The present application sets the upper surface of the protruding portion 30, that is, the first surface 31 of the side of the protruding portion 30 away from the plane of the horizontal portion 01 is a plane, specifically, the plane of the first surface 31 may be parallel to the plane of the horizontal portion 01, so that a micro-protruding structure with a small surface area does not exist on the upper surface of the protruding portion 30, and a tip structure is avoided from being formed on the upper side of the color steel tile 100 to a certain extent.
Therefore, when the color steel tile 100 is applied to the technical field of photovoltaics, the photovoltaic module 391 is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the color steel tile 100, and the surface of the photovoltaic module 391 is usually made of glass or other relatively fragile materials, so that the upper surface of the bulge 30 of the color steel tile 100 is arranged to be a plane, for example, when the ambient temperature of the color steel tile 100 is relatively hot, the bulge is easy to expand, the risk that the upper surface of the bulge 30 of the color steel tile 100 collides with the photovoltaic module 391 arranged on the upper side of the bulge is present, and the situation that the surface of the photovoltaic module 391 is cracked due to the fact that the upper surface of the bulge 30 is arranged to be a plane can be avoided, thereby being beneficial to prolonging the service life of the photovoltaic module 391.
In addition, when various steel tile 100 applies to photovoltaic technology field, because various steel tile 100 upside sets up photovoltaic module 391 weight ratio great, and the area is great, under long-time gravity effect, or when photovoltaic module 391 receives the external force of pushing down, the condition that the photovoltaic module 391 probably takes place deformation or sink to the gravity direction, the first surface 31 of various steel tile 100 bellying 30 can play the supporting role of photovoltaic module 391 this moment, and because the length of bellying 30 is the same with the length of whole various steel tile 100, the supporting effect to photovoltaic module 391 is also better, can avoid photovoltaic module 391 to appear by a wide margin downward displacement because of external force, or risk such as fracture, thereby be favorable to guaranteeing the life of this photovoltaic module 391. And when the photovoltaic module 391 subsides, the first surface 31 of the various steel tile 100 bellying 30 that is used for supporting it sets up to the plane, also can avoid causing the cracked condition in photovoltaic module 391 surface to appear to be favorable to improving photovoltaic module 391's life more.
The color steel tiles 100 include male ribs 52 and female ribs 51 respectively arranged at two sides of the horizontal portion 01 in the width direction, and in the process of splicing the color steel tiles 100, the male ribs 52 in one color steel tile 100 can be matched with the female ribs 51 in one color steel tile 100 adjacently arranged to realize tight splicing of two adjacent color steel tiles 100.
The fixed connection mechanism 36 is used for clamping the male rib 52 and the female rib 51 sleeved by two adjacent color steel tiles 100, so that the fixing effect of the two adjacent color steel tiles 100 is better, and the splicing stability between the color steel tiles 100 is improved.
The clamping mechanisms 35 are arranged at least on one side of the left and right directions of the fixed connecting mechanism 36, or the two clamping mechanisms 35 are respectively arranged on two sides of the left and right directions of the fixed connecting mechanism 36, so that the distance between the arrangement position of the clamping mechanisms 35 and the upper surface of the color steel tile 100 to be clamped by the clamping mechanisms is reduced; when the photovoltaic module 391 is clamped and fixed in the first clamping space 37 of the clamping mechanism 35, the effect of reducing the space between the photovoltaic module 391 and the upper surface of the color steel tile 100 is achieved.
The clamping mechanism 35 provided by the application comprises a first clamping space 37, wherein the lower surface of the first clamping space 37 is taken as a bearing surface 99; in the vertical direction, the height of the first surface 31 is smaller than the height of the bearing surface 99, namely the distance between the first surface 31 provided with the protruding part 30 and the photovoltaic module 391 (the lower surface of the photovoltaic module 391 and the bearing surface 99 are in the same plane) arranged on the upper layer of the color steel tile 100 is equal, and the value range is set to be more than 0 and less than 30mm, so that the distance between the photovoltaic module 391 and the upper surface of the color steel tile 100 is smaller; if the photovoltaic module 391 deforms or displaces towards one side of the color steel tile 100 due to gravity and the like, the photovoltaic module 391 can be supported by the upper surface of the convex part 30 of the color steel tile 100, so that the problem that the photovoltaic module 391 breaks is prevented, and the service life of the photovoltaic module 391 is prolonged.
