Abstract
本发明涉及热熔胶技术领域,具体为一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方及其制备方法,其具体成分包括改性石油树脂、EVA、增塑剂、SBS弹性体、POE弹性体、异氰酸酯硅氧烷、松香树脂、纳米复合填料、吸收性纤维、硅烷偶联剂、PP蜡和抗氧化剂,其能够提高鞋用热熔胶片的硬度、拉伸强度等性能,有效解决现有技术中鞋用热熔胶片硬度较低,容易扭曲变形的问题,能够提高热熔胶对鞋面的定型、保护能力,具有实用意义和推广价值,预期能够产生良好的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及热熔胶技术领域,具体为一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶(英文名:Hot Glue)是一种可塑性的粘合剂,在一定温度范围内其物理状态随温度改变而改变,而化学特性不变,其无毒无味,属环保型化学产品。因其产品本身系固体,便于包装、运输、存储、无溶剂、无污染、无毒型;以及生产工艺简单,高附加值,黏合强度大、速度快等优点而备受青睐。
在鞋面加工中常需要使用到热熔胶,例如以热熔胶为主要材料的港宝、鞋头定型片,鞋的种类按照其用途来划分可谓是多种多样,这样用于鞋面加工的热熔胶就提出了进一步的性能需求,例如登山鞋的鞋头定型片就对热熔胶的硬度要求较高,传统的热熔胶硬度较为一般容易扭曲变形,为此申请人研发出了一种具有高硬度的热熔胶。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方,以解决背景技术中所提到的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方,包括改性石油树脂、EVA、增塑剂、SBS弹性体、POE弹性体、异氰酸酯硅氧烷、松香树脂、纳米复合填料、吸收性纤维、硅烷偶联剂、PP蜡和抗氧化剂。
优选的,各组份按重量份数计为改性石油树脂50~80份、EVA60~100份、增塑剂10~20份、SBS弹性体20~40份、POE弹性体20~40份、异氰酸酯硅氧烷5~8份、松香树脂10~20份、纳米复合填料20~40份、吸收性纤维1~4份、硅烷偶联剂1~3、PP蜡4~8份、抗氧化剂1~3份。
优选的,所述改性石油树脂由质量比为1:1~1:2的α-甲基苯乙烯改性石油树脂和苯乙烯改性间戊二烯石油树脂混合得到。
优选的,所述EVA由质量比为1:3~1:5两种流动性指数不同的EVA混合得到。
优选的,所述EVA由质量比为1:3~1:5两种且熔指约为400、60的EVA混合得到。
优选的,所述松香树脂在具体实施中采用松香酸硬脂酸季戊四醇酯。
优选的,所述纳米复合填料采用质量比分别为2:1:1的α-Al2O3、六环石和凹凸棒土的纳米粉料混合得到。
优选的,所述吸收性纤维在具体实施中采用再生纤维素纤维。
此外,本发明还提供了上述一种高硬度热熔胶片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(a)将改性石油树脂、EVA、增塑剂、SBS弹性体、POE弹性体、异氰酸酯硅氧烷、松香树脂、硅烷偶联剂、PP蜡和抗氧化剂按比例混合均匀,在密炼机120℃下混炼15min;
((b)往密炼机内加入纳米复合填料、吸收性纤维,120℃下搅拌15min;
(c)将步骤(b)得到的物料在180℃的双螺杆挤出机中挤出、造粒;
(d)将步骤(c)得到的胶粒加入热熔胶涂布机涂布在布料表面,经冷却压轮压合出不同厚度。
进一步的,布料可为细布、棉布或水刺布。
本发明提供的一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方及其制备方法,其能够提高鞋用热熔胶片的硬度、拉伸强度等性能,有效解决现有技术中鞋用热熔胶片硬度较低,容易扭曲变形的问题,能够提高热熔胶对鞋面的定型、保护能力,具有实用意义和推广价值,预期能够产生良好的经济效益。

