Further preferably, the mass ratio of the water-based emulsion paint to the white granulated sugar to the water is 2: 3: 2.
the synthetic stain composition is prepared by compounding water-based emulsion paint, white granulated sugar and water which are easily obtained as raw materials according to a certain proportion. The synthetic stain composition has short drying time, and after drying, due to the viscosity of the emulsion paint and the white granulated sugar, the synthetic stain composition has a certain binding degree with a test ground, so that common stains on the ground can be simulated really. The cleaning difficulty is stable due to the stable formula, the adhesion of the dried synthetic stain is moderate, the cleaning effect differentiation degree is obvious each time in the cleaning capability test, and the evaluation on the cleaning capability of the cleaning equipment is facilitated to be refined, so that the standard, objective and repeatable evaluation on the cleaning capability of automatic cleaning equipment such as a cleaning robot and the like can be realized, the operation is convenient and efficient, and the research, development and production of the cleaning robot are greatly assisted.

TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003082255710000121
As can be seen from table 1, examples 3 and 4, the synthetic stain composition prepared by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of environment-friendly and easily available raw materials, reasonable proportioning, short drying time, and capability of drying to an expected level within about 24 hours, so that the cleaning capability test of cleaning equipment is convenient and efficient; the adhesion of the dried synthetic stain is moderate, the discrimination of the cleaning effect of each time is obvious in the cleaning ability test, the detailed evaluation of the cleaning ability of the cleaning equipment is facilitated, meanwhile, the number of complete cleaning (about 10 times) is proper, the discrimination is not obvious due to too few cleaning times, and the efficiency of the cleaning ability test is not reduced due to too many cleaning times. Therefore, a set of evaluation system for the cleaning capability of the cleaning equipment is effectively established, the test method is simple and efficient, the operability is strong, the experimental result has repeatability, and the cleaning capability of the cleaning equipment can be objectively evaluated.
As can be seen by analyzing comparative examples 5 to 11 in table 1, in comparative example 5, too long drying time of the synthetic stain composition leads to too high binding degree of the dried synthetic stain with the test floor medium, so that the test floor medium cannot be completely cleaned after being washed for 10 times, the test efficiency is low, and the discrimination in the previous test is not very obvious, so that a reasonable evaluation system cannot be effectively constructed; the curing agent is added in the comparative example 6, the cleaning can be completely carried out for 8 times, the cleaning effect span of the 6 th time, the 7 th time and the 8 th time is larger, the cleaning score is increased by 2 points each time, the discrimination of the test is reduced to a certain extent, and the cleaning capability of the cleaning equipment cannot be evaluated more finely; in comparative example 7, soybean oil, fine soil and soy sauce were used to simulate common stains in life, but a drying time as long as 144 hours was required to achieve a preset drying effect, which greatly reduced the test efficiency; the composition in comparative example 8 has unreasonable proportion, less water is used, and water molecules are coated by a large amount of aqueous emulsion paint and sugar, so that the drying time of the synthetic stain composition is prolonged to 72 hours, and the testing efficiency is reduced; the composition in the comparative example 9 has unreasonable proportion, and the use amount of water and latex paint is less, so that the drying time of the synthetic stain composition is prolonged, the cleaning frequency of the ground medium to be detected is greatly reduced to 5 times, the cleaning degree span is too large each time, and the performance research on cleaning equipment is not facilitated to be refined; the synthetic stain composition of comparative example 10, which had too low a density of application, also resulted in a reduction in the number of washes, which was not conducive to refining performance studies on cleaning equipment; the synthetic stain composition of comparative example 11 was applied at too high a density, resulting in incomplete cleaning after 10 washes, reducing the efficiency of the test.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