With continued reference to FIGS. 1-5, alternatively, the height difference between the bearing surface 99 and the first surface 31 is 5mm < ΔH < 10mm.
Specifically, the present application further provides that the distance between the first surface 31 of the protruding portion 30 and the photovoltaic module 391 (the lower surface of the photovoltaic module 391 and the bearing surface 99 are in the same plane) disposed on the upper layer of the color steel tile 100 may be in a range of 5mm-10mm, so that when the photovoltaic module 391 generates displacement or deformation towards one side of the color steel tile 100, the photovoltaic module 391 may be supported by the middle angle relief protruding portion 30 within a small deformation range; and set up there is certain clearance between photovoltaic module 391 and the various steel tile 100, can not lead to photovoltaic module 391 and various steel tile 100 direct contact each other and heated uneven circumstances that arouses the subassembly and explode the board.
With continued reference to FIGS. 1-5, the width of the first surface 31 is optionally W, W.gtoreq.4 mm, along a direction extending perpendicular to the length of the boss 30.
Specifically, the present application provides a projection 30 having a first surface 31 with a selectable width set in a range of 4mm or more along a direction extending perpendicular to the length of the projection 30; if the width of the first surface 31 is smaller than 4mm, the side of the protruding portion 30 away from the horizontal portion 01 corresponds to a protruding strip-shaped tip structure, and when the color steel tile 100 is applied to the photovoltaic technology field, in some cases, the photovoltaic module 391 arranged on the upper side of the protruding portion 30 is easily extruded and damaged, which is not beneficial to the use of the photovoltaic module 391; and if the width of the first surface 31 is smaller than 4mm, the size is too small, so that the precision requirement for manufacturing the color steel tile 100 is also high, the manufacturing cost of the color steel tile 100 is easily increased, and the manufacturing efficiency of the color steel tile 100 is reduced.
In addition, the clearance between the photovoltaic module 391 and the color steel tile 100 is properly arranged, so that the problem that the surface of the photovoltaic module 391 is heated unevenly to cause the explosion of the photovoltaic structure can be avoided.
It should be noted that, the maximum value of the width of the upper surface (the first surface 31) of the protruding portion 30 in the color steel tile 100 is not particularly limited, and the user may take the value of the width of the first surface 31 according to the width of the entire color steel tile 100 or design requirements, so that the use effect, the manufacturing efficiency, etc. of the color steel tile 100 are better.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, optionally, the width of the first surface 31 of the protruding portion 30 may be further set to be within a range of 10mm-20mm, and the larger the width of the first surface 31 is, the better the supporting performance is, but the protruding portion 30 is not too wide in consideration of the angle clearance, which is also required to be matched with the bottom mounting support.
With continued reference to FIGS. 1-5, the height of the raised portion 30 is, optionally, H,10 mm.ltoreq.H.ltoreq.25 mm in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the horizontal portion 01.
Specifically, the present application provides a height selectable value range of 10mm-25mm for the boss 30 along a direction perpendicular to the plane of the horizontal portion 01.
If the height of the protruding portion 30 is smaller than 10mm, on one hand, the small size has high requirement on the precision of the manufacture process of the color steel tile 100, and the manufacture efficiency of the color steel tile 100 can be reduced; on the other hand, due to the smaller size, the structural arrangement of the protruding portion 30 including the first space 33 and the second space 34 is difficult to form, and when the color steel tile 100 is applied to the photovoltaic technology field, the fixing stability of the color steel tile 100 and the aluminum bracket 15 arranged at the lower part thereof is not good; on the other hand, when the color steel tile 100 is applied to the photovoltaic technology field, the height of the protruding portion 30 is too small, so that the problem that the protruding portion 30 is too far away from the photovoltaic module 391 when the photovoltaic module 391 arranged on the upper portion is subjected to downward force, and cannot provide a supporting force for the photovoltaic module 391, and the problem that the photovoltaic module 391 is deformed or even broken easily occurs, which is not beneficial to guaranteeing the service life of the photovoltaic module 391.
