Preferably, in some embodiments, the controlled device may further include a vibration component 108, and the vibration component 108 is connected to the output end of the master control server 103 through the power distribution control cabinet 107. the master control server transmits a detection result of the production line blockage to a large production system; if any one first-type monitoring point is blocked, the large production system generates a linkage signal, the large production system controls conveying equipment at the upstream of the blocking point to reduce the amount of source materials through the linkage signal, and dredging equipment of the blocking point is started to dredge materials of the blocking point; and the large production system generates a normal production recovery signal after the main control server judges that the blockage point is normally dredged, and the large production system recovers normal production.

an identification algorithm model is preset in the image identification server, and the identification algorithm model is obtained in the following way: taking a historical video image signal as an input parameter, taking a judgment result of whether a first type of monitoring points recorded in the historical video image signal are blocked as an output parameter, training a machine learning algorithm, and taking the trained machine learning algorithm as the recognition algorithm model;
and after the video image signal is input into the recognition algorithm model, obtaining a judgment result of whether the first-class monitoring points are blocked according to an output result of the recognition algorithm model.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the recognition algorithm model in the image recognition server, when training a machine learning algorithm, further comprises:
training a machine learning algorithm by taking the blocking degree of the first type monitoring points recorded in the historical video image signals as output parameters, and taking the trained machine learning algorithm as the recognition algorithm model;
and after the video image signal is input into the recognition algorithm model, obtaining the blocking degree of the first-class monitoring point according to the output result of the recognition algorithm model.

the inductive switch sensor is arranged at a second type monitoring point of the production line, detects the material transportation state of the second type monitoring point and generates a switching value digital signal; the probability of blockage of the second type of monitoring points is less than that of the first type of monitoring points;
the master control server receives the switching value digital signals sent by the inductive switch sensor, and judges whether the second type of monitoring points are blocked and the blocking degree of the second type of monitoring points according to the switching value digital signals;
the master control server is further used for obtaining a production line blockage detection result after fusing the judgment result of whether the first type monitoring point is blocked, the blockage degree of the first type monitoring point, the judgment result of whether the second type monitoring point is blocked and the blockage degree of the second type monitoring point.

the blockage degree comprises a first level blockage degree, a second level blockage degree and a third level blockage degree;
the main control server sends out an early warning signal to the controlled device corresponding to the jam point when the jam point is judged to be the first level jam degree, sends out a warning signal to the controlled device corresponding to the jam point when the jam point is judged to be the second level jam degree, and sends out a stop signal to the controlled device corresponding to the jam point when the jam point is judged to be the third level jam degree.
