12) being respectively formed at one of said transition portions;
one end, far away from the supporting part (31), of the buffering part (32) of the connecting piece (3) abuts against the transition part (13), and a buffering space (35) is formed among the supporting part (31), the buffering part (32) and the transition part (13).

A color steel tile member according to claim 8, wherein said connecting member (3) comprises a first clip member (301) and a second clip member (302), wherein a connecting portion (34) of said first clip member (301) overlaps a surface of said first clip member (11), and a connecting portion (34) of said second clip member (302) overlaps a side surface of said second clip member (12) facing away from said first clip member (11).

The color steel tile member according to claim 8, wherein the first overlap (11) and the second overlap (12) are formed with bent portions, the bent portions of the first overlap (11) and the second overlap (12) are bent in the same direction, a groove (111) is formed at an end of the first overlap (11), the groove is bent in a direction opposite to that of the first overlap (11), and an end of the second overlap (12) extends into the groove (111).
13. A color steel tile member according to claim 12, wherein a gap (4) is formed between the end of the second butt strap (12) and the groove (111).
14. A color steel tile member according to claim 12, wherein said second overlap (12) has a protrusion (121) formed thereon.
15. A color steel tile member according to any one of claims 8-14, wherein said set angle is 540 °.
16. A photovoltaic tile comprising a photovoltaic module (2) and a color steel tile member as claimed in any one of claims 8 to 15, said photovoltaic module (2) being mounted to said color steel tile member.