If the height of the protruding portion 30 is greater than 25mm, on one hand, unnecessary waste of manufacturing materials of the color steel tile 100 is caused, and manufacturing cost of the color steel tile 100 is increased; on the other hand, when the color steel tile 100 is applied to the photovoltaic technology field, the situation that the protruding part 30 of the color steel tile 100 is higher than the lower surface of the photovoltaic module 391 easily occurs, which is not beneficial to the use in the photovoltaic technology field; on the other hand, when the color steel tile 100 is applied to the photovoltaic technology field, the distance between the upper space of the protruding portion 30 and the aluminum bracket 391 to be fixedly connected below is too long, and the length of the device (the fixing support 300) for connecting and fixing the aluminum bracket 391 and the color steel tile 100 in the vertical direction is large, so that the risk of bending is increased, and the problem of reduction of the fixing firmness of the aluminum bracket and the color steel tile 100 is caused.
Therefore, the height of the protruding part 30 is set to be 10mm-25mm, which is more beneficial to the use of the color steel tile 100 in the photovoltaic technical field. It should be noted that, the range of the height of the protruding portion 30 from 10mm to 25mm is only an alternative embodiment provided by the present application, but not limited thereto, and the user may adjust the height of the protruding portion 30 in the color steel tile 100 according to the actual design requirement, so that the use effect of the color steel tile 100 is better.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, optionally, the clamping mechanism 35 includes a first clamping piece 352 and a second clamping piece 353 that are disposed opposite to each other in a vertical direction and connected by a connecting piece 351, the first clamping space 37 is formed between the first clamping piece 352 and the second clamping piece 353, and a surface of the first clamping piece facing the second clamping piece is a bearing surface 99; the plane along which the horizontal portion 01 is located points to one side of the plane along which the first surface 31 is located, and the height of the bearing surface 99 is smaller than or equal to the top end height of the fixed connection mechanism and larger than or equal to the bottom end height of the fixed connection mechanism.
Specifically, since the upper and lower surfaces of the photovoltaic module 391 are generally disposed in two parallel planes, the present application sets the inner surfaces of the first clamping piece 352 and the second clamping piece 353 in parallel relation to each other, so that the portion of the photovoltaic module 391 embedded in the first clamping space 37 can be completely attached to the inner surfaces of the first clamping piece 352 and the second clamping piece 353, which is beneficial to ensuring the clamping stability of the clamping mechanism 35 to the photovoltaic module 391.
The bearing surface 99 is specifically formed on a side surface of the first clip 352 facing the second clip 353; the space formed in the opposite direction of the first clamping piece 352 and the second clamping piece 353 is the first clamping space 37, and the photovoltaic module 391 (the bearing surface 99 and the lower surface of the photovoltaic module 391 are the same plane) fixed by the first clamping space 37 is not higher than the upper surface of the fixed connection mechanism 36 and is higher than the bottom end of the fixed connection mechanism 36, so that the space between the assembled photovoltaic module 391 and the upper surface of the color steel tile 100 is ensured to be small enough, when the photovoltaic module 391 deforms or displaces towards one side of the color steel tile 100 due to gravity and the like, the photovoltaic module 391 can be supported through at least part of the upper surface of the color steel tile 100, the problem that the photovoltaic module 391 is severely deformed and broken is prevented, and the service life of the photovoltaic module 391 is prolonged.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, optionally, the fixed connection mechanism 36 includes a first clamping arm 362 and a second clamping arm 363 disposed opposite to each other, the first clamping arm 362 and the second clamping arm 363 being connected by a fastener 361; the height of the top end of the holding mechanism 35 is smaller than the height of the fastening 361 along the plane of the horizontal part 01 toward the side of the plane of the first surface 31.
In particular, since it is desirable to adjust the specific position of the first nut 3612 on the first screw 3611 in the fastener 361 to achieve an adjustment of the internal width of the second clamping space 38, in order not to interfere with the operation of the fastener 361, an alternative embodiment is provided in which the height of the top end of the clamping mechanism 35 is less than the height of the fastener 361, such that the placement of the first clip 352, the second clip 353 in the clamping mechanism 35 does not hinder the adjustment of the first nut 3612 on each position of the first screw 3611.
