Abstract

一种装甲车轻型防护装甲板,由钢板(1)和防弹钢板(2)组成,其特征是:防弹钢板(2)焊接在钢板(1)上,防弹钢板(2)由小块构成,一侧有尖锐角度,防弹钢板(2)之间交叉排布,呈蜂窝状,防弹钢板(2)与钢板(1)之间呈60°角度,可以偏转子弹的射击途径,在防弹钢板(2)之间消耗子弹动能,使子弹无法直接射击2mm钢板;整个钢板(1)厚度为2mm,加上2mm的防弹钢板(2),整体重量下降36%,所述钢板(1)由35#制造,一般取2mm或3mm;防弹钢板(2)由6211或6252材料制成,厚度为2mm。本发明主要用于装甲、战术车辆外部防弹设计,减轻装甲、战术车辆的整体重量,提高车辆可机动性。降低物料成本,达到优化经济的目的。

技术领域
本发明属于装甲及战术车辆防护领域,特别涉及一种装甲车轻型防护装甲板
背景技术
当今世界正处于国际体系加速变革和深度调整的关键时期,局部冲突、边界争端时有出现。装甲及战术车辆功能要求大幅度增加,整体总量逐代增加。
装甲板又因为厚度(通常4mm以上)与物料成本昂贵,对整体车体重量、功能和空间布局等设计有着非常高的要求。为了保证装甲及战术车辆防护性能不变的同时,减少整车重量,并且能提高一定的经济性,故需要设计一种装甲车轻型防护装甲板。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述背景技术的问题,而提出一种装甲车轻型防护装甲板。
本发明利用消耗子弹动能和改变子弹切入角度的原理,通过仿真分析,达到防护的目的。
本发明所涉及的装甲车轻型防护装甲板,由钢板1和防弹钢板2组成,防弹钢板2焊接在钢板1上,防弹钢板2由小块构成,一侧有尖锐角度,防弹钢板2之间交叉排布,呈蜂窝状,可以偏折子弹运动轨迹,子弹在防弹钢板2之间相互消耗动能;防弹钢板2与钢板1之间呈60°角度,可以偏转子弹的射击途径,在防弹钢板2之间消耗子弹动能,使子弹无法直接射击2mm钢板;整个钢板1厚度为2mm,加上2mm的防弹钢板2,整体重量下降36%,;所述钢板1由35#制造,一般取2mm或3mm;防弹钢板2由6211或6252材料制成,厚度为2mm。
本发明主要用于装甲、战术车辆外部防弹设计,减轻装甲、战术车辆的整体重量,提高车辆可机动性。降低物料成本,达到优化经济的目的。

实施例
本实施例所涉及的装甲车轻型防护装甲板,如图1、图2所示;装甲车轻型防护装甲板,由钢板1和防弹钢板2组成,防弹钢板2焊接在钢板1上,防弹钢板2由小块构成,一侧有尖锐角度,防弹钢板2之间交叉排布,呈蜂窝状,可以偏折子弹运动轨迹,子弹在防弹钢板2之间相互消耗动能;防弹钢板2与钢板1之间呈60°角度,可以偏转子弹的射击途径,在防弹钢板2之间消耗子弹动能,使子弹无法直接射击2mm钢板;整个钢板1厚度为2mm,加上2mm的防弹钢板2,整体重量下降36%,;所述钢板1由35#制造,一般取2mm或3mm;防弹钢板2由6211或6252材料制成,厚度为2mm。
本实施例子弹入射运行轨迹图如图3所示。本实施例的装甲车轻型防护装甲板减少了整车重量,提高了经济性。
