In the first mixing, a lower mixing speed is adopted, so that the layering of a mixed solution or the precipitation of a solid substance on the bottom layer of the solution due to overhigh rotating speed is avoided after the dispersing agent, the anti-settling agent, the wetting agent, the film-forming aid and the solvent are mixed; in the second mixing, the viscosity of the original solution is improved due to the addition of the alkyd resin and the terpineol, and the dispersion degree of each component in the mixed emulsion can be ensured only by adopting higher mixing speed; in the second and third mixing, because the integral viscosity of the emulsion is improved, in order to ensure that the zinc oxide and the titanium dioxide in a solid state can be fully dispersed in the emulsion, the invention adopts higher dispersion speed. The invention strictly controls the mixing speed for three times, ensures the dispersibility of each component of the finally obtained coating, avoids the conglobation distribution of the coating components caused by insufficient mixing, and also avoids the obvious precipitation of the coating components caused by excessive mixing. In the mixing process, the raw materials are divided into three groups to be sequentially mixed, and the mixing is limited in this way, so that the stability of the solution in the mixing process is ensured, and the solution is prevented from being solidified in the mixing process.
The invention also provides application of the high-flash-point odor-free coating prepared by the technical scheme or the preparation method of the technical scheme on a metal surface, such as the surface of a railing, a steel structure and mechanical equipment.
The technical solution of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.
The following examples are given in parts by weight.
Example 1
Adding 0.5 part of drier Borchers Dry0411HS, 0.3 part of dispersant Triton XN-45S, 0.5 part of anti-settling agent BYK-410, 0.2 part of wetting agent Triton X-405 and 5 parts of film-forming aid dipropylene glycol butyl ether into 14 parts of D40 solvent, and dispersing for 10min at 500r/min to obtain a first solution;
adding 50 parts of 389-9 alkyd resin and 5 parts of alpha-terpineol into the first solution, and dispersing for 20min at 1000r/min to obtain an emulsion;
and adding 0.2 part of anti-skinning agent butanone oxime, 7 parts of zinc oxide and 18 parts of titanium dioxide into the emulsion, and dispersing for 20min at 1500r/min to obtain a finished product of the high-flash-point odor-free coating.
Example 2
Mixing 0.6 part of drier Borchers Dry0411HS, 6 parts of D40 solvent oil and 7.5 parts of D60 solvent to obtain a mixed solvent;
adding 0.3 part of dispersant Triton XN-45S, 0.5 part of anti-settling agent BYK-410, 0.2 part of wetting agent Triton X-405 and 5.5 parts of film-forming aid dipropylene glycol butyl ether into a mixed solvent, and dispersing at a low speed of 600r/min for 10min to obtain a first solution;
adding 0.2 part of butanone oxime as an anti-skinning agent, 52 parts of 389-9 alkyd resin and 6 parts of alpha-terpineol into the first solution, and dispersing at a high speed of 1000r/min for 20min to obtain an emulsion;
adding 8 parts of zinc oxide and 14 parts of titanium dioxide into the emulsion, and dispersing at a high speed of 1500r/min for 20min to obtain a finished product of the high-flash-point odorless coating.
Example 3
Adding 0.7 part of drier Borchers Dry0411HS, 0.4 part of dispersant Triton XN-45S, 0.5 part of anti-settling agent BYK-410, 0.1 part of wetting agent Triton X-405 and 4 parts of film-forming aid dipropylene glycol butyl ether into 14 parts of D60 solvent, and dispersing at a low speed of 500r/min for 10min to obtain a first solution;
adding 56 parts of 389-9 alkyd resin and 5 parts of alpha-terpineol into the first solution, and dispersing at a high speed of 1500r/min for 20min to obtain an emulsion;
and adding 0.2 part of anti-skinning agent butanone oxime, 5 parts of zinc oxide and 15 parts of titanium dioxide into the emulsion, and dispersing at a high speed of 1500r/min for 20min to obtain a finished product of the high-flash-point odorless coating.