And simultaneously, also can further reduce the distance between photovoltaic module 391 and the various steel tile 100 upper surface, when photovoltaic module 391 takes place deformation or displacement towards various steel tile 100 one side because of reasons such as gravity, the at least partial support of photovoltaic module 391 that realizes of accessible various steel tile 100 upper surface prevents that photovoltaic module 391 deformation from seriously taking place cracked problem, improves photovoltaic module 391's life.

With continued reference to fig. 1-5, optionally, the distance between the first clip 352 and the second clip 353 is 2-7mm; so as to adapt to the thickness of the photovoltaic module 391 to be held, so that the clamping effect on the photovoltaic module 391 is better.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, optionally, the first clip 352 is fixedly connected to the fixed connection 36; and the second clamping piece 353 is clamped with the first clamping piece 352 and the fixed connection mechanism through the clamping structure.
Specifically, a side of the first clamping piece 352 near the first clamping arm 362/the second clamping arm 363 is fixed on a side surface of the first clamping arm 362/the second clamping arm 363, where the first clamping piece 352 and the first clamping arm 362/the second clamping arm 363 can be manufactured by integral molding or be fixedly connected by welding or the like; the second clamping piece 353 can be arranged to be an independent structure, and the clamping connection with the first clamping piece 352 is realized through the clamping structure, so that the distance between the first clamping piece 352 and the second clamping piece 353 can be adjusted, the clamping force of the first clamping piece 352 and the second clamping piece 353 on the photovoltaic module 391 can be adjusted conveniently, and the clamping stability of the photovoltaic module 391 can be guaranteed.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, the engagement structure optionally includes a first engagement structure 354 and a second engagement structure 355,
The first clamping piece 352 is provided with a first protrusion 3541 towards one side of the second clamping piece 353, the fixed connection mechanism 36 is provided with a second protrusion 3542 towards one side of the first clamping piece 352, and the first protrusion 3541 and the second protrusion 3542 form a first clamping structure 354;

the first engagement structure 354 is engaged with the second engagement structure 355.
Specifically, through the setting of above-mentioned structure, realize the joint of second clamping piece 353 and first clamping piece 352, simultaneously because the joint position can realize the removal of upper and lower position to ensure that the interval between first clamping piece 352 and the second clamping piece 353 can be adjusted, so that adjust the clamping dynamics of first clamping piece 352, second clamping piece 353 to photovoltaic module 391, ensure photovoltaic module 391's clamping stability.
With continued reference to fig. 1-5, optionally, a fifth protrusion 3561 and a sixth protrusion 3562 are disposed on a side of the first clip 352 away from the second clip 353, and the connecting member 351 passes through the first clip 352 and is disposed between the fifth protrusion 3561 and the sixth protrusion 3562.
Specifically, the connection member 351 of the clamping mechanism 35 is specifically a second screw 3511 and a second nut 3512, the second screw 3511 penetrates the first clip 352 and the second clip 353, and the second nut 3512 is adjusted to a specific position on the second screw 3511, so that the height of the first clamping space 37 is adjusted. The present application is to provide two limiting posts, namely, the fifth protrusion 3561 and the sixth protrusion 3562, at the lower end of the first clamping piece 352, so that after fixing the positions of the clamping mechanism 35 and the fastening piece 361, the second nut 3512 can be limited between the two positioning posts, so as to limit the position of the connecting piece 351 in the width direction, which may be the extending direction of the fastening piece 361, so as to facilitate the installation of the clamping mechanism 35.

