Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and aiding sleep and U-shaped inhalant
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of insomnia prevention and treatment, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and assisting sleep and a U-shaped inhalant.
Background
Insomnia refers to a clinically occurring sleep disorder that is persistent, frequently difficult to fall asleep and/or difficult to maintain sleep, and results in a feeling of dissatisfaction with sleep being a major feature.
Epidemiological investigations have shown that 45.4% of people in china have experienced different degrees of insomnia in the past 1 month, and 10% suffer from insomnia. Among the over 90 sleep disorders covered by the international sleep disorder classification (ICSD-10), insomnia is the most common sleep disorder. In our country, insomnia has become the second largest disease in neurology clinics after headache. With the continuous acceleration of the life rhythm of people and the gradual increase of working pressure, the competition is intensified day by day, and the insomnia people are in a growing situation due to poor living habits such as drinking a large amount and staying up all night.
Insomnia disorders, which are considered by western medicine to be sleep disorders characterized by frequent difficulty in falling asleep or maintaining sleep and resulting in insufficient sleep satisfaction, are often accompanied by confusion or impairment of household, social, occupational, academic, or other important functions.
The traditional Chinese medicine names insomnia, eye insomnia and lying-down, and the traditional Chinese medicine considers that insomnia is located in the heart and closely related to the liver, spleen and kidney. The pathogenesis of the disease is that internal injury of seven emotions, diet disorder, physical weakness and fatigue occur, the pathogenesis is that the nutrition and defense are disordered, yang does not enter yin, yin and yang are not crossed or yin deficiency and yang is hyperactivity, and the pathological changes are generally yin-yang disorder.
The intervention for insomnia mainly comprises the following steps: drug therapy and non-drug therapy.
The medicines for treating insomnia mainly comprise benzodiazepines, non-benzodiazepines, melatonin receptor agonists, anxiolytic and antidepressant medicines and the like, but the medicines have side effects of rebound curative effect, drug dependence, memory impairment, liver and kidney impairment and the like to different degrees. Therefore, the clinical application of the medicine is limited to a certain extent.
Compared with a drug therapy, the non-drug therapy has higher safety, and the behavioral intervention therapy in the non-drug therapy has been applied to a certain extent in clinic, but has higher professional requirements on operation, and also has higher requirements on compliance, degree of self-discipline and degree of coordination for patients, so that the wide-range popularization in clinic still has certain difficulty. Therefore, the search for drug therapies with fewer side effects and greater convenience has become an urgent need in clinical treatment today.
The application of traditional Chinese medicines in a series of diseases such as insomnia and the like has proved to be effective as a treatment method with small side effect and high safety in clinical operation, but the selection and clinical compatibility of the traditional Chinese medicines are different, although years of exploration prove that no standardized scheme exists at present, the synergistic effect can be achieved when the traditional Chinese medicines for soothing the nerves and helping sleep are combined, namely the formula is used for treating the primary insomnia, the clinical curative effect is proved by practical application, but the exact mechanism is not completely clear, and the further deep research is needed.
Aromatherapy is one of the characteristic means of preventing and treating diseases in traditional Chinese medicine. For example, in Puji Fang, the monograph of all herbs is that the experience of aromatherapy is collected and summarized. The compendium of materia medica is a broad-gathering and college, and the record of aromatic drugs is enriched. The famous medical Wu-Shi machine of Qing Dynasty (Ri \28729Zhongo-Wen) has made systematic exposition on the action mechanism, dialectical treatment, medicine selection, usage and dosage, and cautions of aromatic therapy.
The aromatherapy is used as a supplement therapy or a replacement therapy in insomnia treatment, has the characteristics of low risk, low cost, simple operation and low side effect, and a plurality of researches show that the aromatherapy can improve the sleep quality and daytime symptoms of patients in different degrees, relieve psychological symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood and the like of the patients and improve the life quality of the patients.
