In addition, when the mould pressing plate is carved, the cross gauge lines are complete, and the gripping opening and the pull gauge of the cross lines are provided with stepped arrow marks and cutting lines. Meanwhile, a color block of the positioning electric eye is carved, and a color code identification strip is adopted, so that the color code sensor can conveniently identify the color code. Typically the identification color bars have a frosting effect.
Specifically, in A-2, the base material is a PET film with a specification of 22 u. The UV coating is coated on the PET film, proper viscosity and coating amount are ensured when the UV coating is coated, and the UV coating is coated in a sealed, dust-free, constant-temperature and constant-humidity environment. The coating is used as a first procedure, a gravure process is adopted to coat the UV coating, the coating thickness is 0.15mm to 0.3mm, the depth of field effect of the embossment can be directly influenced by the coating thickness, and the thickness of the coating layer is determined by product design. The printing workshop keeps the ambient temperature at 18-20 ℃ and the humidity at 50-70%, eliminates static electricity generated when a printed matter rubs with each paper feeding roller, and avoids the printed matter from being heated and deformed due to high temperature by applying a water cooling roller.
Specifically, in a-5, after the die pressing of the laser pattern is completed, a layer of metal, such as metal foil, needs to be sprayed on the laser pattern to achieve the platinum relief effect, and a vacuum aluminum plating machine is used for achieving the platinum relief effect. After vacuum aluminum plating, the surface of the laser film is subjected to surface treatment by adopting a varnish coating or corona mode so as to improve printability, and a proper treatment mode can be selected according to different surface properties of the laser film.
Specifically, in A-6, the printed and electroplated film of the coil is washed by water, and the aluminum layer at the position printed with the washing white ink on the back surface of the substrate after aluminum plating has insufficient adhesive force and is easily washed away by water, so that the transparent effect is realized. And after cleaning, adopting a flexible plate thermal drying process for treatment.
The coil subjected to the A-6 aluminum washing treatment is compounded or coated for use according to application requirements.
The transparent photoetching film prepared by the method can increase the expressive force, uniqueness and anti-counterfeiting function of product packaging, enhance the shelf effect of product display, attract the eyes of customers and increase the sales volume of products.
