本发明公开了一种超大功率充电枪的冷却循环结构,包括线缆组件和枪头组件,线缆组件包括进水管和出水管,进水管和出水管的周围包覆有导电线;枪头组件包括冷却池,冷却池上设有进水口、出水口以及固定孔,固定孔内设有充电端子,导电线与充电端子连接,进水管与进水口密封连接,出水管与出水口密封连接。本发明通过冷却液的流动带走导电线产生的热量,保证产品不会过温,由于产品有液冷的冷却系统,产品的最大电流能达到600A左右大大的减少了充电时间。

技术领域
本发明涉及充电枪技术领域,尤其涉及一种超大功率充电枪的冷却循环结构。
背景技术
现阶段的充电枪充电电流都在250A左右,而且在我国南方地区夏季温度高,充电时很容易发生过温的现象,使得用户抱怨严重;由于充电电流小,导致充电时间在一个小时左右,很多客户都难以接受。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种超大功率充电枪的冷却循环结构,通过冷却液的流动带走导电线产生的热量,保证产品不会过温,由于产品有液冷的冷却系统,产品的最大电流能达到600A左右大大的减少了充电时间。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种超大功率充电枪的冷却循环结构,包括:
线缆组件,所述线缆组件包括进水管和出水管,所述进水管和出水管的周围包覆有导电线;
枪头组件,所述枪头组件包括冷却池,所述冷却池上设有进水口、出水口以及固定孔,所述固定孔内设有充电端子,所述导电线与所述充电端子连接,所述进水管与所述进水口密封连接,所述出水管与所述出水口密封连接。
进一步地,所述固定孔与充电端子之间设有端子防水圈。
进一步地,所述出水管与出水口之间以及进水管与进水口之间均设有水管防水圈。
进一步地,所述冷却池上设有冷却池盖。
进一步地,所述导电线与所述充电端子之间设有压线铜管。
进一步地,所述压线铜管上设有铜管防水圈。
上述技术方案至少具有如下有益效果:本发明通过采用在进水管和出水管的周围包覆有导电线,在冷却池上设有进水口、出水口以及固定孔,将固定孔内设有充电端子,将导电线与充电端子连接,将进水管与所述进水口密封连接,将出水管与出水口密封连接,通过冷却液的流动带走导电线产生的热量,保证产品不会过温,由于产品有液冷的冷却系统,产品的最大电流能达到600A左右大大的减少了充电时间。

如图1和图2以及图3所示,本发明的超大功率充电枪的冷却循环结构包括线缆组件1和枪头组件2,其中,线缆组件1包括进水管11和出水管12,在进水管11和出水管12的周围包覆有导电线13,枪头组件2包括冷却池21,在冷却池21上设有进水口22、出水口23以及固定孔24,在固定孔24内设有充电端子25,将导电线13与充电端子25连接,将进水管11与进水口22密封连接,将出水管12与出水口23密封连接,通过导电线13内的进水管11和出水管12与枪头内的冷却池21连接形成一个循环,通过冷却液的流动带走导电线13产生的热量,保证产品不会过温。由于产品有液冷的冷却系统,产品的最大电流能达到600A左右大大的减少了充电时间。
固定孔24与充电端子25之间设有端子防水圈3,出水管12与出水口23之间以及进水管11与进水口22之间均设有水管防水圈4,压线铜管6上设有铜管防水圈7,防水效果更好。冷却池21上设有冷却池盖5,可以打开冷却池盖5进行检修。导电线13与充电端子25之间设有压线铜管6,压线铜管6起到更好的保护作用。

线缆组件,所述线缆组件包括进水管和出水管,所述进水管和出水管的周围包覆有导电线;
枪头组件,所述枪头组件包括冷却池,所述冷却池上设有进水口、出水口以及固定孔,所述固定孔内设有充电端子,所述导电线与所述充电端子连接,所述进水管与所述进水口密封连接,所述出水管与所述出水口密封连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的超大功率充电枪的冷却循环结构,其特征在于,所述固定孔与充电端子之间设有端子防水圈。
3.如权利要求1所述的超大功率充电枪的冷却循环结构,其特征在于,所述出水管与出水口之间以及进水管与进水口之间均设有水管防水圈。
4.如权利要求1所述的超大功率充电枪的冷却循环结构,其特征在于,所述冷却池上设有冷却池盖。
5.如权利要求1所述的超大功率充电枪的冷却循环结构,其特征在于,所述导电线与所述充电端子之间设有压线铜管。
6.如权利要求1所述的超大功率充电枪的冷却循环结构,其特征在于,所述压线铜管上设有铜管防水圈。
