The wet winding method has the advantages of mature equipment and technology, low cost, high product quality and the like, and is a commonly used method in fiber winding. Tension is a key factor affecting the quality of the wound product, and too much or too little winding tension affects the quality of the wound product, so that the tension on the fiber needs to be detected during winding. The yarn nozzle moves back and forth in the winding process to cause the yarn to be loose, and if the yarn cannot be tensioned in time, the problems of yarn sliding and the like can be caused, so that the quality of wound products is influenced. Therefore, yarn return and tension measurement are important links in the fiber winding process.
At present, a plurality of yarn tension measuring instruments are available on the market, the yarn tension measuring instruments are small in size, but only have a measuring function and do not have a yarn returning function, and extra equipment is needed for controlling yarn returning. The tension controller on the market integrates yarn tensioning and tension control, but the device is large in size and high in price. There is therefore a need to develop a new type of tension measuring device that can both tension the yarn and measure the tension.

The invention aims to provide a mechanical fiber wet-method winding back yarn and tension measuring device, which solves the problems in the prior art and has the advantages of simple structure, small size and capability of tensioning the yarn and measuring the tension.

After the yarn passes through the three shafts, when the yarn is wound, the main shaft 3 moves downwards under the action of the tension of the yarn, the indicating needle 7 on the main shaft 3 also moves downwards from the zero scale, and a value is indicated on the tension graduated scale 8, wherein the value is the numerical value of the tension of the yarn at the moment. The position of the pointer 7 needs to be calibrated before each use to ensure that the pointer 7 points to the zero scale position of the tension scale 8 when there is no tension.
