When the open type hand disinfection device is put into practical use, the existing disinfection solution has certain volatility, if disinfection gel drops drop from the hands into the liquid-spraying disinfection unit 330, effective disinfection components in the residual disinfection gel can volatilize in a short time, the residual gel can be combined with virus and bacteria aerosol brought in the air or before the hands are disinfected, and then the virus and bacteria aerosol is propagated in the liquid-spraying disinfection unit 330, so that the risk of virus cross infection is brought, and the hand disinfection device is partially improved into a closed cleaning inlet 331; when hands are disinfected, external air is isolated from the disinfecting device, meanwhile, air in the hand disinfecting device is guided into the bottom ground from the disinfecting device, disinfection treatment is carried out through illumination of the bottom UV lamp strip, and aerosol carrying viruses and bacteria is prevented from remaining in the liquid spraying type disinfecting unit 330 or entering and exiting the liquid spraying type disinfecting unit 330; the disinfection device of the invention comprises a liquid spraying disinfection unit 330 and a disinfection channel 332 which is positioned at the outlet end of the liquid spraying disinfection unit 330 and is provided with a cleaning inlet 331; the disinfection channel 332 extends to the underside of the chassis; the exhaust fan 333 is positioned at the side of the disinfection channel 332 at a predetermined position below the cleaning inlet 331, and air can be extracted from the liquid spray disinfection unit 330 after the exhaust fan is turned on; the disinfection channel 332 at one side corresponding to the cleaning inlet 331 is provided with an air accommodating cavity 334 protruding outwards; the air accommodating cavity 334 is a continuous curved surface structure, and the disinfection gel liquid dropped or splashed from the hands can be downwards converged into the disinfection channel 332 under the action of the air extractor 333; meanwhile, in the air draft process, air on the hand can flow downwards through the curved surface; the cleaning inlet 331 is provided with a guide port which can enable a hand to extend obliquely, so that the disinfection condensate sprayed by the liquid spraying type disinfection unit 330 can slide downwards along the hand surface while the air flow and the curved surface are convenient to circulate, the contact area of disinfection is increased, the amount of dropped disinfectant gel is reduced, and the use efficiency of the disinfection gel is improved; the disinfection channel 332 above the cleaning inlet 331 has a neck portion 335 which gradually decreases from a direction away from the cleaning inlet 331 to a direction close to the cleaning inlet 331; the cross-sectional area of the air outlet end of the neck portion 335 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the disinfection channel 332 below the cleaning inlet 331, so that air or air flow in the air accommodating cavity 334 is contracted when flowing downwards, the flow rate is accelerated, the air or air flow is guided by the bottom exhaust fan 333 to leave the air accommodating cavity 334 and the disinfection channel 332 at an accelerated speed, the air flow flowing out of the disinfection channel 332 is guided out to the chassis, and the air or air flow is subjected to double disinfection through the bottom atomizing nozzle 34 and the UV lamp strip, so that the risk of virus cross infection is avoided.
The environment air disinfection device comprises an atomizing spray head 34 fixedly arranged at the bottom of the movable chassis 1, a water tank 35 arranged on the movable chassis 1 and communicated with the atomizing spray head 34, and a UV lamp strip 36 fixedly arranged at the bottom of the movable chassis 1; the UV lamp belts 36 are arranged at the bottom of the movable chassis in an annular array, and the growth speed of viruses or bacteria can be inhibited by spraying atomized disinfectant on the ground; the bottom atomized liquid of robot can be to the subaerial environment of virus existence simultaneously through UV lamp area 36 can disappear fast the virus that has survived and kill and then reduce personnel's that keep a public place clean work load fast.
The working principle is as follows:
the intelligent pre-inspection robot is applied to medical institutions, public places, stations and docks, campuses, community prevention and control, public transportation vehicles and the like, and the personnel health codes are scanned at the position of the scanning device 21; during scanning, the camera device 22 shoots scanning personnel, and the camera device 22 is driven by the steering seat 220 and the jacking device 221 to swing in the horizontal and vertical directions; the main camera module 224 in the camera device 22 can rapidly detect the temperature of the whole body of the detected person in the process of swinging in the vertical direction; the plurality of sets of auxiliary camera modules 227 can detect the facial information of the detection personnel in the horizontal swinging process, judge the attaching condition of the mask and the face of the detection personnel, detect the ventilation condition of the mask of the detection personnel and judge whether the worn mask belongs to a qualified mask; the intelligent pre-inspection robot is internally provided with a washing-free disinfectant for inspection personnel; meanwhile, after the pre-inspection work is finished, the disinfection device on the robot body starts a disinfection mode to carry out disinfection operation on the surrounding environment.
The intelligent pre-inspection robot is applied to medical institutions, public places, stations and docks, campuses, community prevention and control, public transportation vehicles and the like, can quickly and accurately pre-inspect and disinfect passing personnel and quickly scan mask wearing conditions through the camera device 22 and the scanning device 21, reduces the workload of detection personnel, and enables pre-inspection operation to be more intelligent. The disinfection device on the robot body starts the disinfection mode to disinfect the surrounding environment after the pre-detection work is finished while the detection and detected personnel can be provided with the washing-free disinfectant through the disinfection device. Finally, the pre-inspection robot can be convenient for detection personnel at different age stages to use the scanning codes through the lifting device 23, and the application range of the robot is expanded.

