Abstract

本发明适用于内齿轮泵领域,提供了一种安装在泵壳内的一对按泵壳中心径向面对称布置的小齿轮、大齿轮和月牙盖板,由安装在泵轴上的一对小齿轮带动一对相互连接的大齿轮转动,由月牙盖板实现进出口强隔离,实现轴向力也完全对称而达到平衡。当对大小齿轮双吸并联运行时,就实现了大流量的需求;当对大小齿轮单吸串联运行时,就实现了高压力的需求。这就有了用同样外径的齿轮实现大流量高压力长寿命的内齿轮泵,并且内此轮泵空间利用率高、占地小和易加工等特点,就可实现用内齿轮泵替代价格昂贵的进口大流量高压螺杆泵的市场需求。

本发明涉及一种容积泵,尤其涉及一种内齿轮。
背景技术
内啮合齿轮在输送石油、化工、涂料、染料、食品、油脂、医药等行业中的牛顿液体或非牛顿液体,输送液体的种类可由轻质、挥发性液体,直至重质、粘稠,甚至半固态液体,其应用广泛。内齿轮泵和螺杆泵相比具有容积利用率高,加工简单,承载力强和空间小等特点。
目前由于内齿轮泵在大流量和高压的场合汽蚀差,轴向力不平衡导致磨损快寿命短等缺点没有大流量和高压力的内齿轮泵,而这个领域是由价格昂贵的螺杆泵占有。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种大流量高压力,长寿命和低汽蚀的内齿轮泵,旨在解决背景技术中确定的现有技术存在的技术问题。
本发明实施例是这样实现的,一种内齿轮泵,包括:
泵壳(1)内安装有按径向平面Z对称布置的一对小齿轮(4)、一对大齿轮(3)、一对隔离板(5)和一对月牙盖板(2)。
一对小齿轮(4)安装在泵轴(7)上驱动一对对应的大齿轮(3)转动。
同侧的小齿轮(4)和大齿轮(3)间由固定在同侧月牙盖板(2)上的隔离板(5)隔离。
一对大齿轮(3)由轴承(15)安装径向定位在泵壳(1)内并由内六角螺栓(14)连接。
当泵壳(1)进口腔(1A)和(1C)连通,出口腔(1B)和(1D)连通时可实现双吸并联运行;当泵壳(1)进口腔(1A)和(1C)不连通,出口腔(1C)和(1B)连通时可实现单吸串联运行。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:过流部件(大齿轮(3)小齿轮(4)、隔离板(5)和月牙盖板(2))按径向平面Z对称布置并隔离,实现了轴向力也对称并抵消而实现平衡,并且在双吸并联运行时两侧吸入从而降低了和市场上同样流量齿轮泵的汽蚀余量并且流量加大一倍。由于是一对小齿轮(4)安装在泵轴7上驱动一对对应的大齿轮(3)转动,从而实现内部减速,使本专利齿轮泵可以高速运行,并且当两侧互相咬合的大齿轮(3)和小齿轮(4)错开象限角安装时可提高齿轮泵的重合度,进一步提高承载能力。当在只更换泵壳(1)的流道布置就能实现单吸串联运行时高压的目的。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明的具体实现进行详细描述。
如图1所示,为本发明一个实施例提供的一种内齿轮结构图,泵壳(1)内安装有按径向平面Z对称布置的主要过流部件:一对小齿轮(4)、一对大齿轮(3)、一对隔离板(5)和一对月牙盖板(2)。两侧的月牙盖板(2)由螺栓(18)固定在泵壳(1)两端;轴承外圈套(16)定位在泵壳(1)内;两个大齿轮轴承(15)定位在轴承外圈套(16)内;两端轴承(17)安装在两侧的月牙盖板(2)内;泵轴(7)安装在两端支撑的轴承(17)内,并可自由旋转。
一对大齿轮(3)由轴承(15)安装定位在泵壳(1)内的大齿轮轴承(15)内并由内六角螺栓(14)连接并可一起自由转动。
右侧的小齿轮(4)由键(9)径向定位在泵轴(7)右侧,左侧的小齿轮(4)由锥套(8)根据装配间隙和重合度要求定位在泵轴(7)左侧,同时左右两侧的小齿轮(4)由隔离套(6)精确隔离。这样当泵轴(7)转动时,一对小齿轮(4)驱动一对对应的大齿轮(3)咬合转动。
同侧的小齿轮(4)和大齿轮(3)间由用隔板螺栓(13)固定在同侧月牙盖板(2)上的隔离板(5)隔离,以实现同侧的小齿轮(4)的轴向压力平衡以及两侧液体隔离。
如图2所示,当泵壳(1)进口腔(1A)和(1C)在进口连通,出口腔(1B)和(1D)在出口连通时,当泵轴(7)带动左右两侧的一对小齿轮(4)旋转时,就带动一对对应侧的大齿轮(3)咬合旋转,液体从泵壳(1)的进口腔(1A)和(1C)两侧进入,再进入过旋转非咬合的左右两侧的一对小齿轮(4)和大齿轮(3)的齿轮内,再在泵壳(1)出口侧经过左右两侧的一对小齿轮(4)和大齿轮(3)的齿轮咬合而挤出而经过泵壳(1)的出口腔(1B)和(1D)分别流出。这样就实现了左右两侧同时吸入和同时排出的双吸并联运行。
如图3所示,当泵壳(1)进口腔(1A)和(1C)在进口隔离,出口腔(1B)和(1D)在出口隔离时,当泵轴(7)带动左右两侧的一对小齿轮(4)旋转时,就带动一对对应侧的大齿轮(3)咬合旋转,液体从泵壳(1)的进口腔(1A)和进入,再进入过左侧(下侧)旋转非咬合的小齿轮(4)和大齿轮(3)的齿轮内,再在泵壳(1)出口侧经过左侧(下侧)小齿轮(4)和大齿轮(3)的齿轮咬合而挤出到出口腔(1B),再经过泵壳(1)内部流道流入泵壳(1)的进口腔(1C),再进入过右侧(上侧)旋转非咬合的小齿轮(4)和大齿轮(3)的齿轮内,再在泵壳(1)出口侧经过右侧(上侧)小齿轮(4)和大齿轮(3)的齿轮咬合而挤出到出口腔(1D),从而流出泵壳(1)。这样就实现了一侧进口腔(1A)吸入,一侧出口腔(1D)排除,左右两侧串联运行的双吸并联运行。
而经过泵壳(1)的出口腔(1B)和(1D)分别流出。这样就实现了左右两侧同时吸入和同时排出的单吸串联运行。

Claims (5)

1.泵壳(1)内安装有按径向平面Z对称布置的一对小齿轮(4)、一对大齿轮(3)、一对隔离板(5)和一对月牙盖板(2)。
2.一对小齿轮(4)安装在泵轴(7)上驱动一对对应的大齿轮(3)转动。
3.同侧的小齿轮(4)和大齿轮(3)间由固定在同侧月牙盖板(2)上的隔离板(5)隔离。
4.一对大齿轮(3)由轴承(15)安装径向定位在泵壳(1)内并由内六角螺栓(14)连接。
5.当泵壳(1)进口腔(1A)和(1C)连通,出口腔(1B)和(1D)连通时可实现双吸并联运行;当泵壳(1)进口腔(1A)和(1C)不连通,出口腔(1C)和(1B)连通时可实现单吸串联运行。