Example 4
Adding 0.6 part of drier Borchers Dry0411HS, 0.3 part of dispersant Triton XN-45S, 0.5 part of anti-settling agent BYK-410, 0.1 part of wetting agent Triton X-405 and 4.5 parts of film-forming aid dipropylene glycol butyl ether into 14.6 parts of D60 solvent, and dispersing at a low speed of 500r/min for 10min to obtain a first solution;
adding 52 parts of 389-9 alkyd resin and 4 parts of alpha-terpineol into the first solution, and dispersing at a high speed of 1200r/min for 20min to obtain an emulsion;
and adding 0.2 part of butanone oxime as an anti-skinning agent and 24 parts of titanium dioxide into the emulsion, and dispersing at a high speed of 1500r/min for 20min to obtain a finished product of the high-flash-point odor-free coating.
Comparative example 1
A coating material was prepared by referring to the preparation method of example 1, wherein alpha-terpineol was not added during the preparation process, and the other steps were exactly the same as example 1.
Comparative example 2
Is a high flash point alkyd protective coating produced by the company.
And (3) carrying out performance test on the finished high-flash-point odorless coating obtained in the examples 1-4 and the coatings obtained in the comparative examples 1 and 2. The test results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, compared with the coatings provided by comparative examples 1 and 2, the high-flash-point odor-free coating provided by embodiments 1 to 4 of the invention has better adhesive force, bonding strength, water resistance and damp-heat resistance, and can meet the use requirement of the coating, and the flash point of the high-flash-point odor-free coating provided by embodiments 1 to 4 of the invention is 62 to 63 ℃, so that the high-flash-point odor-free coating is safer in the production, transportation and use processes; in addition, compared with the coating provided by the comparative examples 1 and 2, the high-flash-point odor-free coating provided by the embodiments 1 to 4 of the invention does not generate other odors after being coated, and is green and environment-friendly.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the above embodiments, it is only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, not all of the embodiments, and other embodiments can be obtained without inventive step according to the embodiments, and the embodiments are within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The high-flash-point odor-removing coating is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight:
50-60 parts of alkyd resin;
10-20 parts of a solvent;
5-10 parts of zinc oxide;
10-25 parts of titanium dioxide;
3-5 parts of alpha-terpineol;
4-5 parts of a film-forming assistant;
0.3-0.5 part of a dispersing agent;
0.4-0.6 part of anti-settling agent;
0.1-0.3 part of wetting agent;
0.5-0.7 part of a drier;
0.1-0.3 part of anti-skinning agent;
the solvent comprises a D40 solvent and/or a D60 solvent; the film-forming assistant is dipropylene glycol butyl ether and/or diethylene glycol butyl ether.
2. The high flash point odor purification coating of claim 1, wherein the zinc oxide has a particle size of 30 to 60 nm.
3. The high flash point odor purification coating of claim 1, wherein said alkyd resin is a 389-9 alkyd resin.
4. The high flash point odor purification coating of claim 1, wherein said titanium dioxide is rutile titanium dioxide R902 or R907.
5. The high flash point odor purification coating of claim 1, wherein said anti-settling agent is BYK-410.
6. The high flash point odor purification coating of claim 1, wherein said wetting agent is triton x-405 or octylphenol polyether-9.
7. The high flash point odor purification coating of claim 1, wherein said siccative is Borchers Dry0411 HS.
8. The high flash point odor purification coating of claim 1, wherein said antiskinning agent is an oxime antiskinning agent.
9. The method for preparing the high-flash-point odor-removing coating of any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
dispersing a dispersing agent, an anti-settling agent, a wetting agent, a film forming aid and a drier in a solvent to obtain a first solution;
mixing alkyd resin and terpineol with the first solution to obtain emulsion;
and mixing the anti-skinning agent, the zinc oxide and the titanium dioxide with the emulsion to obtain the high-flash-point odorless coating.
10. Use of the high flash point odor-reducing coating of any one of claims 1 to 8 or the high flash point odor-reducing coating obtained by the preparation method of claim 9 on a metal surface.