1. An intelligent pre-inspection robot, comprising:
the mobile chassis, the pre-inspection machine body fixedly arranged on the mobile chassis and the disinfection device fixedly arranged on the mobile chassis.

The intelligent pre-inspection robot as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pre-inspection machine body comprises: the scanning device comprises a shell fixedly arranged on the movable chassis, a scanning device fixedly arranged in the middle of the shell, and a camera device arranged at the top of the shell.

The intelligent pre-inspection robot as claimed in claim 2, wherein a lifting device is further provided outside the scanning device, and the lifting device comprises: the scanning device comprises lifting slide rails fixedly arranged on two sides of a shell, a connecting frame clamped on the lifting slide rails, and a scanning window fixedly arranged at the other end of the connecting frame; the inside of lift slide rail is equipped with screw assembly, link and screw assembly fixed connection, and then reciprocating motion on the lift slide rail under screw assembly's drive, and then drive scanning device and realize going up and down along with human height.

The intelligent pre-inspection robot as claimed in claim 2, wherein the camera device comprises: the steering seat is fixedly arranged at the top of the shell, the jacking device is embedded in the steering left upper part, and the camera shooting mechanism is arranged at one end of the jacking device; an electric motor is arranged in the steering seat; the camera device is driven by the steering seat to rotate in the horizontal direction; the jacking device is a micro hydraulic device; the camera device comprises three camera units which are uniformly distributed up and down, and the working angles of the adjacent camera units are overlapped by 15-20%.
5. The intelligent pre-inspection robot as claimed in claim 1, wherein the disinfection device comprises: a human hand disinfection device mounted on the housing, and an ambient air disinfection device arranged on the mobile chassis;
the human hand disinfection device comprises a hand sanitizer tank fixedly installed in the shell, a liquid outlet pipe inserted on the hand sanitizer tank and a sensing valve installed at the other end of the liquid outlet pipe and fixedly installed on the shell, wherein a liquid outlet is formed in the other end of the sensing valve.

The intelligent pre-inspection robot of claim 5, wherein the disinfection device is a liquid spray disinfection unit and a disinfection tunnel having a clean inlet at an exit end of the liquid spray disinfection unit; the disinfection channel extends to the lower side of the chassis; an exhaust fan is arranged on the disinfection channel at a preset position below the cleaning inlet; the disinfection channel on the side corresponding to the cleaning inlet is provided with an air accommodating cavity protruding outwards; the disinfection channel above the cleaning inlet is provided with a neck part which is gradually reduced from the direction far away from the cleaning inlet to the direction close to the cleaning inlet; the sectional area of the air outlet end of the neck is smaller than that of the disinfection channel below the cleaning inlet.

The intelligent pre-inspection robot as claimed in claim 5, wherein the ambient air disinfection device comprises an atomizer fixedly mounted at the bottom of the movable chassis, a water tank mounted on the movable chassis and communicated with the atomizer, and a UV lamp strip fixedly mounted at the bottom of the movable chassis.

The intelligent pre-inspection robot as claimed in claim 4, wherein the camera mechanism comprises: the device comprises a mounting tripod head fixedly mounted on a jacking device, a main camera module fixed on the mounting tripod head, arc frames fixedly connected to two sides of the mounting tripod head, and a plurality of groups of auxiliary camera modules embedded in the arc frames; the mounting tripod head is hinged to one side of the steering seat, so that the mounting tripod head is driven by the jacking device to perform angle adjustment in the vertical direction around a hinged point with the steering seat as a center, and the shooting visual field of the camera shooting mechanism is enlarged;

the intelligent pre-inspection robot is applied to medical institutions, public places, terminals of stations, campuses, community prevention and control, public transportation tools and the like;
personnel firstly scan the health code, and then the green pass code in the mobile phone is placed at the position of the scanning device for verification;
the camera shooting device shoots scanning personnel during scanning, and the camera shooting device is driven by the steering seat and the jacking device to swing in the horizontal and vertical directions;
the main camera module in the camera device can quickly detect the temperature of the whole body of a detector in the process of swinging in the vertical direction; the auxiliary camera modules can detect face information of a detector in horizontal swinging to judge the attaching condition of the mask and the face of the detector, the ventilation condition of the mask of the detector and judge whether the mask is worn correctly;
the intelligent pre-inspection robot is internally provided with a washing-free disinfectant for the scanned personnel and has a prompt function; meanwhile, after the pre-inspection work is finished, the disinfection device on the robot body starts a disinfection mode to disinfect the ambient air.
