Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation method and application of a vegetable oil modified titanium dioxide/Maya blue-like composite pigment, wherein organic pigment molecules are uniformly mixed with attapulgite, and a Maya blue-like organic/inorganic hybrid pigment is prepared by a high-temperature baking method; then coating a layer of titanium dioxide on the surface of the Maya-like blue by a hydrothermal method to obtain a titanium dioxide/Maya-like blue composite pigment; and finally, carrying out surface modification on the composite pigment by using natural vegetable oil through a surface modification method to prepare the environment-friendly color cosmetic pigment. The Maya blue-like hybrid pigment is a attapulgite-based pigment which is safe and environment-friendly, has an anti-inflammatory effect and can be matched in color, and the titanium dioxide layer has an ultraviolet-proof function, namely a sun-proof function; the natural vegetable oil improves the surface performance of the pigment, enables the pigment to have good compatibility with skin, endows the color cosmetics with anti-aging performance, and is suitable for the color cosmetics fields of foundation cream, eye shadow and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily cosmetics, in particular to a preparation method of an environment-friendly anti-aging sunscreen color cosmetic pigment, and especially relates to a preparation method and application of a vegetable oil modified titanium dioxide/Maya blue-like composite pigment.
Background
Pigments, also known as colorants or pigments, are one of the main components of color cosmetics. According to the performance and the effect of the makeup cosmetics, the main requirements on the pigments of the makeup cosmetics are as follows: (1) the pigment is bright and beautiful and has good color sense; (2) strong tinting strength, good transparency or strong covering power; (3) the compatibility with other components is good, and the dispersibility is good; (4) the light resistance, the heat resistance, the acid resistance, the alkali resistance and the organic solvent resistance are strong; (4) the safety is high, and the cosmetic is nontoxic, non-irritant and non-allergic in the allowed use range and the limited conditions of the cosmetic hygiene standard in China.
The foundation cream and the eye shadow are generally made of pigments such as iron oxide red, iron oxide yellow, ultramarine blue, chromium oxide green, and chromium hydroxide green, which are inorganic pigments having high light resistance and high safety factor and hardly causing allergy. They have the following disadvantages: iron oxide needs to be prepared under strictly controlled conditions; ultramarine is sensitive to acid and easy to fade, and hydrogen sulfide gas is generated; while chromium oxide green and chromium hydroxide green contain heavy metals of lead and arsenic. In addition, the inorganic pigment has incomplete chromatogram, monotonous product and many colors which need to be obtained by color matching; richness of color tone is not strong and compatibility with skin is poor. Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a preparation method of an anti-aging sun-screening color cosmetic pigment which is non-toxic, non-irritant, good in skin compatibility.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention provides a preparation method and application of a vegetable oil modified titanium dioxide/Maya blue-like composite pigment, wherein the Maya blue-like hybrid pigment is a safe and environment-friendly attapulgite-based pigment with anti-inflammatory effect and a compatible color, and a coated titanium dioxide layer endows a color cosmetic with ultraviolet-proof and sun-proof properties; the vegetable oil improves the surface performance of the pigment, so that the pigment has good compatibility with skin and endows the color cosmetic with anti-aging performance; is suitable for the fields of makeup such as foundation cream, eye shadow and the like.

The invention also provides application of the composite pigment prepared by the preparation method of the vegetable oil modified titanium dioxide/Maya blue-like composite pigment in an environment-friendly anti-aging sun-screening color cosmetic pigment.
Has the advantages that: the Maya blue-like hybrid pigment is prepared by a high-temperature baking method; then coating a layer of titanium dioxide on the surface of the Maya blue-like pigment by a hydrothermal method; and finally, carrying out surface modification on the composite pigment by using natural vegetable oil through a surface modification method to prepare the vegetable oil modified titanium dioxide/Maya blue-like composite pigment, wherein the composite pigment can be applied to environment-friendly sun-proof color cosmetics pigments.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the main body of the pigment used in the invention is a Maya blue-like organic/inorganic hybrid pigment, organic pigment molecules enter a pore canal of attapulgite through molecular heat movement at high temperature, free organic molecules are washed away through ethanol soaking, and a pigment carrier is attapulgite which is harmless to human bodies, safe and healthy and has an anti-inflammatory effect.
According to the invention, a layer of titanium dioxide is deposited on the surface of the Maya blue-like pigment by a hydrothermal method, on one hand, the pore canal of the attapulgite is blocked, so that the light resistance of the pigment is enhanced, on the other hand, the titanium dioxide has strong ultraviolet blocking capability, and the color cosmetic pigment is endowed with ultraviolet protection, namely a sun protection function.
According to the invention, the titanium dioxide/Maya blue-like composite pigment is modified by the natural vegetable oil, and the carboxyl in the unsaturated fatty acid in the vegetable oil and the hydroxyl on the surface of the attapulgite clay of the composite pigment are subjected to esterification reaction, so that on one hand, the surface energy of the pigment is reduced, and the pigment has good compatibility with skin when being used in a color cosmetic pigment; on the other hand, the existence of natural unsaturated fatty acid endows the color cosmetic pigment with anti-aging performance.
