S4: when the liquid level of the high-temperature molten nickel iron in the hopper 4 is low, the liquid level sensor 41 gives an alarm, the crane 31 is started, the crane 31 pushes up the lifting rod 32, the lifting rod 32 pushes up the supporting sleeve ring 33, the supporting sleeve ring 33 is sleeved on the hopper 4, and the hopper 4 is lifted towards the direction away from the granulation tank body 1.

Claims (5)

1. A method for preparing metal granules with more uniform granules is characterized in that: the adjustment of the impact potential energy between the hopper (4) and the horizontal rotating granulating disc (21) is realized by adjusting the distance between the hopper (4) and the horizontal rotating granulating disc (21); the specific operation steps are as follows:

s4: when the liquid level of the high-temperature nickel molten iron in the hopper (4) is lower, the liquid level sensor gives an alarm, the crane (31) is started, the crane (31) pushes up the lifting rod (32), the lifting rod (32) pushes up the supporting sleeve ring (33), the supporting sleeve ring (33) is sleeved on the hopper (4), and the hopper (4) is lifted towards the direction far away from the granulation tank body (1);

the lifting mechanism (3) comprises a crane (31), a lifting rod (32) and a supporting lantern ring (33); the crane (31) is arranged on the granulation tank body (1), the supporting sleeve ring (33) is sleeved on the outer side of the hopper (4), a lifting rod (32) is arranged between the crane (31) and the supporting sleeve ring (33), and the crane (31) drives the hopper (4) to lift through the lifting rod (32) and the supporting sleeve ring (33);
and a liquid level sensor (41) is arranged on the inner wall of the hopper (4) and is used for detecting the liquid level of the high-temperature molten nickel iron in the hopper (4).
