2) Editing the content, format and the like of the word document of the document in a document simulation interface, clicking to store, inputting the document content at a specified position like operating the real word document, adjusting the document format and other editing operations.
3) After the content, format and the like of the document are adjusted, editing operations such as title modification and the like are carried out, and shortcuts such as a storage button or CTRL + S and the like are clicked, so that the edited document can be stored in a database for later use.
When needed, the user can acquire the needed document from the database through the document downloading operation and download the document to the local, so that the user can browse the document locally.
According to the embodiment of the application, the document can be browsed on line, edited on line and automatically generated on line according to the document template based on the DSOFramer control, the document can be imported and exported to become a local file, and the document management efficiency is improved.
The embodiment of the application has the following advantages:
1) the document template can be obtained from the database, and is convenient and efficient.
2) Unlike the deadplate bookmark embedding form, the online document generation process of the embodiment of the application has flexible input form and document format adjustment.
3) The documents can be automatically stored in the database, so that the complex operations of manually downloading the templates, manually uploading the documents and the like are saved, and the document management efficiency is improved.
4) According to the method and the device, the document needing to be edited can be obtained through the database, the document can be edited on line, the document can be automatically stored in the database or directly used after the document is edited, tedious operations such as manual document downloading, local document editing and manual document uploading are omitted, and the online document editing efficiency can be effectively improved.
5) The method is realized based on the QT environment, the system is more stable in operation, the word format edited in the document can be reserved after the document generated or edited online is automatically stored, and the accuracy of the document can be further improved.
FIG. 4 illustrates a block diagram of a computing device in accordance with an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 4, computing device 40 includes a processor 41 and a memory 42.
Processor 41 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU) or other form of processing unit having data processing capabilities and/or instruction execution capabilities, and may control other components in computing device 40 to perform desired functions.
Memory 42 may include one or more computer programs that may include various forms of computer-readable storage media, such as volatile memory and/or non-volatile memory. The volatile memory may include, for example, Random Access Memory (RAM), cache memory (cache), and/or the like. The non-volatile memory may include, for example, Read Only Memory (ROM), hard disk, flash memory, etc. One or more computer program instructions may be stored on the computer-readable storage medium and executed by processor 41 to implement the above-described methods of controlling hardware modules of the various embodiments of the present disclosure and/or other desired functions.
In one example, computing device 40 may also include: a communication interface 43 and a display 44, which are interconnected by a bus system and/or other form of connection mechanism (not shown). Of course, for simplicity, only some of the components of the computing device 40 relevant to the present disclosure are shown in fig. 4, omitting components such as buses, input/output interfaces, and so forth. In addition, computing device 40 may include any other suitable components, depending on the particular application.
The embodiments of the present application may also be a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon computer program instructions, which, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform the steps described in the above section "online document editing and generating method" of the present specification.
The computer-readable storage medium may take any combination of one or more readable media. The readable medium may be a readable signal medium or a readable storage medium. A readable storage medium may include, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or a combination of any of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the readable storage medium include: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable disk, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing.

Claims (10)

1. A method for on-line editing and generating a document is characterized by comprising the following steps:
adding a user-defined document template to a database, and storing the document template in the database in a classified manner;
acquiring a document template selected by a user from a database, displaying a document preparation interface, displaying a word document of the document template in the document preparation interface, and editing the content and/or format of the word document by calling the word interface based on a DSOFramer control so as to generate a document online;
storing the online generated document in a database;
and editing the documents in the database on line.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the online editing of the documents in the database specifically comprises:
displaying a document preparation interface;
responding to a document query operation, querying a document in a database according to a keyword input by a user and displaying a word document of the queried document in the document preparation interface;
responding to the document editing operation of the document preparation interface, and calling a word interface based on a DSOFramer control to finish online editing of the content and/or format of the word document of the document;
and in response to the document saving operation, naming the word document of the document obtained by online editing by using the name defined by the user and storing the word document in the database.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the classifying and storing the document template in the database specifically comprises:
responding to a document template adding operation, converting a word document of a document template selected by a user into binary data capable of being stored in an Oracle database to obtain a binary file of the document template;
storing a binary file of the document template using a field type BLOB of a database;
and associating the document information of the document template with the information of the document template category selected by the user and storing the document template information and the information into the database.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 3, characterized in that the method further comprises: and responding to the operation of adding new categories, creating a document template category customized by a user, naming the document template category by a category name input by the user, and storing the information of the document template category in the database.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining a document template selected by a user from a database, displaying a document preparation interface, displaying a word document of the document template in the document preparation interface, and editing content and/or format of the word document by calling the word interface based on a DSOFramer control to generate a document online, specifically comprises:
displaying the document template in a tree structure;
responding to a document template selection operation, acquiring a binary file of a document template selected by a user from the database, calling a newly-built word interface based on a DSOFramer control to display the document preparation interface, and displaying a word document of the document template in a word browsing mode in the document preparation interface;
responding to the document editing operation of the document preparation interface, editing the content and/or format of the word document, then performing storage operation to obtain the currently activated document, then acquiring a Selection object, and executing an INsertBacak method in a dynamic Call manner to finish the editing of the word document of the document template;
and responding to the document storage operation of the document preparation interface, calling a word storage interface by using a DSOFramer control to name the edited word document by a title modified by a user and store the word document in the database so as to obtain the document.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising: online deletion of documents in the database, import of documents to the database, and/or export of documents from the database.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising: importing and/or exporting a document template to and/or from the database.
8. A system for online editing and generating a document, comprising:
the template management module is used for adding a document template defined by a user to the database;
the document generation module is used for acquiring a document template selected by a user from a database, displaying a document preparation interface, displaying a word document of the document template in the document preparation interface, editing the content and/or format of the word document by calling the word interface based on a DSOFramer control so as to generate a document online, and storing the document generated online to the database;
the document management module is used for editing documents in the database on line;
the database is used for storing the document templates in a classified manner; and the document management module is used for storing the documents generated by the document generation module on line and/or the documents edited by the document management module on line.
9. A computing device, comprising:
a processor; and
memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
