Referring to fig. 13 to 17, the circumferential rotation stopping structure of the present invention may be any structure capable of preventing the rubber chuck from rotating between the first clamping body 211 and the second clamping body 212, for example, a corresponding protrusion and a corresponding groove are respectively disposed on the connecting body 21313 and the corresponding clamping body, and in an embodiment of the present invention, the circumferential rotation stopping structure includes at least one matching plane disposed on the connecting body 21313 and matched with the first clamping body 211 and/or the second clamping body 212. In an embodiment of the present invention, the cross section of the connector 21313 is square, four mating planes 213131 are disposed on the outer wall of the connector, the first clamping structure is provided with a rotation stopping plane 2114, and the second clamping structure is provided with a rotation stopping plane 2123; after the first clip body 211 and the second clip body 212 are combined, an accommodating cavity 216 matched with the connecting body 21313 is formed between the first clip body 211 and the second clip body 212, and the rotation-stopping plane 2114 and the rotation-stopping plane 2123 are respectively arranged on the side wall of the accommodating cavity 216 and correspondingly matched with the four matching planes 213131.
Referring to fig. 14 to 17, in order to reduce the assembly difficulty, the first clip body 211 and the second clip body 212 are inserted into the clip groove 2131 to form an integral body, in an embodiment of the present invention, an insertion structure is disposed on the abutting surface of the first clip body 211 and the second clip body 212. The plug-in structure not only makes the cooperation of circumference rotation stopping structure more stable, but also makes first joint body 211 and the second joint body 212 form an overall structure of embracing outside joint groove 2131, greatly increased the installation stability of first joint body 211, the second joint body 212 on battery package mount pad 110.
Referring to fig. 14 to 17, the inserting structure of the present invention may be any suitable structure capable of inserting the first clip body 211 and the second clip body 212, in an embodiment of the present invention, the inserting structure includes a protrusion and a groove 2122 matching with the protrusion, and the protrusion and the groove 2122 are respectively disposed on the mating surfaces at two sides of the splicing seam 215, for example, in an embodiment of the present invention, the protrusion is disposed on the first mating surface 2111 corresponding to the first clip body 211. The grooves 2122 are correspondingly disposed on the corresponding second mating surface 2121 of the second clamping body 212.
Referring to fig. 15, the protrusion and the groove 2122 of the present invention are not limited as long as they can be matched with each other, but preferably, in an embodiment of the present invention, the protrusion includes a first protrusion 2113 and a second protrusion 2112 connected in a crossing manner, extending directions of the first protrusion 2113 and the second protrusion 2112 are crossed, the first protrusion 2113 extends in a direction perpendicular to the power line 200, and the second protrusion 2112 extends in a direction parallel to the power line 200. This kind of setting mode can realize the grafting location of first joint body 211 and second joint body 212 along two directions, has increased the stability of first joint body 211 with the grafting of second joint body 212.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, the structure of the battery pack mounting base 110 of the present invention is not limited, in an embodiment of the present invention, the housing of the battery pack mounting base 110 includes a first housing 111 and a second housing 112, the first housing 111 and the second housing 112 are detachably connected and form a mounting cavity, the control board 500 is mounted in the mounting cavity, the control board cover 115 is disposed outside the control board 500, and the first engaging body 211 and the second engaging body 212 are also detachably mounted in the mounting cavity and clamp and fix the rubber clamp 213 in the mounting cavity. The power supply line 200 is electrically connected to the control board 500 disposed in the mounting cavity and the corresponding terminals of the battery pack 400, respectively.
Referring to fig. 10 to 13, in the present invention, the first engaging body 211 and the second engaging body 212 can be mounted on the battery pack mounting base 110 by means of bolt connection, snap connection, etc. in an embodiment of the present invention, the first housing 111 is provided with a positioning post 1112, the first engaging body 211 and the second engaging body 212 are provided with a positioning hole 214 matching with the positioning post 1112, the first engaging body 211 and the second engaging body 212 are sleeved on the positioning post 1112 through the positioning hole 214, and the second housing 112 presses the first engaging body 211 and the second engaging body 212 on the first housing 111. The root of reference column 1112 is provided with strengthening rib 1113, is provided with the backstop face on the strengthening rib 1113, is provided with the recess of dodging strengthening rib 1113 on first joint body 211 and the second joint body 212, and the tank bottom of recess supports and leans on the backstop face to make the installation of first joint body 211 and the second joint body 212 more stable.
