一种宫颈癌前病变中医药治疗方法
技术领域
本发明涉及癌症治疗技术领域，特别是涉及一种宫颈癌前病变中医药治疗方法。
背景技术
宫颈癌是最常见的女性生殖器官恶性肿瘤，占女性生殖器癌瘤的首位(72.9％～93.1％)，多见于40～60岁之间，发病随年龄而增长，绝经期后逐渐下降。宫颈癌属于中医的“崩漏”、“带下”、“明疮”等范畴。中医认为，宫颈癌多由七情所伤，肝气郁滞；脾虚失运，聚湿生热；冲任亏损，经血失约；肝肾亏虚，肝不藏血，肾气不固，发为崩漏带下。
目前，针对宫颈癌，西医治疗大多采用干扰素、物理治疗或手术切除等方式，干扰素对患者的作用不大，而物理治疗或手术给患者带来精神上的痛苦，而且术后会给患者带来一定的副作用，患者还要面临治疗费用高等问题。而中医用于治疗宫颈癌及其癌前病变的药物均为食用药物，而且疗效较慢。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是提供一种宫颈癌前病变中医药治疗方法，依据现代医学及中医药学理论，发明人结合多年的临床实践经验，研制了治疗宫颈癌口服和熏洗外用的药物，解决了宫颈癌前病变的问题。经临床实践，本发明的口服和外用药物具有疗程短、见效快，成本低，治疗效果显著，安全可靠的优点。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案为：一种宫颈癌前病变中医药治疗方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)制备口服中药药汤：把1剂口服中药放入砂锅或不锈钢锅里，倒入自来水，水面比药面高出1㎝，泡1小时，待药养开后，再加入适量自来水至水面比药面高出1㎝，始终用中等火煎药，煮沸30分钟后，锅里约有400毫升药汤时，第一次煎药结束，倒出200毫升煎好的药汤，剩余的药汤留在锅里，再加上自来水，水量如第一次，再用中等火煮沸半小时，再倒出200毫升药汤，两次共煎煮出400毫升药汤；
(2)口服中药药汤治疗：将步骤(1)中两次煎煮出的药汤混合，分早、晚饭后半小时热服(每次服200毫升)，口服4周中药(28剂口服中药，即28天)是一个疗程，通常需要口服4-8个疗程后治愈；
(3)制备外阴熏洗中药药水：每天晚上口服完上面的口服中药药汤后，把1剂外阴熏洗中药放入一个能盛放5公斤水的不锈钢锅里，加入4公斤自来水，泡一个小时，用中等火把锅里的药煮沸30分钟；
(4)熏外阴：把煎煮好的外阴熏洗中药药水过滤后倒入一个盆里，盆里要事先放入炒盐、陈醋，用一个塑料袋把盆口罩起来，塑料袋上通一个核桃大小的孔，用来熏外阴、肛门等部位10-15分钟；
(5)清洗外阴：去掉塑料袋，从盆里取出200毫升的外阴熏洗中药药水，把专用毛巾浸泡到盆里的外阴熏洗中药药水里，再取出毛巾热敷、外洗外阴及肛门等部位20-30分钟；
(6)冲洗宫颈：把步骤(5)取出的200毫升外阴熏洗中药药水再过滤一遍后，倒入阴道冲洗器里，冲洗阴道和宫颈，而后用200毫升温水倒入阴道冲洗器里，冲洗阴道和宫颈；
(7)中药栓剂治疗：用温水清洗外阴和肛门等部位，用专用毛巾擦干后，躺在床上，屁股下面垫枕头，把一支苦参凝胶注入阴道中宫颈处，保持皮肤为干燥状态，把珍珠粉3克涂在外阴和肛门等部位上，并按摩外阴和肛门等部位10分钟，按摩结束后需要马上睡觉，睡觉前要换上洗干净并在太阳下暴晒过的内裤，当天晚上换下的内裤，第二天要用洗衣粉洗干净，再用自来水冲洗干净，在太阳下暴晒、凉干。
作为改进：所述的口服中药的药物组成为：连翘6-15克,金银花6-15克，蒲公英10-15克，鱼腥草15-25克，白花蛇舌草6-30克，半枝莲15-30克，人参片3-9克，醋香附6-15克，炒白术6-15克，川牛膝5-10克，红花3-10克，炙甘草2-10克，大枣6-15克，山慈菇3-9克，白茅根9-30克，茵陈6-15克，当归6-12克，白芍6-15克，熟地10-15克，炙黄芪10-30克。
作为改进：所述的外阴熏洗中药的药物组成为：连翘6-15克，黄柏3-12克，大黄3-15，苦参5-10克，虎杖9-15克，贯众5-10克，白鲜皮10-15克，金银花6-15克，蒲公英10-15克，紫花地丁15-30克，薄荷3-6克，荆芥5-10克，公丁香1-3克，珍珠粉3克。
本发明取得的有益效果是：
1、口服中药药汤的功效：清热解毒，消肿散结，补脾益气，补血活血，滋阴益精，本方以清热解毒，消肿散结为主，还有提高人体免疫力及增强人体抗病毒的作用。
2、熏洗外阴以及冲洗宫颈的功效：清热燥湿，消肿散结，杀虫，本方以清热燥湿，消肿散结，杀虫为主，还有使皮肤创伤面早日愈合，恢复正常功能的作用。
3、中药栓剂治疗功效：抗菌和消炎，杀菌和解毒。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步的详细说明。
实施例1一种宫颈癌前病变中医药治疗方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)制备口服中药药汤：把1剂口服中药放入砂锅或不锈钢锅里，倒入自来水，水面比药面高出1㎝，泡1小时，待药养开后，再加入适量自来水至水面比药面高出1㎝，始终用中等火煎药，煮沸30分钟后，锅里约有400毫升药汤时，第一次煎药结束，倒出200毫升煎好的药汤，剩余的药汤留在锅里，再加上自来水，水量如第一次，再用中等火煮沸半小时，再倒出200毫升药汤，两次共煎煮出400毫升药汤；
(2)口服中药药汤治疗：将步骤(1)中两次煎煮出的药汤混合，分早、晚饭后半小时热服(每次服200毫升)，口服4周中药(28剂口服中药，即28天)是一个疗程，通常需要口服4-8个疗程后治愈；
口服中药药汤也可以换成中药免煎颗粒(把上述口服中药剂量兑换成中药免煎颗粒剂量)，放入保温杯里用煮沸的热水冲泡10分钟后热服，中药免煎颗粒一天的用量制作成胶囊，分早、中、晚三次服，用中药免煎颗粒节省了煎煮中药药汤的时间和煎煮中药药汤的繁琐步骤，但用中药免煎颗粒的费用会贵一些。煎煮中药药汤后口服与中药免煎颗粒热水冲泡后口服，这两种方法的疗效基本相同。
(3)制备外阴熏洗中药药水：每天晚上口服完上面的口服中药药汤后，把1剂外阴熏洗中药放入一个能盛放5公斤水的不锈钢锅里，加入4公斤自来水，泡一个小时，用中等火把锅里的药煮沸30分钟；
(4)熏外阴：把煎煮好的外阴熏洗中药药水过滤后倒入一个盆里，盆里要事先放入炒盐、陈醋，用一个塑料袋把盆口罩起来，塑料袋上通一个核桃大小的孔，用来熏外阴、肛门等部位10-15分钟；

上述外阴熏洗中药药水也可以换成中药免煎颗粒(把上述外阴熏洗中药剂量兑换成中药免煎颗粒剂量)。盆里事先放入炒盐、陈醋，把中药免煎颗粒放入盆里，倒入刚煮沸的热水3公斤，用塑料袋把盆口蒙住，塑料袋上通一个核桃大小的孔，用来熏外阴、肛门等部位10-15分钟。之后去掉塑料袋就可以洗外阴、肛门等部位了，方法同前。用中药免煎颗粒节省了煎煮中药饮片的时间和煎煮中药饮片的繁琐步骤，但用中药免煎颗粒的费用会贵一些。使用外阴熏洗中药药水进行熏洗与使用中药免煎颗粒用刚煮开的热水冲泡后外阴熏洗，这两种方法的疗效基本相同。
(6)冲洗宫颈：把步骤(5)取出的200毫升外阴熏洗中药药水再过滤一遍后，倒入阴道冲洗器里，冲洗阴道和宫颈，而后用200毫升温水倒入阴道冲洗器里，冲洗阴道和宫颈；
(7)中药栓剂治疗：用温水清洗外阴和肛门等部位，用专用毛巾擦干后，躺在床上，屁股下面垫枕头，把一支苦参凝胶注入阴道中宫颈处，保持皮肤为干燥状态，把珍珠粉3克涂在外阴和肛门等部位上，并按摩外阴和肛门等部位10分钟，按摩结束后需要马上睡觉，睡觉前要换上洗干净并在太阳下暴晒过的内裤，当天晚上换下的内裤，第二天要用洗衣粉洗干净，再用自来水冲洗干净，在太阳下暴晒、凉干。
所述的口服中药的药物组成为：连翘6-15克,金银花6-15克，蒲公英10-15克，鱼腥草15-25克，白花蛇舌草6-30克，半枝莲15-30克，人参片3-9克，醋香附6-15克，炒白术6-15克，川牛膝5-10克，红花3-10克，炙甘草2-10克，大枣6-15克，山慈菇3-9克，白茅根9-30克，茵陈6-15克，当归6-12克，白芍6-15克，熟地10-15克，炙黄芪10-30克。
所述的外阴熏洗中药的药物组成为：连翘6-15克，黄柏3-12克，大黄3-15，苦参5-10克，虎杖9-15克，贯众5-10克，白鲜皮10-15克，金银花6-15克，蒲公英10-15克，紫花地丁15-30克，薄荷3-6克，荆芥5-10克，公丁香1-3克，珍珠粉3克。
典型病例：
(1)王XX，女，54岁，北京市民，通州区人。2016年1月查出HPV16(+)(高危型阳性)和HPV53(+)(中危型阳性)，在北京多家三甲医院治疗了两年(包括用干扰素治疗)，都不见效果，曾行宫颈锥切术，后复发。2018年1月，经朋友推荐找到发明人治疗。发明人每1-2周给患者把一次脉，适当修改一下处方，患者坚持按照本治疗方法治疗，4个月后，HPV53(+)转阴，又继续坚持治疗4个月，HPV16(+)转阴。半年后检查没有复发，一年后检查没有复发，两年后检查没有复发。此病治愈。
(2)贺XX，女，56岁，北京市民，大兴区人。2016年9月查出HPV18(+)(高危型阳性)，在北京多家三甲医院治疗了一年半(包括用干扰素治疗)，都不见效果，曾行宫颈锥切术，后复发。2018年3月，找到发明人治疗。发明人每1-2周给患者把一次脉，适当修改一下处方，患者坚持按照本治疗方法治疗，6个月后，HPV18(+)转阴，半年后检查没有复发，一年后检查没有复发，两年后检查没有复发，此病治愈。
备注：
(1)第1次(第一天晚上)外阴熏洗：炒盐1汤匙(20克)(把1公斤食盐用铁炒瓢或铁锅炒到烫手即可，放好备用)、陈醋1汤匙(10克)；第2次(第二天晚上)外阴熏洗：炒盐2汤匙、陈醋2汤匙；第3次：炒盐3汤匙、陈醋3汤匙；......；这里每天晚上所放入的炒盐、陈醋的汤匙数，要以患者自身感觉来定。当外阴熏洗，或宫颈冲洗时，患者能感觉到中等程度的刺疼(不是太疼，可以忍受，是炒盐、陈醋的刺激所致)为熏洗/冲洗的“最佳浓度”，以后每次都按这个“最佳浓度”来配炒盐、陈醋的汤匙数就行了。
(2)上面的口服中药方及外阴熏洗/宫颈冲洗中药方不能直接套用，要由中医医师先给患者把脉后，进行辩证施治，即要根据患者本身具体的体质状况对上面的处方进行加减化裁，或选择性的使用。
(3)中药口服治疗与中药熏洗/冲洗及栓剂放入治疗同一天开始，同一天结束。
(4)同时患有心脏病、高血压、肝病、糖尿病、胃炎、肠炎、脾胃虚寒证、肾虚证以及感冒期患者原则上忌用，个别可慎用，但必须在中医医师指导下使用。
(5)治疗期间禁性生活，饮食忌口(生冷、辛辣、鱼腥、油腻、发物、不好消化食物等)，服药当日不能喝酒。
(6)孕妇忌用。
(7)正在用其他药物治疗疾病的患者忌用。
(8)严格执行医嘱用量，不得擅自加剂量和次数。
(9)严格管理，不得放于小孩能够取到的地方。
(10)规律作息，科学饮食，充分营养，有利于加速康复。
(11)上面所说的“治愈”是指HPV由阳(+)转阴(-)后，半年后检查没有复发，一年后检查没有复发，两年后检查没有复发。

(1)制备口服中药药汤：把1剂口服中药放入砂锅或不锈钢锅里，倒入自来水，水面比药面高出1㎝，泡1小时，待药养开后，再加入适量自来水至水面比药面高出1㎝，始终用中等火煎药，煮沸30分钟后，锅里约有400毫升药汤时，第一次煎药结束，倒出200毫升煎好的药汤，剩余的药汤留在锅里，再加上自来水，水量如第一次，再用中等火煮沸半小时，再倒出200毫升药汤，两次共煎煮出400毫升药汤；
(2)口服中药药汤治疗：将步骤(1)中两次煎煮出的药汤混合，分早、晚饭后半小时热服，每次服200毫升，口服4周中药是一个疗程，通常需要口服4-8个疗程后治愈；
(3)制备外阴熏洗中药药水：每天晚上口服完上面的口服中药药汤后，把1剂外阴熏洗中药放入一个能盛放5公斤水的不锈钢锅里，加入4公斤自来水，泡一个小时，用中等火把锅里的药煮沸30分钟；
(4)熏外阴：把煎煮好的外阴熏洗中药药水过滤后倒入一个盆里，盆里要事先放入炒盐、陈醋，用一个塑料袋把盆口罩起来，塑料袋上通一个核桃大小的孔，用来熏外阴、肛门等部位10-15分钟；
(5)清洗外阴：去掉塑料袋，从盆里取出200毫升的外阴熏洗中药药水，把专用毛巾浸泡到盆里的外阴熏洗中药药水里，再取出毛巾热敷、外洗外阴及肛门等部位20-30分钟；
(6)冲洗宫颈：把步骤(5)取出的200毫升外阴熏洗中药药水再过滤一遍后，倒入阴道冲洗器里，冲洗阴道和宫颈，而后用200毫升温水倒入阴道冲洗器里，冲洗阴道和宫颈；
(7)中药栓剂治疗：用温水清洗外阴和肛门等部位，用专用毛巾擦干后，躺在床上，屁股下面垫枕头，把一支苦参凝胶注入阴道中宫颈处，保持皮肤为干燥状态，把珍珠粉3克涂在外阴和肛门等部位上，并按摩外阴和肛门等部位10分钟，按摩结束后需要马上睡觉，睡觉前要换上洗干净并在太阳下暴晒过的内裤，当天晚上换下的内裤，第二天要用洗衣粉洗干净，再用自来水冲洗干净，在太阳下暴晒、凉干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种宫颈癌前病变中医药治疗方法，其特征在于：所述的口服中药的药物组成为：连翘6-15克,金银花6-15克，蒲公英10-15克，鱼腥草15-25克，白花蛇舌草6-30克，半枝莲15-30克，人参片3-9克，醋香附6-15克，炒白术6-15克，川牛膝5-10克，红花3-10克，炙甘草2-10克，大枣6-15克，山慈菇3-9克，白茅根9-30克，茵陈6-15克，当归6-12克，白芍6-15克，熟地10-15克，炙黄芪10-30克。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种宫颈癌前病变中医药治疗方法，其特征在于：所述的外阴熏洗中药的药物组成为：连翘6-15克，黄柏3-12克，大黄3-15，苦参5-10克，虎杖9-15克，贯众5-10克，白鲜皮10-15克，金银花6-15克，蒲公英10-15克，紫花地丁15-30克，薄荷3-6克，荆芥5-10克，公丁香1-3克，珍珠粉3克。
