Example 1
A preparation method of modified silica sol for siloxane woodenware varnish comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: adding a binary siloxane monomer and a ternary siloxane monomer into silica sol with the pH value of 3-7 at room temperature or at the temperature of 40-80 ℃;
the second step is that: the hydrolysis reaction is carried out under the condition of adding acid catalyst or not adding catalyst to generate stable modified silica sol liquid.
The content of the silicon dioxide in the silicon dioxide sol is between 20 and 45 percent.
The solvent in the silicon dioxide sol is water and/or alcohol ether solvent.
The binary siloxane monomer and the ternary siloxane monomer are one or more of methyltrimethoxysilane, phenyltrimethoxysilane, methyltriethoxysilane, phenyltriethoxysilane, dimethyldimethoxysilane, diphenyldimethoxysilane, dimethyldiethoxysilane, diphenyldiethoxysilane and benzyltriethoxysilane.
The proportion of the effective components in the silicon dioxide is 20-60%, and the binary and ternary siloxane monomers account for 40-80% of the total amount of the silicon dioxide sol and the binary and ternary siloxane monomers.
The reaction conditions of the hydrolysis reaction in the second step are specifically room temperature conditions or constant temperature reaction within the temperature range of 25-81 ℃; the hydrolysis reaction in the second step is more than 4 hours, and the methanol solvent is removed at 80-85 ℃ after the hydrolysis reaction in the second step is 4 hours; the dosage range of the acidic catalyst is 0-0.5% of the total amount of the substances. The acid catalyst is one or a combination of formic acid, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid with pure concentration or 10 to 40 percent diluted by water.
The application of the modified silica sol for siloxane wood varnish in the wood varnish is as follows: a component of the double-component wood varnish:

Weighing 20-30 parts of cationic waterborne siloxane oligomer, 3-5 parts of acid catalyst, 0.1-0.2 part of defoaming agent, 0.1-0.2 part of wetting agent, 2-5 parts of alcohol ether solvent and 15-30 parts of deionized water according to the mass part ratio, and uniformly mixing;
component B of double-component woodenware varnish
Adding 25-30 parts of polysiloxane containing glycidyl ether, 5-10 parts of reactive diluent and 10-15 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether into 10-20 parts of modified silica sol for siloxane wood varnish according to the mass part ratio, and uniformly mixing. And adding the component B into the component A, stirring for 5-10 minutes to prepare working solution, filtering the working solution, and stirring and curing the filtered working solution for 30 minutes to obtain the bi-component wood varnish.

the second step is that: the hydrolysis reaction is carried out under the condition of adding acid catalyst or not adding catalyst to generate stable modified silica sol liquid.
2. The preparation method of the modified silica sol for siloxane woodenware varnish according to claim 1, characterized in that: the content of the silicon dioxide in the silicon dioxide sol is between 20 and 45 percent.
3. The preparation method of the modified silica sol for siloxane woodenware varnish according to claim 1, characterized in that: the solvent in the silicon dioxide sol is water and/or alcohol ether solvent.

The preparation method of the modified silica sol for siloxane woodenware varnish according to claim 1, characterized in that: the binary siloxane monomer and the ternary siloxane monomer are one or more of methyltrimethoxysilane, phenyltrimethoxysilane, methyltriethoxysilane, phenyltriethoxysilane, dimethyldimethoxysilane, diphenyldimethoxysilane, dimethyldiethoxysilane, diphenyldiethoxysilane and benzyltriethoxysilane.

The preparation method of the modified silica sol for siloxane woodenware varnish as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the proportion of the effective components in the silicon dioxide is 20-60%, and the binary and ternary siloxane monomers account for 40-80% of the total amount of the silicon dioxide sol and the binary and ternary siloxane monomers.

The preparation method of the modified silica sol for siloxane woodenware varnish according to claim 1, characterized in that: the reaction conditions of the hydrolysis reaction in the second step are specifically room temperature conditions or constant temperature reaction within the temperature range of 25-81 ℃, and the hydrolysis reaction in the second step is more than 4 hours.

The preparation method of the modified silica sol for siloxane woodenware varnish according to claim 1, characterized in that: the dosage range of the acidic catalyst is 0-0.5% of the total amount of the substances; the acid catalyst is one or a combination of formic acid, acetic acid, hydrochloric acid and phosphoric acid with pure concentration or 10 to 40 percent diluted by water.
9. The use of the modified silica sol for siloxane wood varnish prepared by the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 8 in wood varnish.

The use according to claim 9, wherein the modified silica sol for siloxane wood varnish is used in wood varnish as follows: adding 25-30 parts of polysiloxane containing glycidyl ether, 5-10 parts of reactive diluent and 10-15 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether into 10-20 parts of modified silica sol for siloxane wood varnish according to the mass part ratio, and uniformly mixing.
