Background
In the running process of a train, the stability, reliability, safety and other aspects of equipment directly influence the power supply stability and the normal running of the train, at present, domestic maintenance tools and instruments do not adopt a blower and a dust collector to clean the equipment in a cabinet, but the limitations of the two tools and instruments are increasingly prominent. The blower can effectively remove dust in the cabinet, but the dust flies during blowing, and the blown dust floats everywhere, so that secondary dust pollution of the equipment is caused; the dust collector can reliably recycle dust in the cleaning process, the cleaning quality is guaranteed, but in the equipment for cleaning dry type transformers and 400V drawers, the dust collector can effectively absorb dust only when being tightly attached to the equipment, the distance is long, the effectiveness of the dust collector is greatly reduced, the due effect cannot be achieved, and the equipment with large quantity, such as the 400V drawer cabinet, is cleaned in a long distance, such as a transformer coil, and the cleaning progress is extremely slow.

As shown in fig. 1, the mobile blowing and sucking machine includes an operation box 1, an air inlet pipe 2, an air outlet pipe 3 and an angle adjusting mechanism 4.
Wherein, the bottom of the operation box 1 is provided with a roller 6, and the operation box 1 is also provided with a handle 9 for pushing by hands. Therefore, it is very convenient to move the work box 1.
A dust bag 5 is provided in the work box 1. The air inlet pipe 2 is connected to the operation box 1 and is communicated with the dust collecting bag 5. The air outlet pipe 3 is also connected to the operation box 1 and is also communicated with the dust collection bag 5. Axial fans 7 are arranged in the air inlet pipe 2 and the air outlet pipe 3, and the axial fans 7 are used for driving air to flow. At the outlet of the air inlet duct 2, a filter 10 is provided, the filter 10 in this case being a HEPA cartridge filter, capable of filtering a large proportion of the particles in the air. A filter screen 8 is arranged between the air outlet pipe 3 and the dust collecting bag 5 for further filtering the air entering the air outlet pipe 3.
Air is sucked into the operation box 1 from the air inlet pipe 2, filtered and blown out from the air outlet pipe 3. Accordingly, dust in the air is collected in the dust bag 5. The air outlet of the air outlet pipe 3 can sweep dust on the surface of the electrical cabinet, so that the dust is disturbed and flies into the air, and then the dust is sucked by the air inlet pipe 2, thereby gradually removing the dust on the surface of the electrical cabinet.
An electric control box 11 is further arranged in the operation box 1, and the electric control box 11 is electrically connected with the axial flow fan 7 in the air inlet pipe 2 and the axial flow fan 7 in the air outlet pipe 3 so as to be used for starting and closing the axial flow fan 7. Since the electric control box 11 is provided inside the work box 1, the apparatus is made more compact.
The air inlet duct 2 includes two end portions 21 and an intermediate connection duct portion 22. The both end portions 21 are connected to both ends of the connecting pipe portion 22. The connection pipe portion 22 is made of a soft material so as to be bendable. Axial fans 7 are respectively arranged in the two end parts 21. The two axial fans 7 increase the suction pressure to ensure that surrounding dust can be quickly sucked into the equipment, so that the dust diffusion range is greatly reduced, and the blowing pressure of the air outlet pipe 3 is increased. The air discharge amount per unit time of the two axial flow fans 7 is the same.
The outlet duct 3 includes a base 31 and a soft tube 32. Wherein a soft tube 32 is connected to the outer end of the base 31. The flexible tube 32 is flexibly disposed. The soft tube 32 is intended to be hand held and, being flexible, may be aligned close to the part to be purged. The length of the soft tube 32 in this example is about 2/3 of the total length of the air outlet duct 3, and the degree of freedom of swinging of the air outlet duct 3 is increased, but in other embodiments, the soft tube 32 may be equal to or more than 1/2 of the total length of the air outlet duct 3. The flexible tube 32 is detachably connected to the base 31 by a snap fit, thereby facilitating replacement. The base 31 extends into the inside of the work box 1, and the axial flow fan 7 is disposed in the portion of the base 31 extending into the work box 1, which makes it possible to more firmly fix the axial flow fan 7. The inlet of the air outlet pipe 3 is larger than the outlet, specifically, the inlet of the base 31 is larger than the outlet, and the soft pipe 32 is substantially equal in thickness, so that after the air flow enters the air outlet pipe 3, the air flow is accelerated to be discharged, and dust on the surface of the electric cabinet is effectively swept.
A dust detector is further arranged in the air inlet pipe 2, so that particles in inlet air can be detected, when the detection value is low, the particles in the surrounding air are few, and the operation can be stopped.
The mobile blowing and sucking machine also comprises an angle adjusting mechanism 4 for adjusting the orientation of the outer end of the air inlet pipe 2 so as to more fully suck the ambient air. The angle adjusting mechanism 4 includes a long rod 41, a rack 42, and a pinion 43. The rack 42 is connected to the lower end of the long rod 41, and the gear 43 is meshed with the rack 42. The upper end (far end) of the long rod 41 is connected with the outer end of the air inlet pipe 2.
When the driving gear 43 is rotated by the driving member, the rack 42 moves up and down, the extension length of the upper end of the long rod 41 is changed, and the upper end of the long rod 41 pulls the outer end of the air inlet pipe 2, thereby adjusting the orientation of the outer end of the air inlet pipe 2. The angle adjusting mechanism 4 of this example further includes a support rod 44, and one end of the support rod 44 is rotatably connected to the long rod 41 and the other end is rotatably connected to the connecting pipe portion 22. The support rod 44 supports the connection pipe portion 22 such that the portion below point a in the drawing hardly rotates.
In other embodiments, a suction fitting may be provided, attached to the inlet end of the air inlet duct 2, for example, to resemble a suction head in a household cleaner, so that specific parts may be specifically cleaned.
In summary, in the mobile blowing and sucking machine of the present embodiment, because the air inlet pipe 2 and the air outlet pipe 3 are arranged at the same time, the axial flow fan 7 is arranged in both the air inlet pipe 2 and the air outlet pipe 3. The air inlet pipe 2 exhausts air, the air outlet pipe 3 exhausts air, air exhaust and air blowing can be simultaneously performed, and dust in air is filtered out after air exhaust. The circulation thus formed enables the dust in the surrounding air to be gradually removed. And the axial flow fans in the air inlet pipe 2 and the air outlet pipe 3 can be independently started, so that dust collection or air blowing can be started singly.

The mobile suction blower of claim 1, wherein: the angle adjusting mechanism (4) further comprises a supporting rod (44), one end of the supporting rod (44) is rotatably connected to the long rod (41), and the other end of the supporting rod (44) is rotatably connected to the connecting pipe part (22).
