the tracking line is positioned on one side of the rectangular frame, the side of the tracking line is intersected with one side with the cursor block, and the tracking line is used for performing deviation rectifying tracking on the anti-counterfeiting holographic positioning paper and ensuring that the anti-counterfeiting holographic positioning paper is positioned at the same horizontal position; the length of the tracking line is greater than the side length of the rectangular frame;
the gauge lines are positioned on the cursor block side and the tracking line side of the rectangular frame and are arranged in a step shape, the gauge line positioned in the middle of each set of gauge lines is overlapped with the rectangular frame, and the rest gauge lines are parallel to the rectangular frame; the method is used for evaluating the squareness of the transverse cutting process in the preparation of the anti-counterfeiting holographic positioning paper.
2. The positioning bezel of claim 1, wherein the cursor block is a solid rectangle having a length of 5mm to 60mm and a width of 3mm to 10 mm.
3. The positioning bezel of claim 1 or 2, wherein the width of the corner line is 0.1mm to 0.3 mm.
4. The preparation method of the anti-counterfeiting holographic positioning paper based on the positioning frame of claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
continuously coating the PET film, and volatilizing the PET film through a drying tunnel to obtain a resin coating;
transferring the laser holographic pattern and the positioning frame arranged on the nickel plate to the resin coating by adopting a die pressing process to form a PET holographic transparent film;
carrying out evaporation on the surface of the PET holographic transparent film to form a coating film with a laser surface;
cutting the coated film according to the specification of the product, removing inferior films after cutting, and keeping a finished film;
coating a water-based adhesive on the surface of the finished product film according to the position of the corner line and the tracking line on the finished product film, compounding and drying the water-based adhesive and the base paper, and transferring the laser information layer on the finished product film to the base paper;
if the positioning paper is composite paper, cutting the paper into a plurality of anti-counterfeiting holographic positioning papers according to specifications based on gauge lines; if the positioning paper is transfer paper, the PET film is peeled by utilizing the binding force of the adhesive and the coating film, and then the PET film is cut into a plurality of anti-counterfeiting holographic positioning papers according to specifications based on gauge lines.
5. The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein the surface of the PET holographic transparent film is evaporated with metal aluminum to form an aluminum-plated film; or depositing zinc sulfide by vapor deposition to form a zinc sulfide plated film.
6. The production method according to claim 4 or 5, wherein the resin coating layer is produced to have a thickness of 1 μm to 3 μm.
7. The detection method based on the preparation method of claim 4, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
comparing the film calibrated by the standard pattern with the positioning frame of the anti-counterfeiting holographic positioning paper, and displaying the actual deformation of the anti-counterfeiting holographic positioning paper;
if the actual deformation degree exceeds the preset acceptable deformation degree, the anti-counterfeiting holographic positioning paper is unqualified, otherwise, the anti-counterfeiting holographic positioning paper is qualified.