The clamping mechanism 35 is specifically disposed on one side of the first clamping arm 362 away from the second clamping arm 363, or the clamping mechanism 35 is specifically disposed on one side of the second clamping arm 363 away from the first clamping arm 362, or the clamping mechanism 35 is disposed on two opposite sides of the first clamping arm 362 and the second clamping arm 363, for clamping and fixing the photovoltaic module 391. And so be favorable to reducing the interval between photovoltaic module 391 and the various steel tile 100 upper surface to when photovoltaic module 391 takes place deformation or displacement towards various steel tile 100 one side because of reasons such as gravity, because interval between photovoltaic module 391 and the various steel tile 100 upper surface is less, the support of photovoltaic module 391 is realized to at least part of accessible various steel tile 100 upper surface this moment, prevents that photovoltaic module 391 deformation from seriously breaking the problem, improves photovoltaic module 391's life.

Taking the plane where the first surface 41 where the first space 33 and the second space 34 meet and the plane where the first surface 31 of the protruding portion 30 are located as an example, the cross section of the protruding portion 30 is obtained along the direction perpendicular to the plane where the horizontal portion 01 is located and along the length direction perpendicular to the protruding portion 30; in this cross-section, the width of the second space 34 is gradually increasing in a direction along the first face 41 toward the first face 31, or at least a portion of the width of the second space 34 is gradually increasing such that at least a portion of the cross-sectional width of the second space 34 is greater than the cross-sectional width at the junction of the first space 33 and the second space 34. When the color steel tile 100 is used in the technical field of photovoltaics, the first end 111 of the supporting rod 11 in the fixed support 300 for connecting and fixing the aluminum bracket 15 and the color steel tile 100 can be clamped in the first space 33, the risk that the first end 111 of the supporting rod 11 moves from the second space 34 to the first space 33 can be avoided, the fixing effect of the color steel tile 100 and the aluminum bracket 15 is improved, and the wind-resistant performance of the color steel tile 100 is improved.
As shown in fig. 7, alternatively, in the cross section of the boss 30, the top width of the first space 33 is larger than the bottom width of the second space 34.
Specifically, the present application further provides a manner of arranging the protruding portion 30 in the color steel tile 100, wherein in the cross section of the protruding portion 30, the width of the top of the first space 33 on the side close to the first surface 31 is longer than the width of the bottom of the second space 34 on the side far from the first surface 31, so that a platform structure is formed at the middle position of the protruding portion 30 in the vertical direction, and therefore the bending resistance of the color steel tile 100 can be improved, and the service life of the color steel tile 100 is longer; when the color steel tile 100 is applied to the technical field of photovoltaics, the service life of a photovoltaic power generation house can be prolonged.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, further, an embodiment is provided that the second space 34 includes a first subspace 341 and a second subspace 342, and the first subspace 341 is located on one side of the second subspace 342, which is close to the plane of the horizontal portion 01;
the plane of the second surface 42 where the first subspace 341 and the second subspace 342 meet is parallel to the plane of the first surface 41;
in the cross section of the boss 30, the width of the second subspace 342 gradually increases in the direction of pointing the second face 42 toward the first surface 31; the width of the second subspace 342 gradually increases in a direction pointing toward the first face 41 along the second face 42.
Specifically, the present application further provides a manner of arranging the protruding portion 30 in the color steel tile 100, where the second space 34 includes a first subspace 341 and a second subspace 342, and the second subspace 342 is located on the upper side of the first subspace 341, that is, the first subspace 341 is located on the side of the second subspace 342 close to the plane where the horizontal portion 01 is located; at this time, the protrusion 30 includes a first space 33, a first subspace 341 and a second subspace 342, which are sequentially disposed to penetrate in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the horizontal portion 01.
Taking the plane of the second surface 42 where the first subspace 341 and the second subspace 342 meet being parallel to the plane of the first surface 41 as an example, it may be specifically configured that, in the cross section of the boss 30, the width of the second subspace 342 increases in the direction pointing to the first surface 31 along the second surface 42, and the width of the first subspace 341 decreases in the direction pointing to the first surface 41 along the second surface 42. At this time, in the cross section of the protruding portion 30, the cross section of the second space 34 may be, for example, a hexagon, so that the number of bends on the side surface of the protruding portion 30 is greater, which is also beneficial to improving the bending resistance of the color steel tile 100, so that the service life of the color steel tile 100 is longer; when the color steel tile 100 is applied to the technical field of photovoltaics, the service life of a photovoltaic power generation house can be prolonged.