In conclusion, the control panel and the battery pack of the backpack type garden tool are both arranged on the backpack component outside the machine body of the handheld type garden tool, so that the structure of the machine body of the handheld type garden tool is more compact, the volume and the weight of the machine body of the handheld type garden tool are reduced, and the operation difficulty and the fatigue degree of an operator for operating the handheld type garden tool by one hand are reduced. In addition, the backpack garden tool has the advantages of good heat dissipation, low failure rate and long service life. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes some practical problems in the prior art, thereby having high utilization value and use significance.

Claims (10)

1. A backpack garden tool, comprising:
a backpack assembly;
the battery pack is arranged on the bearing component;
the control panel is arranged on the bearing component and is electrically connected with the battery pack;
the handheld garden tool is characterized in that a motor is arranged inside a machine body of the handheld garden tool;
a power cord, one end of which is installed on the bearing component, and the other end of which is installed on the garden tool;
the hand-held garden tool is an electric scissors, and the backpack garden tool further comprises a hand-held garden tool recording system;
the handheld garden tool recording system comprises a memory which is electrically connected to the control board, the control board reads the current information of the handheld garden tool and stores the use data of different handheld garden tools according to the current information;
the usage data comprises any one or more of cutting times of the handheld garden tool, fault history records, blade polishing or replacement reminding;
the control panel judges and records the working shearing frequency of the corresponding handheld garden tool through the waveform change of the motor current, and reminds the blade to be replaced according to the working shearing frequency;
the control panel judges whether the handheld garden tool needs to be maintained or not according to the change of the motor current;
the backpack assembly comprises a battery pack mounting seat, the power line is mounted on the battery pack mounting seat through a first clamping body and a second clamping body, and a clamping groove is formed in the power line; the first clamping body is provided with a first clamping structure which can be clamped from one side of the clamping groove; the second clamping body is provided with a second clamping structure which can be clamped from the other side of the clamping groove; the first clamping body and the second clamping body are combined and clamped in the clamping groove and are detachably fixed on the shell of the battery pack mounting seat; the butt joint surface of the first clamping body and the second clamping body is provided with an inserting structure; the inserting structure comprises a protrusion and a groove matched with the protrusion; the protrusion comprises a first protrusion part and a second protrusion part which are connected in a crossed manner, and the extending directions of the first protrusion part and the second protrusion part are crossed; the outer surface of the power line is provided with a fluorescent structure.
2. The backpack garden tool of claim 1, wherein the control board and the battery pack are mounted on the battery pack mount.
3. The backpack garden tool of claim 2, wherein the battery pack mount is provided with a rail, one end of which is open, and the other end of which is provided with an electrical terminal, the battery pack being slidably connected to the rail and electrically connected to the electrical terminal after being slid into place.
4. The backpack garden tool of claim 2, wherein the backpack assembly further comprises a waist belt and a backpack strap, the battery pack mount being removably mounted to the waist belt.
5. The backpack garden tool of claim 4, wherein the backpack assembly further comprises a strap for securing the power cord to the backpack assembly.
6. The backpack garden tool of claim 1, further comprising an alarm device provided on the back sub-assembly or the hand-held garden tool and electrically connected to the control board.
7. The backpack garden tool of claim 6, wherein the alarm device comprises a warning light and a buzzer.
8. The backpack garden tool of claim 1, wherein the backpack assembly further comprises a hand-held garden tool receiving sleeve disposed on a side of the backpack assembly, the hand-held garden tool receiving sleeve being detachably mounted to the backpack assembly.
9. The backpack garden tool of claim 1, further comprising a first temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of a control board, the first temperature sensor being electrically connected to the control board.
10. The backpack garden tool of claim 1, further comprising a second temperature sensor for detecting a temperature of a motor in the hand-held garden tool, the second temperature sensor being electrically connected to the control board.
