2. A new material sheet surface impurity treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the grinding means (3) comprises:
a row of first rotating shafts (31) are rotatably arranged between the brackets (2) at uniform intervals;
the first rotating shaft (31) is provided with a grinding roller (32);
a first belt conveyer (33), wherein the first belt conveyer (33) is arranged between one ends of the first rotating shafts (31) at the bottom;
the double-shaft motor (34) is arranged on one side of the bracket (2);
and a second belt conveying device (35) is arranged between the output shaft of the double-shaft motor (34) and the other end of the first rotating shaft (31).
3. A new material sheet surface impurity treatment apparatus as claimed in claim 2, wherein the moving mechanism (4) comprises:
the first guide rods (41) are symmetrically arranged on the brackets (2) at the two sides of the first guide rod (41);
the four first guide rods (41) are provided with first sliding blocks (42) in a sliding manner;
the first straight type sliding groove plate (43) is arranged between the opposite sides of the two first sliding blocks (42) on the same side;
the side walls of the middle parts of the two first straight type sliding groove plates (43) are provided with second straight type sliding groove plates (44);
the bottom plate (1) at the lower parts of the two second straight type sliding groove plates (44) is provided with a first bearing seat (45);
the second rotating shafts (46) are rotatably arranged on the two first bearing seats (45);
the rotating rods (47) are arranged at the opposite ends of the two second rotating shafts (46);
the first fixing rods (48) are arranged in the two second straight sliding groove plates (44) in a sliding mode, and the other ends of the two rotating rods (47) are connected with the opposite ends of the two first fixing rods (48);
first elastic pieces (49) are arranged between one sides of the four first sliding blocks (42) and one sides of the four first guide rods (41).

the two first straight sliding grooves are internally provided with a first guide rod (51);
the two second guide rods (51) are symmetrically and slidably provided with second sliding blocks (52);
the supporting plate (53) is arranged between the opposite sides of the four second sliding blocks (52);
the limiting plate (54) is arranged at the bottom of the supporting plate (53);
and a second elastic part (55) is arranged between one side of each second sliding block (52) at the lower part and one side of the bottom of each first straight sliding chute.

the guide blocks (6) are arranged on the bottom plate (1) close to one side of the two first bearing seats (45);
the sliding rods (7) are arranged on the two guide blocks (6) in a sliding manner;
the first rack (8) is arranged on the sliding rod (7) close to one end of each of the two first bearing seats (45);
the opposite ends of the two second rotating shafts (46) are provided with circular gears (9), and the circular gears (9) are meshed with the first rack (8);
a third straight type chute plate (10), wherein the other ends of the two slide bars (7) are provided with the third straight type chute plate (10);
third guide rods (11) are arranged on the side walls, close to the opposite sides of the bottom plates (1) on one sides of the two third straight type chute plates (10), of the third guide rods (11);
the pedal (12) is arranged between the two third guide rods (11) in a sliding manner;
the side wall of the pedal (12) close to one side of the third straight type chute plates (10) is symmetrically provided with second fixed rods (13), and the two second fixed rods (13) are in sliding fit with the two third straight type chute plates (10);
and third elastic pieces (14) are arranged between the two sides of the bottom of the pedal (12) and one side of the two second fixing rods (13).
