Thus, the first seat 11 can be mounted on the first longitudinal beam 51, and the second seat 21 can be mounted on the second longitudinal beam 52; the first swing arm 13 is pivoted on the first seat 11 through the first shaft body 12, the second swing arm 23 is pivoted on the second seat 21 through the second shaft body 22, and as the first shaft body 12 and the second shaft body 22 extend along the predetermined linear direction respectively, and the stop lever 3 is fixedly connected with the first swing arm 13 and the second swing arm 23, the stop lever 3 can rotate around the predetermined linear direction through the first swing arm 13 and the second swing arm 23; in the process that the stop lever 3 rotates around a preset straight line, the position of the stop lever 3 can be adjusted, so that the stop lever 3 can be conveniently moved; (assuming that the bar 3 rotates in the first direction around the predetermined straight line in the process of rotating the bar 3 from the first rotational position to the second rotational position; assuming that the bar 3 rotates in the second direction around the predetermined straight line in the process of rotating the bar 3 from the second rotational position to the first rotational position; since the first rotational position is located below the second rotational position and the first rotational position is located below the predetermined straight line, the bar 3 is easily maintained at the first rotational position by its own weight when the bar 3 moves from the second rotational position to the first rotational position; when the stop lever 3 is located at the first rotation position and an external object impacts the stop lever 3 in a direction (for example, the second direction) away from the second rotation position, the blocking mechanism can prevent the stop lever 3 from rotating from the second rotation position to the first rotation position, so that the position of the stop lever 3 is stable, and the vehicle is protected.
In one embodiment, the first shaft 12 is connected to the first base 11 by welding and then fixed to the frame assembly by the first bolt 53; the second shaft 22 is connected with the second seat 21 by welding, and then fixed on the frame assembly by a second bolt 54; the stop lever 3 is respectively connected with the first swing arm 13 and the second swing arm 23 through welding and then is arranged on the first shaft body 12 and the second shaft body 22; a first pin body 41 is arranged on the first swing arm 13; a second pin body is mounted on the second swing arm 23.
In one embodiment, the stop lever 3 is made of a steel tube with a thickness of 2.2mm and a tensile limit of more than 1500 MPa. In one embodiment, the bar 3 is circular in cross-section and the bar 3 has a cross-sectional diameter of 120 mm. The rotatable rear fender of claim 2, further comprising: a first handle and a first connecting pin; the first handle is provided with a first plate body part and a second plate body part which are arranged in parallel at intervals; the first plate portion has a first smooth edge in contact with the first swing arm, and the second plate portion has a second smooth edge parallel to the first smooth edge and in contact with the first swing arm; the first plate body part is provided with a first assembling hole, and the second plate body part is provided with a second assembling hole; the first connecting pin sequentially penetrates through the first assembling hole and the second assembling hole; the first pin body is provided with a first mounting hole for the first connecting pin to pass through; the first smooth edge has a first proximal end proximate the first connecting pin and a first distal end distal the first connecting pin; the first connecting pin is perpendicular to the first pin body.

The rotatable rear fender of claim 3, wherein the first pin body is provided with a first boss, and the first swing arm is located between the first boss and the first handle; the first pin body is sleeved with a first spring, and the first spring is clamped between the first boss and the first swing arm.

The rotatable rear fender of claim 1, wherein the blocking mechanism further comprises: the second pin body and a second pin hole are formed in the second swing arm and used for the second pin body to slide; the extending direction of the second pin hole is parallel to the preset straight line; the second seat body is provided with a third positioning hole and a fourth positioning hole for the second pin body to be clamped in respectively; when the stop lever is located at the first rotating position, the second pin body is aligned with the third positioning hole; when the stop lever is located at the second rotation position, the second pin body is aligned with the fourth positioning hole.

The rotatable rear fender of claim 5, further comprising: a second handle and a second connecting pin; the second handle is provided with a third plate body part and a fourth plate body part which are arranged in parallel at intervals; the third plate body portion has a third smooth edge in contact with the second swing arm, and the fourth plate body portion has a fourth smooth edge parallel to the third smooth edge and in contact with the second swing arm; a third assembling hole is formed in the third plate body part, and a fourth assembling hole is formed in the fourth plate body part; the second connecting pin sequentially penetrates through the third assembling hole and the fourth assembling hole; the second pin body is provided with a second mounting hole for the second connecting pin to pass through; the third smooth edge has a second proximal end proximate the second connector pin and a second distal end distal the second connector pin; the second connecting pin is perpendicular to the second pin body.

The rotatable rear fender of claim 6, wherein the second pin body is provided with a second boss, and the second swing arm is located between the second boss and the second handle; the second pin body is sleeved with a second spring, and the second spring is clamped between the second boss and the second swing arm.