Fig. 10 is a top view of a photovoltaic module provided in an embodiment of the present application, please refer to fig. 10 in conjunction with fig. 1-9, and based on the same inventive concept, the present application further provides a photovoltaic tile device, which includes a color steel tile 100, a photovoltaic module 391, wherein the color steel tile 100 includes a horizontal portion 01 and a protruding portion 30, the horizontal portion 01 includes a first sub-horizontal portion 10 and a second sub-horizontal portion 20, and the protruding portion 30 is located between the first sub-horizontal portion 10 and the second sub-horizontal portion 20; the side of the protruding part 30 away from the plane of the horizontal part 01 comprises a first surface 31;
the photovoltaic module 391 is disposed on the bearing surface 99 of the color steel tile 100, and the height of the first surface 31 is smaller than the height of the bearing surface 99 along the direction perpendicular to the plane of the horizontal portion 01, and the height difference between the bearing surface 99 and the first surface 31 is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 30mm.
Specifically, the present application provides a color steel tile 100 with a novel structure, the color steel tile 100 includes a first sub-horizontal portion 10 and a second sub-horizontal portion 20 which are positioned on the same plane, and a protrusion portion 30 is formed between the first sub-horizontal portion 10 and the second sub-horizontal portion 20, and the outer profile of the protrusion portion 30 is formed by connecting the first sub-horizontal portion 10 and the second sub-horizontal portion 20. It should be noted that, in the process of manufacturing the protruding portion 30, the protruding portion may be integrally formed with the first sub-horizontal portion 10 and the second sub-horizontal portion 20; the first sub-horizontal part 10, the second sub-horizontal part 20 and the convex part 30 may be manufactured separately and then fixedly connected by an optional process such as welding.
Therefore, when the color steel tile 100 is applied to the technical field of photovoltaics, the photovoltaic module is fixedly arranged on the upper side of the color steel tile 100, and the surface of the photovoltaic module is usually made of glass or other relatively fragile materials, so that the upper surface of the bulge 30 of the color steel tile 100 is arranged to be a plane, for example, when the ambient temperature where the color steel tile 100 is located is relatively hot, the bulge is easy to expand, the risk that the upper surface of the bulge 30 of the color steel tile 100 collides with the photovoltaic module arranged on the upper side of the bulge to crack exists at the moment, and the situation that the surface of the photovoltaic module is cracked can be avoided due to the fact that the upper surface of the bulge 30 is arranged to be a plane, so that the service life of the photovoltaic module is prolonged.
In addition, when various steel tile 100 applies to photovoltaic technical field, because the photovoltaic module weight ratio that various steel tile 100 upside set up is great, and the area is great, under long-time gravity effect, or when photovoltaic module receives the external force of pushing down, photovoltaic module probably has the condition that takes place deformation or subsidence to the gravity direction, the first surface 31 of various steel tile 100 bellying 30 can play the supporting role of photovoltaic module this moment, and because the length of bellying 30 is the same with the length of whole various steel tile 100, the supporting effect to photovoltaic module is also better, can avoid photovoltaic module to appear by a wide margin downward displacement, or risk such as fracture because of external force, thereby be favorable to guaranteeing this photovoltaic module's life. And when the photovoltaic module has the problem of sinking, the first surface 31 of the bulge part 30 of the color steel tile 100 for supporting the photovoltaic module is set to be a plane, so that the occurrence of the condition of causing the surface fragmentation of the photovoltaic module can be avoided, and the service life of the photovoltaic module is prolonged more advantageously.
According to the application, at least one side of the photovoltaic module 391 is inserted into a first clamping space 37 in a clamping mechanism 35 arranged adjacent to the photovoltaic module 391, so that the photovoltaic module 391 is fixed on the upper surface of the color steel tile 100; the photovoltaic module 391 is specifically disposed on the bearing surface 99 of the color steel tile 100. It should be noted that, after the male rib 52 and the female rib 51 in the two color steel tiles 100 adjacently arranged are spliced, one side of the spliced portion away from the plane where the horizontal portion 01 is located is a bearing surface 99; alternatively, when the color steel tile 100 provided by the present application is used in the photovoltaic technology field, a photovoltaic module 391 and a fixing clamp 200 for clamping the photovoltaic module 391 are disposed on one side of the upper surface of the color steel tile 100, and the first clamping space 37 of the clamping structure 35 in the fixing clamp 200 is used for clamping and fixing the photovoltaic module 391, where the lower surface of the first clamping space 37, which is close to the side of the color steel tile 100, may be referred to as a bearing surface 99. In general, the bearing surface 99 is the plane in which the lower surface of the stationary photovoltaic module is supported.