一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方,按重量份数计为改性石油树脂60份、EVA80份、增塑剂15份、SBS弹性体30份、POE弹性体30份、异氰酸酯硅氧烷6份、松香树脂15份、纳米复合填料30份、吸收性纤维3份、硅烷偶联剂3、PP蜡6份、抗氧化剂3份。
实施例2
一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方,按重量份数计为改性石油树脂50份、EVA80份、增塑剂15份、SBS弹性体30份、POE弹性体30份、异氰酸酯硅氧烷6份、松香树脂15份、纳米复合填料30份、吸收性纤维3份、硅烷偶联剂3、PP蜡6份、抗氧化剂3份。
实施例3
一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方,按重量份数计为改性石油树脂70份、EVA80份、增塑剂15份、SBS弹性体30份、POE弹性体30份、异氰酸酯硅氧烷6份、松香树脂15份、纳米复合填料30份、吸收性纤维3份、硅烷偶联剂3、PP蜡6份、抗氧化剂3份。
实施例4
一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方,按重量份数计为改性石油树脂80份、EVA80份、增塑剂15份、SBS弹性体30份、POE弹性体30份、异氰酸酯硅氧烷6份、松香树脂15份、纳米复合填料30份、吸收性纤维3份、硅烷偶联剂3、PP蜡6份、抗氧化剂3份。
实施例5
一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方,按重量份数计为改性石油树脂60份、EVA80份、增塑剂15份、SBS弹性体30份、POE弹性体30份、异氰酸酯硅氧烷6份、松香树脂15份、纳米复合填料20份、吸收性纤维3份、硅烷偶联剂3、PP蜡6份、抗氧化剂3份。
实施例6
一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方,按重量份数计为改性石油树脂60份、EVA80份、增塑剂15份、SBS弹性体30份、POE弹性体30份、异氰酸酯硅氧烷6份、松香树脂15份、纳米复合填料40份、吸收性纤维3份、硅烷偶联剂3、PP蜡6份、抗氧化剂3份。
所述改性石油树脂由质量比为1:1~1:2的α-甲基苯乙烯改性石油树脂和苯乙烯改性间戊二烯石油树脂混合得到。
所述增塑剂在采用邻苯二甲酸丁酯。
所述硅氧偶联剂采用牌号为KH530 1-2的硅氧偶联剂。
所述EVA由质量比为1:3~1:5两种且熔指约为400、60的EVA混合得到。
所述松香树脂采用松香酸硬脂酸季戊四醇酯。
所述纳米复合填料采用质量比分别为2:1:1的α-Al2O3、六环石和凹凸棒土的纳米粉料混合得到。
所述抗氧化剂在采用牌号为1010的抗氧化剂。
所述吸收性纤维在具体实施中采用再生纤维素纤维,加入吸收性纤维的目的在于提高热熔胶的机械性能,同时吸收性纤维表面具有众多具渗透性、迁移性的微孔,使得吸收性纤维和热熔胶具有较好的结合性。
具体实施步骤如下:
(a)将改性石油树脂、EVA、增塑剂、SBS弹性体、POE弹性体、异氰酸酯硅氧烷、松香树脂、硅烷偶联剂、PP蜡和抗氧化剂按比例混合均匀,在密炼机120℃下混炼15min;
((b)往密炼机内加入纳米复合填料、吸收性纤维,120℃下搅拌15min;
(c)将步骤(b)得到的物料在180℃的双螺杆挤出机中挤出、造粒;
(d)将步骤(c)得到的胶粒加入热熔胶涂布机涂布在细布表面,经冷却压轮压合出指定厚度。

注:拉伸强度采用万能拉力试验机,按GB/T528-2009对热熔胶试样进行测试;拉伸剪切强度采用万能电子拉力试验机,按GB/T7124-2008对热熔胶试样进行测试;硬度采用邵A硬度计,按GB/T531-1999对热熔胶试样进行测定;熔融指数采用塑料熔融指数测定机,按GB/T3682-2000熔体质量流动速率方法进行测试。

包括改性石油树脂、EVA、增塑剂、SBS弹性体、POE弹性体、异氰酸酯硅氧烷、松香树脂、纳米复合填料、吸收性纤维、硅烷偶联剂、PP蜡和抗氧化剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方,其特征在于:各组份按重量份数计为改性石油树脂50~80份、EVA60~100份、增塑剂10~20份、SBS弹性体20~40份、POE弹性体20~40份、异氰酸酯硅氧烷5~8份、松香树脂10~20份、纳米复合填料20~40份、吸收性纤维1~4份、硅烷偶联剂1~3、PP蜡4~8份、抗氧化剂1~3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方,其特征在于:所述改性石油树脂由质量比为1:1~1:2的α-甲基苯乙烯改性石油树脂和苯乙烯改性间戊二烯石油树脂混合得到。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方,其特征在于:所述EVA由质量比为1:3~1:5两种流动性指数不同的EVA混合得到。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方,其特征在于:所述EVA由质量比为1:3~1:5两种且熔指约为400、60的EVA混合得到。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方,其特征在于:所述松香树脂在具体实施中采用松香酸硬脂酸季戊四醇酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方,其特征在于:所述纳米复合填料采用质量比分别为2:1:1的α-Al2O3、六环石和凹凸棒土的纳米粉料混合得到。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种高硬度热熔胶片的配方,其特征在于:所述吸收性纤维在具体实施中采用再生纤维素纤维。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种高硬度热熔胶片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(a)将改性石油树脂、EVA、增塑剂、SBS弹性体、POE弹性体、异氰酸酯硅氧烷、松香树脂、硅烷偶联剂、PP蜡和抗氧化剂按比例混合均匀,在密炼机120℃下混炼15min;
(b)往密炼机内加入纳米复合填料、吸收性纤维,120℃下搅拌15min;
(c)将步骤(b)得到的物料在180℃的双螺杆挤出机中挤出、造粒;
(d)将步骤(c)得到的胶粒加入热熔胶涂布机涂布在布料表面,经冷却压轮压合出不同厚度。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种高硬度热熔胶片的制备方法,其特征在于:布料为可细布、棉布或水刺布。
