When the cutter disc 321 is installed on the connecting sleeve 31, the second alignment portion 3212 of the cutter disc 321 is aligned with the first alignment portion 313 of the connecting sleeve 31, at this time, the cutter disc 321 and the connecting disc are aligned accurately, the axes of the two are aligned on a straight line and/or the through holes 3211 of the cutter disc 321 are aligned with the through holes 312 of the connecting sleeve 31 one by one, so that the cutter disc 321 and the connecting sleeve 31 are fastened and connected together through the fixing member 322 at a later stage. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in a specific embodiment, one of the first and second alignment portions 313, 3212 is a protrusion and the other of the first and second alignment portions 313, 3212 is a recess or opening.
Since cutter disc 321 is made of metal material, in order to improve the degree of locking between cutter disc 321 and the connection by fixing member 322, and at the same time avoid fixing member 322 from damaging cutter disc 321, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, cutter disc mechanism 32 may include: the gasket 323 and the gasket 323 are arranged on one side of the cutter head 321 opposite to the connecting sleeve 31, and the fixing member 322 penetrates through the gasket 323 and then penetrates through the through hole 3211. The rear portion of the fixed member 322 abuts against the gasket 323, and the pressure is transmitted to the cutter disc 321 through the gasket 323, thus preventing the rear portion of the fixed member 322 from directly contacting the surface of the cutter disc 321.
In order to allow the cutter disc mechanism 32 to be fixedly disposed on the connecting sleeve 31, in a possible embodiment, the cutter disc mechanism 32 may be fixedly mounted on the connecting sleeve 31 by means of a snap fit. The connecting sleeve 31 may have a first engaging portion on the other side of the opening 311, the cutter disc mechanism 32 may have a second engaging portion engaged with the first engaging portion, and when the second engaging portion of the cutter disc mechanism 32 is engaged with the first engaging portion of the connecting sleeve 31, the cutter disc mechanism 32 is fixedly connected to the connecting sleeve 31.

Claims (14)

1. A work assembly of an intelligent lawn mower, the work assembly being detachably disposed on a base of the intelligent lawn mower and being capable of being mounted on the base of at least one of a grass trimmer or a pruner for use, the work assembly comprising:
the cutting device comprises a fixed seat, a motor arranged in the fixed seat and a cutting module with a cutter disc mechanism or a cutting module with a cutter disc mechanism;
the working assembly further comprises a power supply input interface and a control interface, wherein the power supply input interface is used for receiving power supply voltage, and the control interface is used for receiving a control instruction;
the power input interface and the control interface are matched with the intelligent mower, the grass trimmer or the pruner.

The working assembly of an intelligent mower according to claim 1, wherein the cutting module further comprises a connecting sleeve sleeved on the shaft of the motor, the connecting sleeve is provided with an opening into which the shaft of the motor can be inserted, and the connecting sleeve is in interference fit with the shaft of the motor through the opening.
3. The working assembly of an intelligent mower according to claim 2, wherein the connecting sleeve is provided with at least two through holes; cutter disc mechanism includes: the cutter head is arranged on one side, provided with an opening, of the connecting sleeve, and at least two through holes are formed in the cutter head; the through hole is penetrated and inserted into the fixing piece which enables the cutter disc and the connecting sleeve to synchronously rotate, so that the cutter disc mechanism is detachably connected with the connecting sleeve.
4. The working assembly of an intelligent mower according to claim 3, wherein the through hole is a threaded hole, and the fixing member is a screw which is screwed into the threaded hole through the through hole.
5. The working assembly of an intelligent mower according to claim 3, wherein the through holes are circumferentially distributed around the axis of the connecting sleeve, and the through holes are circumferentially distributed around the axis of the cutterhead.
6. The working assembly of a smart lawn mower as claimed in claim 3 wherein a side of said adapter sleeve facing said cutter disc mechanism has a first alignment portion, said cutter disc mechanism comprising: the cutter head, the cutter head orientation one side of adapter sleeve have with first alignment portion assorted second alignment portion.
7. The working assembly of a smart lawn mower as claimed in claim 6 wherein one of said first and second alignment portions is a raised portion and the other of said first and second alignment portions is a recessed portion or an opening.
8. The working assembly of a smart lawn mower as claimed in claim 3 wherein said cutter disc mechanism further comprises: the gasket, the gasket sets up the blade disc is in the back of the body to one side of adapter sleeve, the mounting is worn to establish the through hole is worn to establish again by the gasket.
9. The working assembly of a smart lawn mower as claimed in claim 2 wherein the shaft of the motor is directed generally downward.
10. The working assembly of a smart lawn mower as claimed in claim 1 wherein said cutting module is mounted at the bottom of said main body.
11. The working assembly of a smart lawn mower as claimed in claim 3 wherein said cutter disc mechanism is fixedly mounted on said attachment sleeve by means of a snap fit.
12. An intelligent lawn mower comprising the working assembly of any of claims 1-11.
13. A tool combination, comprising:
a working assembly according to any one of claims 1-11;
a base of at least one of an intelligent mower, a grass trimmer or a pruner;
the working assembly can be arranged on a machine base of at least one of an intelligent mower, a grass trimmer or a pruner for use.
14. The tool combination of claim 13, wherein the working assembly is removable from the housing of the intelligent mower for use with the housing of at least one of the lawnmower and the pruner.