In addition, the distance between the first surface 31 of the protruding part 30 and the lower surface (bearing surface 99) of the photovoltaic module 391 arranged on the upper layer of the color steel tile 100 is set to be more than 0 and less than 30mm, and the distance between the photovoltaic module 391 and the upper surface of the color steel tile 100 is smaller; if the photovoltaic module 391 deforms or displaces towards one side of the color steel tile 100 due to gravity and the like, the photovoltaic module 391 can be supported by the upper surface of the bulge 30 of the color steel tile 100, so that the problem that the photovoltaic module 391 breaks is prevented, and the service life of the photovoltaic module is prolonged.
By the arrangement, the back glass of the color steel tile 100 can be prevented from being heated, expanded and extruded to the photovoltaic module 391 and the surface of the back glass is prevented from being damaged; local overheating of the portion of the back glass of the photovoltaic module 391, which contacts the first surface 31, is also avoided, and uneven heating of the portion also easily causes bursting of the glass.
Referring to fig. 10, alternatively, the distance between the photovoltaic module 391 and the horizontal part 01 is 30mm or more and 80mm or less. The adoption of the interval arrangement has better heat dissipation capacity while ensuring the strength.
Optionally, the fixing clamps comprise fixing clamps 200, and the distance between two adjacent fixing clamps 200 is M along the length extension direction of the color steel tile 100;
the length of the photovoltaic module 391 fixed on the color steel tile 100 is N;
wherein (1/5) N is less than or equal to M is less than or equal to (1/4) N.
Specifically, the interval between two fixing jigs 200 adjacently disposed is too small, and the heat dissipation is poor; the two fixing jigs 200 adjacently disposed are excessively spaced apart from each other, affecting the strength.
Optionally, the fixing fixtures comprise fixing fixtures 200, and K fixing fixtures 200,2 are arranged along the length extending direction of the color steel tile 100, wherein K is a positive integer and is smaller than or equal to K and smaller than or equal to 5.
Optionally, the photovoltaic module 391 includes a glass substrate disposed on two sides of the photovoltaic module 391 facing toward and away from the color steel tile 100;
The thickness of the glass substrate is 1.5mm or more and 2mm or less in a direction perpendicular to the plane in which the photovoltaic module 391 is located. Thereby increasing the load carrying capacity of the photovoltaic module 391.
In some embodiments, the photovoltaic module 391 further includes a buffer layer disposed on a side of the first surface 31 away from the horizontal portion 01.
Specifically, the buffer layer may be provided on the upper surface of the boss 30, that is, on the side surface of the first surface 31 of the boss 30 remote from the horizontal portion 01; the buffer layer can be made of structural adhesive or foam adhesive, so that the buffer layer has certain elasticity.
When the color steel tile 100 is applied to the technical field of photovoltaic, if the environment where the color steel tile 100 is located is relatively hot, the color steel tile 100 expands, so that the protruding part 30 of the color steel tile 100 contacts with a photovoltaic module; or when the photovoltaic module is subjected to severe external force to cause the photovoltaic module to suddenly deform downwards, the problem of hard contact between the protruding part 30 of the color steel tile 100 and the photovoltaic module is also caused. According to the application, the buffer layer with better elasticity is arranged on the upper surface of the bulge part 30 of the color steel tile 100, so that the buffer effect is realized when the bulge part 30 is contacted with the photovoltaic module, and the photovoltaic module is prevented from being broken by severe impact, so that the use yield of the photovoltaic module is improved.
According to the embodiment, the photovoltaic module fixing device and the photovoltaic tile device provided by the application have the following beneficial effects:
