[ example one ]
Fig. 1 to 14 show a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the present embodiment discloses a pallet conveying apparatus 100, which comprises a plurality of pallets 1 and a conveying device 2 capable of operating to convey a plurality of pallets 1. For the convenience of describing the pallet conveying apparatus 100 of the present embodiment, the structures of the plurality of pallets 1 and the conveying device 2 will be described first, and then the connection relationship between the plurality of pallets 1 and the conveying device 2 will be described.
It should be noted that the structures of a plurality of pallets 1 are substantially the same in the present embodiment, so for convenience of description, only the structure of a single pallet 1 will be described below, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the present invention, the structures of the pallets 1 may be slightly different.
In addition, although the pallet 1 is described in conjunction with the conveying device 2 in the embodiment, the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the present disclosure, the pallet 1 may be used alone (e.g., for sale) or in combination with other components (e.g., other conveying machines different from the conveying device 2 of the present embodiment).
As shown in fig. 3 to 5, the pallet 1 includes a board 11, and a front movable member 12 and a rear opening member 13 mounted on the board 11. The board body 11 is similar to an existing pallet in the embodiment, but the specific structure of the board body 11 can be adjusted and changed according to design requirements, and is not limited to the illustration in the drawings. Further, the board body 11 has a carrying side 111 (e.g., the top side of the board body 11 in fig. 4) and a mounting side 112 (e.g., the bottom side of the board body 11 in fig. 4) opposite to the carrying side 111, and the carrying side 111 of the board body 11 can be used for carrying various objects to be transported (including existing pallets).
The front moving member 12 and the rear opening member 13 are both mounted on the mounting side 112 of the board 11, and the front moving member 12 and the rear opening member 13 are arranged at intervals along a length direction L of the board 11. Wherein the front movable member 12 is capable of being inclined to an initial position (for example, fig. 3 to 5) relative to the plate 11 under the influence of gravity; that is, the movable member that is biased to the initial position other than by the influence of gravity (e.g., by electronic component control) is different from the front movable member 12 of the present embodiment. Furthermore, when two pallets 1 approach each other, the front movable member 12 of one pallet 1 is pushed away by the rear opening member 13 of the other pallet 1 to move from the initial position to an avoidance position (for example, fig. 6 to 8).
As described above, the specific configurations of the front movable member 12 and the rear opening member 13 can be adjusted and changed according to the design requirements under the condition that the above structural conditions and operation conditions can be achieved; for convenience of illustration, the front movable member 12 and the rear opening member 13 are only one possible configuration, but the invention is not limited thereto.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to fig. 5, the front movable element 12 is pivotally connected to the mounting side 112 of the board 11, and a pivot axis R of the front movable element 12 relative to the mounting side 112 is parallel to the length direction L. In order to facilitate the front moving part 12 to be inclined to the initial position under the influence of gravity, the volume (or weight) of each portion of the front moving part 12 in this embodiment is gradually increased from the position adjacent to the plate 11 toward a plumb direction (e.g., from top to bottom in fig. 3) away from the plate 11, but the invention is not limited thereto.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the front movable member 12 includes a lower movable portion 121 far away from the board 11 and an upper movable portion 122 located between the board 11 and the lower movable portion 121, and the lower movable portion 121 and the upper movable portion 122 are preferably arranged along the plumb direction, but the invention is not limited thereto.
In more detail, the front movable member 12 includes two movable plates 120, and one end (along the pivot axis R) of the two movable plates 120 is pivotally connected to the mounting side 112. The two movable plates 120 are located at positions away from the plate body 11 and adjacent to each other, and they jointly surround and form a through hole and are combined to define the lower movable portion 121; the two movable plates 120 are adjacent to each other and adjacent to the plate body 11, and they jointly surround and form a through hole and are defined as the upper movable portion 122.
Accordingly, when the front movable member 12 is located at the initial position (e.g., FIG. 3-FIG. 5), the two movable plates 120 abut against each other; when the front movable member 12 moves from the initial position to the retracted position (see fig. 8), the two movable plates 120 rotate away from each other, but the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the present disclosure, the front movable member 12 may be designed to achieve the above-mentioned operating condition with a single movable plate.
In the present embodiment, the rear opening 13 includes a tapered opening 131, and the opening 131 protrudes out of the board 11 in a direction away from the front movable member 12, and a distance D131 between the opening 131 and the board 11 is substantially equal to a distance D122 between the upper movable portion 122 and the board 11. In another perspective, a forward projection of a tip of the top-opening portion 131 along the length direction L is located in a projection area formed by any one of the front movable members 12 located at the initial position, and the projection area falls within the upper movable portion 122 and is located at a position where the two movable plates 120 abut against each other, but the invention is not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the conveying device 2 includes a carrying platform 21, a conveying line 22 operatively disposed in the carrying platform 21, a driving mechanism 23 (e.g., a motor) for driving the conveying line 22 to operate, a plurality of pushing rods 24 fixed to the conveying line 22 at intervals along a conveying path P, and a fixed end pushing member 25 fixed to the carrying platform 21. In the embodiment, the transmission path P is defined as an area through which the pushing rods 24 move, but the invention is not limited thereto.
It should be noted that the conveying line 22 and the pushing rods 24 are described in the present embodiment as being matched with the above-mentioned components (for example, the conveying line 22 is driven by only one driving mechanism 23 in the present embodiment), but the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the present disclosure, the conveying line 22 may also be driven by a plurality of driving mechanisms 23 in a segmented manner; alternatively, the conveyor line 22 and the plurality of pushing rods 24 may be used with (or transport) pallets that are not equipped with the rear opening member 13.
In this embodiment, the loading platform 21 is used to support a plurality of pallets 1, and the loading platform 21 is supported by the front movable member 12 and the rear opening member 13 at two opposite sides of the pallet 1 in this embodiment. A plurality of pallets 1 are arranged above the conveyor line 22, and (the lower movable portion 121 of) the front movable member 12 of each pallet 1 is located on the conveyor path P; that is, the front movable member 12 and the rear opening member 13 of each pallet 1 are arranged at intervals in a direction parallel to the transmission path P, and the pivot axis R of the front movable member 12 with respect to the mounting side 112 is parallel to the transmission path P.
In more detail, the rear opening member 13 of each pallet 1 is located (directly) above the transmission path P in the present embodiment; that is, the rear opening member 13 of each pallet 1 is separated from the conveying line 22 by a distance D13, which is greater than a height H24 of each pushing rod 24 relative to the conveying line 22, so that the pushing rods 24 do not touch the rear opening member 13 of any pallet 1 when moving along the conveying path P.
It should be noted that the structure of the plurality of pushing rods 24 is substantially the same as that of the present embodiment, so for convenience of description, the structure of only a single pushing rod 24 will be described below, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the present disclosure, the configuration of the pushing rods 24 may also be slightly different.
As shown in fig. 6, 9 and 10, the pushing rod 24 in this embodiment includes a straight pushing portion 241 and a tapered pushing portion 242 connected to the pushing portion 241. The horizontal pushing portion 241 is connected to the conveying line 22 in an upright manner, and the pushing portion 242 is formed by extending (integrally) rearward from the horizontal pushing portion 241 along the conveying path P. In addition, in the embodiment, the pushing rod 24 is described by integrally forming the flat pushing portion 241 on the conveying line 22, but the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the present disclosure, a plurality of the pushing rods 24 may be detachably mounted on the conveying line 22.
In this embodiment, the flat pushing portion 241 projects forward to a projection area formed by any one of the front movable members 12 located at the initial position, and covers the lower movable portion 121 and an area adjacent to the lower movable portion. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the pushing rod 24 can push the lower movable portion 121 of the front movable member 12 located at the initial position with the flat pushing portion 241, so as to advance along the conveying path P synchronously with the pushed pallet 1.
Furthermore, a tip of the push-away portion 242 projects from a projection area formed by any one of the front movable members 12 located at the initial position, and the projection area falls within the lower movable portion 121 and is located at a position where the two movable plates 120 abut against each other. Accordingly, as shown in fig. 11 to 13, the pushing rod 24 can push the lower movable portion 121 of one pallet 1 away by the pushing portion 242, so as to move the front movable member 12 from the initial position to the avoiding position.
In addition, the pushing rod 24 is only one possible structure described in the present embodiment, but the specific structure of the pushing rod 24 can be adjusted and varied according to the design requirement under the condition that the above-mentioned operation condition can be achieved, and is not limited to the embodiment.
As shown in fig. 6 and 14, the fixed end opening member 25 is located above the conveying path P, and the fixed end opening member 25 is spaced apart from the conveying line 22 by a distance D25, which is greater than the height H24 of each pushing rod 24 relative to the conveying line 22, so that the pushing rods 24 do not touch the fixed end opening member 25 when moving along the conveying path P. Moreover, the fixed end opening member 25 includes an opening portion 251 in the present embodiment, which is similar to the opening portion 131 of any one of the rear opening members 13 in structure and function, and will not be described herein again.
The above is the description of the structure of the pallet 1 and the conveying device 2 of the pallet conveying equipment 100 of the embodiment, but the structure of the pallet 1 and the conveying device 2 can be adjusted and changed according to the design requirement, and is not limited to the above-mentioned structure; the connection and operation of the plurality of pallets 1 and the conveyor 2 will be described next.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, when the conveyor line 22 is operated to advance a plurality of the push rods 24 along the conveying path P, one of the push rods 24 pushes against the lower movable portion 121 of the front movable member 12 of one of the pallets 1 located at the initial position, so that the pallet 1 advances along the conveying path P in synchronization with the pushing. In more detail, in the pushing rod 24 and the pallet 1 pushed by the pushing rod 24, the pushing rod 24 is a part of the front movable member 12 on the transmission path P pushed by the flat pushing portion 241.
Accordingly, the pallet transport apparatus 100 matches or pushes against the front movable member 12 of one pallet 1 through any one of the pushing rods 24 of the transport device 2, so that the position relationship between the transport device 2 and the pallets 1 can be effectively (and easily) controlled at the same time during the transport of the pallets 1 by the transport device 2.
Furthermore, the pallet transport equipment 100 matches or pushes against the front moving part 12 of one pallet 1 through any one of the pushing rods 24 of the transport device 2, so that the pallet 1 can generate less vibration during the transport process, and the transport device 2 is utilized to operate with lower power (e.g., a single driving mechanism 23).
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, when one pallet 1 is pushed by one pushing rod 24 and advances toward the adjacent pallet 1, the front movable member 12 of the pushed pallet 1 is pushed away by the rear opening member 13 of the adjacent pallet 1 and moves from the initial position to the avoidance position (for example, the pushed pallet 1 is such that the upper movable portion 122 is pushed away by the opening portion 131 of the adjacent pallet 1, so that the front movable member 12 moves from the initial position to the avoidance position), and the pushing rod 24 can pass through the front movable member 12 of the pallet 1 pushed by the pushing rod 24.
Accordingly, two adjacent pallets 1 can be collocated with the rear jacking piece 13 of one of the pallets 1 through the front moving piece 12 of one of the pallets 1, so that two adjacent pallets 1 can be stacked and arranged on the conveying line 22 in a predetermined arrangement mode, and then collision of any two pallets 1 is effectively avoided.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, when the conveyor line 22 operates to retract the pushing rods 24 along the conveying path P, the (pushing away portion 242 of the) one pushing rod 24 can push away the lower movable portion 121 of the pallet 1, so that the front movable member 12 moves from the initial position to the retracted position, and can pass through the front movable member 12. That is, when the push rods 24 are retracted along the transmission path P, any one of the push rods 24 can pass through the front movable member 12 of each pallet 1 by the push-away portion 242, thereby avoiding affecting or changing the position of each pallet 1.
Accordingly, after a plurality of pallets 1 are stacked, the conveying device 2 can make the plurality of pushing rods 24 pass through the stacked pallets 1 by the conveying line 22, so that the plurality of pushing rods 24 can be used for conveying other pallets 1, but the invention is not limited thereto. For example, in other embodiments not shown in the present disclosure, the conveying line 22 of the conveying device 2 may be in a ring shape and only drives a plurality of pushing rods 24 to circularly advance along the conveying path P.
As shown in fig. 6 and 14, when one of the pallets 1 is pushed by one of the pushing rods 24 to advance toward the fixed end opening member 25, the pushed front movable member 12 of the pallet 1 is pushed by the fixed end opening member 25 to move from the initial position to the avoiding position, so that the pushing rod 24 can pass through the pushed front movable member 12 (and the fixed end opening member 25) of the pallet 1. That is, the fixed end opening member 25 corresponds to a starting point of stacking the plurality of pallets 1.
[ example two ]
Please refer to fig. 15, which illustrates a second embodiment of the present invention. Since this embodiment is similar to the first embodiment, the same parts of the two embodiments are not described again, and the differences between this embodiment and the first embodiment are roughly described as follows:
in this embodiment, the conveying device 2 includes a plurality of check baffles 26 installed on the loading platform 21, and the check baffles 26 are located on the moving paths of the pallets 1. In the present embodiment, the action paths are defined as a plurality of areas through which the pallet 1 moves, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
Each of the check baffles 26 is movable between a check position (e.g., the check baffle 26 shown in solid lines in fig. 15) and a pass-through position (e.g., the check baffle 26 shown in broken lines in fig. 15) relative to the susceptor 21, and each of the check baffles 26 is biased by gravity to be in the check position relative to the susceptor 21, but each of the check baffles 26 is not movable from the check position in a direction away from the pass-through position.
When one of the pallets 1 is pushed by one of the pushing rods 24 to advance, the pushed pallet 1 can press any one of the non-return baffles 26 to move to the passing position, so that the pushed pallet 1 passes over the non-return baffles 26 in the passing position.
Further, since the fixed end opening member 25 is equivalent to a starting point of stacking the plurality of pallets 1, the loading platform 21 may be respectively installed with the plurality of check baffles 26 at positions corresponding to a predetermined stacking position of the plurality of pallets 1, so that any one of the pallets 1 that is already in the stacking position is restrained by one of the check baffles 26 that is corresponding in position and is in the check position, and cannot move backward.
[ technical effects of embodiments of the present invention ]
In summary, in the pallet conveying apparatus and the pallet disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention, any one of the pushing rods of the conveying device is matched with or pushes against the front moving member of one pallet, so that the conveying device can effectively (and easily) adjust and control the position relationship between the conveying device and the plurality of pallets during the conveying process of the plurality of pallets by the conveying device.
In addition, the pallet conveying equipment disclosed by the embodiment of the invention enables the pallet to generate smaller vibration in the conveying process by matching or pushing against the front moving part of the pallet through any pushing rod of the conveying device, and utilizes the conveying device to operate by using lower power (such as a single driving mechanism).
In addition, the pallet disclosed by the embodiment of the invention enables two adjacent pallets to be matched with the rear jacking piece of one pallet through the front movable piece of one pallet, so that the two adjacent pallets can be stacked and arranged on the conveying line in a preset arrangement mode, and further collision of any two pallets is effectively avoided.
In the pallet conveying apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention, after the plurality of pallets are stacked, the conveying device may cause the plurality of pushing rods to retreat along the conveying path through the stacked plurality of pallets by the conveying line, so that the plurality of pushing rods can be used to convey another pallet.
The disclosure is only a preferred embodiment of the invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, so that all equivalent technical changes made by using the contents of the specification and the drawings are included in the scope of the invention.