At home and abroad, modes such as lavender essential oil and mint essential oil inhalation are mostly adopted for aromatherapy, related traditional Chinese medicine research in domestic aromatherapy is not much, common hypnotic products in the market at present comprise instruments, foot bath bags and hypnotic pillows, U inhalation mainly takes carsickness prevention and treatment and refreshing products, a small amount of sleep-assisting U inhalation takes natural plant essential oil as a main material, and no traditional Chinese medicine formula material exists.
The traditional Chinese medicine contains partial Chinese medicines with the effects of fragrance and tranquilization, is convenient to obtain materials, safe and effective, and aims to find a substitute treatment mode which is easy to accept, simple to operate, safe and low in price for insomnia people.

With reference to the first aspect, in a first possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the weight ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is: 15 parts of dragon bone, 15 parts of oyster, 10 parts of tuber fleeceflower stem, 10 parts of grassleaf sweelflag rhizome, 9 parts of rose, 9 parts of fortune eupatorium herb, 9 parts of finger citron, 6 parts of Chinese mugwort leaf, 3 parts of mint, 3 parts of rhizoma atractylodis and 3 parts of dried orange peel.
With reference to the first aspect, in a second possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the weight ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is: 20 parts of dragon bone, 20 parts of oyster, 13 parts of tuber fleeceflower stem, 7 parts of grassleaf sweelflag rhizome, 10 parts of rose, 6 parts of fortune eupatorium herb, 8 parts of finger citron, 6 parts of Chinese mugwort leaf, 4 parts of mint, 4 parts of rhizoma atractylodis and 4 parts of dried orange peel.
With reference to the first aspect, in a third possible implementation manner of the first aspect, the weight ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is: 10 parts of dragon bone, 10 parts of oyster, 7 parts of tuber fleeceflower stem, 7 parts of grassleaf sweelflag rhizome, 6 parts of rose, 6 parts of fortune eupatorium herb, 6 parts of finger citron, 4 parts of Chinese mugwort leaf, 2 parts of mint, 2 parts of rhizoma atractylodis and 2 parts of dried orange peel.
In a second aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a U-shaped suction for soothing nerves and aiding sleep, including: the U-shaped clamp is provided with two opposite end parts and is used for extending into two nostrils through the two end parts to clamp the nasal cavity of a user, wherein each end part is provided with a ventilation accommodating cavity; each breathable containing cavity is internally provided with a composition medicine bag, wherein the composition medicine bag is prepared by pulverizing and packaging the raw material medicines of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing the nerves and promoting sleep in any one of the first aspect or possible implementation manners of the first aspect.
In the embodiment of the application, the U-shaped clamp has two opposite end portions for inserting into two nostrils through the two end portions to clamp the nasal cavity of a user, and each end portion is provided with a breathable accommodating cavity for placing a composition medicine bag (prepared by pulverizing and packaging raw material medicines of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and helping sleep). Therefore, when a user wants to sleep, the medicinal aerosol with low concentration is released in the nasal cavity of the user through the medicinal bag of the composition and enters the body through the respiratory tract to take effect, so that the effects of calming the nerves, helping sleep, harmonizing yin and yang and paralleling qi and blood can be achieved.
With reference to the second aspect, in a first possible implementation manner of the second aspect, the composition kit is prepared by: obtaining raw material medicines of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and helping sleep of any one of the first aspect or possible implementation manners of the first aspect; cleaning and drying the raw materials in the traditional Chinese medicine composition, grinding the raw materials into powder, grinding the powder, and sieving the powder by using a 500-mesh sieve; and uniformly mixing the composition powder obtained after sieving, filling the mixture into a mini bag made of air-permeable materials, closing and packaging to obtain the composition medicine bag, wherein the size of the composition powder is more than 3 times of the size of pores of the air-permeable materials, and the mini bag can be placed into the accommodating cavity.
