Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a flexible connecting member according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is used for connecting a sound insulation and vibration reduction plate to a wall 9, the flexible connecting member 8 is made of rubber material, a first countersunk hole 83 is formed in a back surface of the flexible connecting member 8, an expansion bolt 12 connected to the wall 9 is disposed through the first countersunk hole 83, a second countersunk hole 84 is formed in a front surface of the flexible connecting member 8, and a first bolt 10 connected to a sound insulation and sound absorption plate is disposed through the second countersunk hole 84; the first counterbore 83 is located below the second counterbore 84.
Because the back of the flexible connecting piece 8 is provided with the first counter sink 83, the expansion bolt 12 connected with the wall 9 is arranged through the first counter sink 83; a second countersunk hole 84 is formed in the front face of the flexible connecting piece 8, and a first bolt 10 connected with the sound insulation and absorption plate penetrates through the second countersunk hole 84; the first counterbore 83 is located below the second counterbore 84. The sound insulation and absorption plate is connected with a wall body 9 through a flexible connecting piece 8. The vibrating sound insulation and absorption plate cannot conduct vibration to the wall 9 through the flexible connecting piece 8, so that the noise can be blocked from being transmitted indoors.
In order to enhance the bending resistance of the flexible connecting member 8 and reduce the transmission of sound vibration, further, the back surface of the flexible connecting member 8 is provided with a plurality of first semi-cylindrical grooves 81, and the front surface of the flexible connecting member 8 is provided with a plurality of second semi-cylindrical grooves 82. The first and second semi-cylindrical grooves 81 and 82 enhance the bending resistance of the flexible connector 8, and the effect of blocking the transmission of sound vibration is better.
In order to maintain the flexibility of the flexible connecting piece 8, further, the first semi-cylindrical groove 81 is vertically arranged, and the second semi-cylindrical groove 82 is horizontally arranged; the first semi-cylindrical slot 81 is identical in shape to the second semi-cylindrical slot 82. The criss-cross first and second semi-cylindrical grooves 81 and 82 not only keep the flexible connecting member 8 to have better toughness, but also block the sound vibration propagation with better effect.
The invention also provides a sound insulation vibration attenuation plate which comprises a reflecting layer 2, a damping layer 3, a vibration isolation layer 4, a supporting plate 5 and a noise attenuation cotton layer 6 which are sequentially bonded with one another; the reflecting layer 2 is a flat plate made of hard PPS, the damping layer 3 is formed of polyvinyl butyral or vinyl acetate polymer, and the seismic isolation layer 4 is made of foamed magnesium or foamed aluminum.
The reflecting layer 2 reflects the noise to the outside, and the damping layer 3 reduces the energy of the noise; the decibel value of the noise is reduced; the vibration isolation layer 4 made of foam magnesium or foam aluminum has obvious weight difference with other layers and different natural frequencies, so that vibration caused by noise can be reduced; the supporting plate 5 is used as a bearing structure for supporting the whole sound insulation vibration reduction plate to be in a plate shape; the rest noise enters the silencing cotton layer 6 and is continuously reflected on the silencing cotton layer 6, and the energy of the noise is gradually attenuated.
In order to enlarge the reflection area of the reflection layer 2, a plurality of semi-elliptical grooves 21 are further provided on the reflection layer 2. The larger the reflection area, the higher the reflectivity of the noise, and the less the noise passes through the reflective layer 2.
In order to facilitate installation and transportation of the sound insulation and vibration reduction plate, an outer packaging layer 1 is arranged on one surface of the sound insulation and vibration reduction plate, which is back to the wall body 9, and an inner packaging layer 7 is arranged on one surface of the sound insulation and vibration reduction plate, which faces the wall body 9.
In order to protect and facilitate installation of the sound insulation and vibration reduction plate, a wrapping edge is further arranged around the sound insulation and vibration reduction plate and is formed by sequentially connecting a plurality of frame pieces 13.
Further, the frame members 13 are hollow and have an "L" shape, and include a first edge 131 and a second edge 132, and the first edge 131 is connected to the second edge 132 of the adjacent frame member 13 by a plurality of second bolts 14. The edges of the sound-insulating vibration-damping sheet material are placed in the hollow of the frame member 13.
