According to the invention, through the arrangement of the intelligent detection punching rod, the color sensor 108, the colored inspection-assisting ring 111 and the intelligent detection system, burrs can be automatically detected in the punching process, so that not only can the subsequent burr detection procedure be omitted and the overall processing efficiency be improved, but also compared with the detection method in the prior art, the detection method in the invention is efficient and accurate, the labor cost can be saved, and the processing efficiency can be further improved, and through the arrangement of the intelligent marking component, when the burr height is detected to exceed the standard value, part of marking ink in the sponge sleeve 507 can be extruded out and drops onto the metal plate through the opened elastic normally closed hole 511, so that the hole with the unqualified burr height is automatically marked, the subsequent burr removal is facilitated, and the practicability is greatly improved.