In the implementation mode, the raw material medicines in the traditional Chinese medicine composition are cleaned, dried in the sun, powdered and ground, and sieved by a 500-mesh sieve; the powder of the composition obtained after sieving is mixed uniformly and filled into mini bags made of breathable material and sealed closed. Therefore, the volatilization of the active ingredients in the raw material medicines is facilitated, so that the low-concentration medicine aerosol is continuously generated in the nasal cavity of a user and enters the body through the respiratory tract to take effect. In addition, the composition powder in the composition medicine bag can be effectively prevented from leaking out of the mini bag, and the quality of the composition medicine bag is ensured.
With reference to the first possible implementation manner of the second aspect, in a second possible implementation manner of the second aspect, in the process of preparing the composition medicine package, after the composition powder obtained by sieving is mixed uniformly, 5 parts of modified magnetite powder passing through a 200-mesh sieve are mixed, and after the mini-bag is filled and sealed, the sealed mini-bag is vibrated to remove the medicine powder with an undersized size in the mini-bag, so as to obtain the composition medicine package.
In this implementation, by adding the modified magnetite powder to the composition powder, the modified magnetite powder has hydrophobicity, and the interparticle friction force is reduced, which can prevent powder prepared from other raw materials from attaching to the modified magnetite powder, and can reduce the aggregation phenomenon between the magnetite powders as much as possible, thereby being more beneficial to the volatilization of the active ingredients of the composition powder. Therefore, the addition of modified magnetite powder to the composition powder can help to more effectively remove the undersized powder in the mini-bag by agitating the other powder with the magnetite powder during the vibration treatment; in addition, in the process of using the U-shaped sucker by a user, the modified magnetite powder in the composition medicine package can shake to stir other medicine powder, so that volatilization of effective components is facilitated, and the nerve soothing effect is ensured.
In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a U-shaped suction for soothing nerves and aiding sleep, including: the U-shaped clamp is provided with two opposite end parts and is used for extending into two nostrils through the two end parts to clamp the nasal cavity of a user, wherein each end part is provided with a ventilation accommodating cavity; a compressed tablet is placed in each air-permeable containing cavity, wherein the compressed tablet is obtained by pulverizing raw material medicines of the mind-tranquilizing sleep-aiding traditional Chinese medicine composition according to the first aspect or any one of the possible implementation manners of the first aspect and then compressing the pulverized raw material medicines into a tablet.
In this implementation, the U-shaped clamp has two opposite ends for probing into two nostrils through the two ends to clamp the nasal cavity of the user, and each end is provided with a breathable holding cavity for placing a tablet (formed by pulverizing the raw material of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing the nerves and aiding sleep and then tabletting). Therefore, when a user wants to sleep, the low-concentration medicinal aerosol is released in the nasal cavity of the user by pressing the tablet and enters the body through the respiratory tract to take effect, so that the effects of calming the nerves, helping sleep, harmonizing yin and yang and paralleling qi and blood can be achieved.

Example 4: based on the content in the embodiment 1, only the weight ratio of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is changed (the rest content is not repeated): 10 parts of dragon bone, 10 parts of oyster, 7 parts of tuber fleeceflower stem, 7 parts of grassleaf sweelflag rhizome, 6 parts of rose, 6 parts of fortune eupatorium herb, 6 parts of finger citron, 4 parts of Chinese mugwort leaf, 2 parts of mint, 2 parts of rhizoma atractylodis and 2 parts of dried orange peel.
Of course, in the above embodiments, only the case that the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing the nerves and aiding sleep only contains the medicinal materials such as the keel, the oyster, the tuber fleeceflower stem, the grassleaf sweelflag rhizome, the rose, the fortune eupatorium herb, the finger citron, the argy wormwood leaf, the mint, the swordlike atractylodes rhizome, the tangerine peel and the like is introduced, in other embodiments, other auxiliary medicinal materials (such as clove) can be added, and the treatment effect of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing the nerves and aiding sleep in the scheme is not weakened, which is within the protection scope of the present application.
Based on the same invention concept, the embodiment of the application provides the U-shaped suction for soothing the nerves and helping sleep.
