一种钛合金复合装甲车,其特征是:由内外两层不同的材质组成的复合装甲,对于这类型的复合装甲,首先考虑到重量的问题,我们采用钛合金的外层和内层,夹层选择是复合陶瓷材料,其次,考虑到防御的功能,钛合金外层抵御穿甲弹金属射流冲击的能力,复合陶瓷夹层可缓冲或分散穿弹射流和穿甲冲击带来的高温,最后内层是钛合金组成最后防御系统,因此大大减少破甲的深度,削弱穿甲弹丸的威力,从而确保人员的安全和机械的安全。

本发明涉及一种钛合金复合装甲,主要用于军工方面的坦克、装甲车等相关军事装备的武力防护领域。 
背景技术
随着世界科技水平的增长,军事力量是显示一个国家强弱的一个重要标志,在重型武器也成为重中之重,但是仍然存在很大的缺陷,如美国陆军通过未来战斗系统计划,正积极把重型部队转化成轻型、战略上可展开、占优势和可持续作战的地面战斗部队。然而减重的手段无外乎有两种,其一,通过更为科学合理的结构设计,实现结构减重;其二通过更多的采用高强轻质材料,实现材料减重。例如,根据2020年前我国武器装备发展的总规划,坦克等装甲车辆战斗全重减重20%以上,其中的一部分减重的实现需要采用有色轻质材料来实现。钛是20世纪50年代发展起来的一种重要结构金属,钛合金因具有强度高、耐腐蚀性、耐热性高等特点而被广泛用于各个领域。 
发明内容
本发明要接解决的技术问题是针对现有复合装甲需求,提出了一种钛合金复合装甲,其特征是:由内外两层不同的材质组成的复合装甲,对于这类型的复合装甲,首先考虑到重量的问题,我们采用钛合金的外层和内层,夹层选择是复合陶瓷材料,其次,考虑到防御的功能,钛合金外层抵御穿甲弹金属射流冲击的能力,复合陶瓷夹层可缓冲或分散穿弹射流和穿甲冲击带来的高温,最后内层是钛合金组成最后防御系统,因此大大减少破甲的深度,削弱穿甲弹丸的威力,从而确保人员的安全和机械的安全。 
本发明选用钛合金外层和内层,夹层采用复合陶瓷为基本制作的复合装甲,主要是因为钛合金具有重量轻,强度高等特点,夹层选择复合陶瓷材料,因为固有的强度大,硬度高,密度小、耐高温、熔点高等特点。因此本发明的一种钛合金复合装甲具有以下的优点: 
1.重量轻,强度高: 
2.耐高温、熔点高、硬度高; 
3.可抵御高速旋转的穿甲弹。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种钛合金复合装甲,其特征是:由内外两层不同的材质组成的复合装甲,对于这类型的复合装甲,首先考虑到重量的问题,我们采用钛合金的外层1和钛合金内层3,夹层2选择是复合陶瓷材料,其次,考虑到防御的功能,钛合金外层1抵御穿甲弹金属射流冲击的能力,夹层2可缓冲或分散穿弹射流和穿甲冲击带来的高温,最后内层3是钛合金组成最后防御系统,因此大大减少破甲的深度,削弱穿甲弹丸的威力,从而确保人员的安全和机械的安全。
