Furthermore, the present embodiment also provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements the auxiliary generation method of patent text. The auxiliary generation method of the patent text has already been described in detail above, and is not described herein again.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will understand that: all or part of the steps for implementing the above method embodiments may be performed by hardware associated with a computer program. The aforementioned computer program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. When executed, the program performs steps comprising the method embodiments described above; and the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media that can store program codes, such as ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks.
In summary, in the invention, a user can obtain a required technical document template on line, automatically fill the content of the obtained technical document template into an online patent text editing interface for generating patent texts, and generate the required patent texts through the online patent text editing interface, so that the user can efficiently and conveniently obtain the required patent texts, and the generated patent texts better meet the relevant requirements of the required patent texts, thereby effectively improving the efficiency and text quality of auxiliary writing; the method and the device display the corresponding technical document template according to the category characteristics of the technical field, the technical subject, the user department and the like, so that the user can quickly and conveniently obtain the technical document template matched with the requirement of the user; the invention provides a plurality of ways for configuring the technical document template for the user, so that the way for generating the technical document template is suitable for different types of users such as enterprises, offices and the like, and the invention has wider application range and stronger practicability and universality. Therefore, the application effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

providing a patent text online editing interface, wherein a plurality of editing boxes for inputting patent technical contents are preset in the patent text online editing interface;
acquiring a technical document template, wherein the technical document template comprises a plurality of preset key fields;
extracting text contents corresponding to all preset key fields in the technical document template, and filling the text contents into edit boxes matched with the preset key fields in the patent text online editing interface;
and generating corresponding patent texts based on the received text contents in the edit boxes.
2. The auxiliary generation method of patent text according to claim 1, characterized in that: one way to obtain the technical document template includes:
providing a technical document template interface;
the technical document template interface provides at least one technical document template;
and acquiring the technical document template based on the technical document template provided by the technical document template interface.
3. The method for assisting in generating patent text according to claim 2, characterized in that: the patent text online editing interface and the technical document template interface are displayed in the same window or two windows with a jump relationship.

A method for assisting generation of a patent document according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that: and when the technical document template is selected and a filling instruction input by a user is received, extracting text content corresponding to a preset key field in the technical document template.

displaying the generated patent text;
determining modification authority of the patent text based on user authority and/or process nodes for controlling the patent text;
and when the user has the modification authority of the patent text and receives a modification instruction, modifying and updating the patent text based on the online patent text editing interface.