In this embodiment, the U-suck for soothing nerves and helping sleep may include: a U-shaped clamp and a composition medicine bag prepared by grinding and packaging the raw material medicines of the traditional Chinese medicine composition.
Illustratively, the U-shaped clamp has two opposite ends for penetrating into two nostrils through the two ends to clamp the nasal cavity of the user, wherein each end is provided with an air-permeable accommodating cavity. And each of the breathable containment chambers may be used to house a pharmaceutical pack of the composition.
Therefore, when a patient wants to sleep, the medicinal aerosol with low concentration is released in the nasal cavity of the user through the medicinal bag of the composition and enters the body through the respiratory tract to take effect, so that the effects of calming the nerves, helping sleep, harmonizing yin and yang and paralleling qi and blood can be achieved.
In this example, the composition kit was prepared by: obtaining raw material medicines of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and helping sleep; then cleaning the raw materials in the traditional Chinese medicine composition, drying in the sun, pulverizing, grinding, sieving with a 500-mesh sieve, uniformly mixing the sieved composition powder, filling into a mini bag made of a breathable material, and sealing to obtain the composition medicine bag. Wherein the size of the composition powder is more than 3 times of the pore size of the air-permeable material, and the mini-bag can be placed in the containing cavity.
In this example, in the process of manufacturing the composition pack, after the composition powder obtained by sieving is mixed uniformly, 5 parts of modified magnetite powder passing through a 200 mesh sieve may be mixed therein, and after filling in a mini-bag and closing and sealing, the sealed mini-bag may be subjected to a vibration treatment to remove the powder having an undersize inside the mini-bag, thereby obtaining the composition pack.
The modified magnetite powder has hydrophobicity and the friction force between particles is weakened. By adding the modified magnetite powder to the composition powder, the powder prepared from other raw materials can be prevented from being attached to the modified magnetite powder, and the aggregation phenomenon among the magnetite powders can be reduced as much as possible, thereby being more beneficial to the volatilization of the active ingredients of the composition powder. Therefore, the modified magnetite powder added to the composition powder can help to stir other powder by the magnetite powder during the vibration treatment, so as to remove the undersized powder in the mini-bag more effectively; in addition, in the process of using the U-shaped sucker by a user, the modified magnetite powder in the composition medicine package can shake to stir other medicine powder, so that volatilization of effective components is facilitated, and the nerve soothing effect is ensured. In addition, as the magnet also belongs to a severe tranquilizer, the magnet can be theoretically used as an adjuvant drug together with rose, fortune eupatorium herb, finger citron and folium artemisiae argyi to assist the drug effects of the dragon bone, the oyster (monarch drug), the tuber fleeceflower stem and the rhizoma acori graminei (ministerial drug) in the traditional Chinese medicine composition to be exerted, and an effect of mutually matching and promoting the drug effects to be exerted is formed.
In this embodiment, the U-shaped inhalation for soothing nerves and helping sleep may also include: a U-shaped clamp and a compressed tablet (which can be an ultrathin small tablet, for example, with a thickness of less than 1 mm) obtained by pulverizing the raw materials of the Chinese medicinal composition of the embodiment and then compressing into a tablet. That is, the effect is also good by using compressed tablets instead of composition packs. In addition, the composition powder of the traditional Chinese medicine composition in this embodiment can also be used for making other types of articles such as incense bags, and is not limited herein.
By utilizing the traditional Chinese medicine composition for soothing nerves and helping sleep provided by the invention, the inventor performs experiments:
the department of encephalopathy of traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Chongqing city is provided with an outpatient clinic for insomnia, and a large number of insomnia patients are received and diagnosed every year. In early-stage sleep outpatient service and ward use, the sleep quality and the sleep onset time of an insomnia patient begin to be obviously improved after the insomnia patient uses the prescription for 2 weeks, and the accompanying traditional Chinese medicine symptoms (difficult sleep onset, easy awakening and dreaminess, early awakening and the like) are correspondingly improved.
In the preliminary trial, a total of 223 cases were collected, and the results of the study are shown in table 1 and fig. 1:
