Abstract
The invention provides a device for testing the cleanliness of a pipeline, which comprises a first cleaning pipeline, a cleaning solvent pump, a cleaning solvent storage tank and a filter membrane holder, wherein the cleaning solvent pump is arranged at one end of the first cleaning pipeline, and the other end of the first cleaning pipeline is provided with a first stop valve; the filter membrane holder, the cleaning solvent storage tank and the cleaning solvent pump are sequentially connected, a pipeline sample to be tested is arranged between the first stop valve and the filter membrane holder, and the pipeline sample to be tested is communicated with the first cleaning pipeline; by adopting the pipeline cleanliness testing device provided by the invention, the washing and collecting filtration of the external spray gun is changed into the circulating washing and filtering of the internal cleaning liquid, so that the device is not in contact with the environment, the external impurities in the product and the environment are prevented from entering, the testing result is not influenced, and the testing precision is greatly improved.

Background
Pipeline cleaning refers to cleaning a pipeline to restore the surface of a material in the pipeline.
