When a worker wants to check data information of the power distribution network, a user instruction can be input into the upper computer 400, the upper computer 400 can acquire stored image information from the storage unit 320 of the electricity larceny prevention monitoring module 300 in real time through the communication unit of the electricity utilization field management terminal 200 according to the user instruction, and the stored electric energy parameters acquired by the loop state monitoring module 100 are acquired at the electricity utilization field management terminal 200, so that the electricity utilization condition of the power distribution network is known, and the electricity larceny condition is monitored.
The upper computer 400 can adopt a Window Server 2003r operating system, the database can adopt a commercial SQL Server2000 database, the database can acquire real-time data and historical data of each monitoring point according to a user instruction and store the real-time data and the historical data to a data center of the upper computer 400, processing and analysis are convenient, and the data center can adopt double-hard-disk redundant backup storage, so that effective storage of the real-time data and the historical data is ensured, and data loss is prevented.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, alternatively, the electricity larceny prevention monitoring module 300 includes an image processing unit 330 having an infrared night vision function; the image processing unit 330 is configured to switch to an image acquisition mode under the trigger of a preset trigger condition, and acquire image information of an area where the power consumption site management terminal 200 is located according to a preset rule.

The upper computer 400 comprehensively analyzes the abnormal electric energy parameters collected by the loop state monitoring module 100 and the image information collected by the electricity larceny prevention monitoring module 300, and can position the corresponding electricity field management terminal 200 according to the terminal code when electricity larceny is judged to occur, so that a worker can accurately position an electricity larceny occurring area, and accordingly, the worker can take processing measures in a targeted manner.

The upper computer 400 comprehensively analyzes the abnormal electric energy parameters collected by the loop state monitoring module 100 and the image information collected by the electricity larceny prevention monitoring module 300, when electricity larceny is judged to occur, an electricity larceny alarm prompt can be sent out in the form of a buzzer or a flash lamp, and the like, so that subsequent workers can go to the site to confirm whether electricity larceny occurs again and make corresponding processing measures. and the upper computer is used for processing and analyzing the abnormal electric energy parameters and the image information to obtain an electricity stealing monitoring result.
