The position adjustment mechanism 300 may be provided in many ways without departing from the spirit of the present invention. In the technical solution of the present invention, referring to fig. 2, the position adjusting mechanism 300 includes a rotary adjusting disk, the rotary adjusting disk includes a first disk 311 fixedly disposed on the peripheral side of the detector 200, and a second disk 312 rotatably mounted below the first disk 311, the first disk 311 is slidably connected with the detector 200, so as to achieve the up-and-down adjustment of the position adjusting mechanism 300, and the second disk 312 and the first disk 311 are rotatably connected with the syringe 400 and rotatably mounted on the second disk 312. More specifically, the second disc 312 has a larger disc surface area than the first disc 311, which may assist the injection procedure by the physician.
In order to make the installation between the first tray 311 and the second tray 312 more flexible and convenient and make the rotating movement effect of the second tray 312 better, one of the first tray 311 and the second tray 312 is formed with a rotating groove 312a, and the other is formed with a rotating spherical hinge 311a matched with the rotating groove 312a, it should be noted that the rotation of the first tray 311 and/or the second tray 312 may be manually controlled or may be automatically controlled by a driving mechanism such as a motor.
Further, a movable groove is formed on the second disc 312, and the syringe type injector 400 includes a universal joint 410 connected to a groove wall of the movable groove and an injection needle 420 detachably mounted on the universal joint 410, and the injection needle 420 is rotatably mounted via the universal joint 410. The injection needle 420 can be adjusted at multiple angles through flexible adjustment of the universal joint 410, so that flexible adjustment of the injection angle can be realized in the injection process.
Further, the universal joint 410 includes a carrier body and a rotating structure, the carrier body includes a first mounting plate 411 connected to a groove wall of the movable groove and a second mounting plate 412 connected to the injection needle 420, the rotating structure includes a first connection ring 421, a second connection ring 422, and a movable ball 423 disposed between the first connection ring 421 and the second connection ring 422, the first connection ring 421 is formed on the first mounting plate 411, and the second connection ring 422 is correspondingly formed on the second mounting plate 412. In the actual use process, the movable ball 423 moves between the first connecting ring 421 and the second connecting ring 422, so that the injection needle 420 connected to the second connecting ring 422 can realize adjustment of various injection angles, a doctor can inject nerve blocking drugs from various angles according to actual injection needs, and the anesthesia effect is improved.
Since the injection needle 420 is mounted on the second coupling ring 422, but since there is a problem that a connection area of the second coupling ring 422 interferes with the mounting of the injection needle 420, for this, a fitting area and a mounting area are formed on the first mounting plate 411, a fitting area and a mounting area are correspondingly formed on the second mounting plate 412, the first coupling ring 421, the second coupling ring 422 and the movable ball 423 are located in the fitting area, and the injection needle 420 is located in the mounting area.
More specifically, the quotation area of second disk body 312 is greater than the quotation area of first disk body 311, so set up, can make the structure guidance nature stronger, changes in the use more easily to, syringe needle 420 locates the one end that second disk body 312 kept away from first disk body 311, avoids mutual interference between syringe needle 420 and the second disk body 312, guarantees the normal realization of structural function.

In the process of operating the nerve block injection device, because the areas of the first disk body 311 and the second disk body 312 are blocked, the visual field of a doctor in the nerve block medicine injection process is easily blocked, and the normal injection operation of the doctor is influenced. Moreover, on the basis of not deviating from the substantive content of the present invention, the injection guide mechanism is provided in many ways, and in the technical scheme of the present invention, the controller and the infrared light emitter 220 are adopted, and the infrared light emitter 220 is controlled by the controller to emit and guide infrared light (visible light) so as to indicate the injection site of the syringe type injector 400, so that the guiding effect is good.

It should be noted that: the camera 230 and the ultrasonic probe 210 may have the same structure or different structures, and are not limited herein.
Further, a display device (not shown) is included for displaying image information collected by the camera 230, including but not limited to: a body surface image of the site to be injected, imaging information of guiding infrared light (visible light) emitted from the infrared light emitter 220, imaging information of the needle of the syringe type injector 400, and the like.
As mentioned above, the detector 200 is installed along the height direction of the installation base 100, specifically, the installation base 100 includes the main base 110 and the top plate 120 extending outward from the top of the main base 110, the top plate 120 is provided with a socket, and the detector 200 is plugged into the socket. Through the arrangement of the socket, on one hand, the installation and connection of the detector 200 can be more stable and reliable, and on the other hand, the detector 200 can be flexibly and movably installed along the height direction of the installation seat 100.
More specifically, the inner wall of the socket is formed with an internal thread, the outer wall of the probe 200 is formed with an external thread, and the external thread and the internal thread are screwed to movably mount the probe 200 in the height direction of the mount 100. It should be noted that, in this technical solution, the external thread of the probe 200 itself and the internal thread formed by the inner wall of the socket can flexibly and movably mount therebetween, that is, the mounting height of the probe 200 can be well adjusted by adjusting the screwing depth between the two.
Further, the top plate 120 may also be an adjustable mechanical arm, and the mechanical arm may drive the detector 200 to have a larger detection range through adjustment modes such as stretching and rotating, and may also prevent the mounting base 100 from occupying a limited medical space.
