The sales support system 10 is a system for supporting sales of products to customers, and is configured by an information processing device 100 and either one or both of a display device 101 and a display device 102. The sales support system 10 is disposed in a store where sales of products are performed. For example, the present invention may be arranged in a shop where a generator or the like is displayed, in addition to a four-wheeled or two-wheeled vehicle. The display device 101 is a mobile terminal such as a smartphone or a tablet terminal, for example, and is used by a customer in a shop. The display device 101 may be a head-mounted display that a customer wears and uses in a store. Further, the display device 102 is, for example, a monitor-type display device, and the customer can visually confirm the display in the store. Hereinafter, a case where the display device 102 is used will be described as an example unless otherwise described.
In the sales support system 10, video data obtained by imaging an experience obtained through a predetermined activity is displayed on the display device 102. As the image data, at least a part of the experience within the image is used to the product. The prescribed activities include, for example, activities at sea, activities in mountains, activities in camping, watching sports competitions, taking part in motorcycle competitions, agricultural works in farmlands, and the like. Even when a customer does not have a clear interest in a product or a desire to purchase the product, the customer views video data relating to an interested (camping or the like) activity to see the product used in a part of an experience obtained through the activity, thereby increasing the interest in the product or the desire to purchase the product. The video data is previously captured so that the video is different from each other depending on the type of the event and the members who perform the event, and the viewing of the video data is made close to the simulated experience of the customer. For example, if the video data is the video data of camping, different video data is presented according to which member of the group is family, friend (e.g., 2 to 3 persons), lover, or one person.
The display apparatus 102 accepts a user operation and transmits a control signal to the information processing apparatus 100. Upon receiving the control signal, the information processing apparatus 100 transmits display data for presenting image data corresponding to the operation and information on a product used in the image data to the display apparatus 102. The display device 102 displays the received display data on the display unit. The display data includes, for example, a screen for selecting desired video data from a plurality of pieces of video data, a screen for displaying reproduced video data and information on a product related to the video data, and the like.
In addition, when the customer is interested in the product as a result of viewing the information of the product associated with the image data displayed on the display device 102, the customer can set a schedule for accepting the loan of the product so that the product can be actually used.

[ example of functional configuration of display device 102 ]
Next, a functional configuration example of the display device 102 will be described. The display device 102 realizes the same function as the display device 101 in terms of providing various user interface functions such as display of display data output from the information processing device 100 and a live selection screen. The display device 101 is a display device that can be carried as a mobile terminal, and the display device 102 is a display device that is fixedly disposed at a predetermined position in a store. In the present embodiment, the following case will be described as an example: the display device 102 is a device that has a large display of 50 inches or more, for example, and allows a group of a plurality of customers who come to the store, such as family, lovers, and friends, to view video data at the same time. However, a smaller display may be provided.
Fig. 5 shows a block diagram showing an example of the functional configuration of the display device 102. The control unit 510 includes one or more CPUs 511, ROMs 512, and RAMs 513. CPU511 reads out and executes a program stored in ROM512 to control various processes in the display device. The ROM512 is a nonvolatile storage medium and stores programs corresponding to various processes. The RAM513 is a volatile storage medium, and is used as a work memory or the like, for example.
Further, the display device 102 according to the present embodiment includes various configurations such as an interface for information with the outside and supplying power necessary for the operation of the display device 102. Each of the configurations described below operates based on control performed by the control unit 510.
The operation unit 514 receives various operations for the display device, and may include at least one of a mouse, a keyboard, and a touch panel, for example. The operation unit 514 receives user operations on, for example, a movie selection screen, an experience video viewing screen, and a product rental reservation screen.

The communication unit 515 transmits control information related to a user operation on, for example, a movie selection screen, an experience video viewing screen, a product rental reservation screen, or the like to the information processing apparatus 100, or receives display data for displaying these screens from the information processing apparatus 100.
The power supply unit 516 supplies power to each unit of the display device 102. The display unit 517 is configured to display various user interfaces such as a movie selection screen, an experience video viewing screen, and a product rental reservation screen, and includes a display and the like.
[ series of actions of experiencing video output processing ]
Next, a series of operations of the experience video output process executed by the information processing apparatus 100 will be described with reference to fig. 10. The present process is started from a timing when the customer can operate the display device 102 in front of the display device 102 and requests the display of the event selection screen. Each operation is realized by the control unit 200 loading and executing a program stored in the ROM202 on the RAM 203.
In S1001, the control unit 200 outputs the display data of the live selection screen to the display device 102. Upon receiving the display data, the display device 102 causes the display unit 517 to display the moving selection screen 601 based on the display data of the moving selection screen. For example, as shown in fig. 6, on the event selection screen 601, the customer can specify an event in which the customer is interested and information indicating a member who performs an event with which member when performing the event. In the event selection screen 601, in order to more intuitively represent the content of each event, an image 603 representing an event and an event name are displayed so as to be selectable. In addition, candidates of a plurality of members (for example, family, friends (for example, a plurality of persons), lovers, and one person) at the time of the activity are listed and displayed as icons.
The customer selects a category of the event and a member who performs the event, for example, via the touch panel of the operation unit 514 of the display device 102.
In addition, when the event selection screen 601 is displayed in a state where a plurality of guest stations are in front of the display device 102, the control unit 200 of the information processing device 100 may acquire images of the guests from the camera of the display unit 102 and estimate the relationship between the plurality of guests. In this case, when the relationship of a plurality of customers (for example, it is estimated that the customers are family from the group of adults and children), it is possible to perform "designate as" family? "such a query. Alternatively, when the present system is not used for the first time and the plurality of customers are customers registered in advance, the registered attributes (e.g., family members) may be used to omit member input when identifying the customers.
In S1002, the control section 200 acquires information of the category of the event and the members who performed the event from the display device 102.
In S1003, the control unit 200 acquires image data matching the acquired type and member of the event from the image DB 310. Here, a relationship 700 between the event, the product, and the image data will be described with reference to fig. 7A and 7B. For example, fig. 7A shows the relationship between image data and products in the case where the activity is "camping". For example, when the customer sets the event as "camping" and designates the member as "family", the image data is image data including an image using the product shown in row 705. In the video data related to the row 705, in the video data obtained by imaging the experience obtained by camping, "a" of the large-sized single box and "B" of the medium-sized single box, which are four-wheeled products, are used for at least a part of the experience (refer to the column 702). Similarly, "E" as a medium-sized engine generator and "F" as a small-sized engine generator are used for at least a part of the experience in the video data on row 705 (see column 704). On the other hand, in the camping experience with family members, two rounds of merchandise are not used (see column 703).
Fig. 7B shows an example of a case where an activity of "farmland" and an activity of "race" are selected. In these activities, an example is shown where the same product is used in the experience by chance when any member is selected. Of course, not limited to this example, different image data using different products according to the selected member may be used for all activities.
In this way, by specifying which activity is to be performed with which member, the customer is provided with a different image of the product used in the in-image experience. That is, by differentiating the video according to not only the category of the event but also the members who perform the event, the viewing of the video data is made closer to the experience of the customer, and the interest in the product is increased.
The product used in the video data is managed by the product information 800 shown in fig. 8A. That is, the product information 800 includes a product ID805 for identifying a product, a grade 801 of the product used in the video, a price 802 of the product, and information indicating an option 803 to which the product is applied. The product information 800 is stored in the product information DB 311.
The video data is managed by video information 810 shown in fig. 8B. The video information 810 is managed using a video ID811 which is an identifier for managing and identifying video data. The video information 810 includes, in addition to the event specified by the control unit 200 and the attributes (event 812 and member 813) that can be retrieved by the member, the title 814 of the video and the product ID815 included in the video data. The content ID is included as an identifier of the corresponding video content (video data for viewing and listening itself). By using such video information 810, the control unit 200 can retrieve corresponding video information according to the designated event and member, and acquire product information related to the video and video data for reproduction.
In S1004, the control unit 200 acquires product information associated with the image data. That is, the control unit 200 acquires an identifier of a product corresponding to the video data by using the video information 810, and further acquires various information of the product from the product information 800 by using the identifier of the product.
In S1005, the control unit 200 outputs display data for experiencing the video viewing image using the acquired video data and the product information. For example, the experience video viewing screen is configured as a screen 901 shown in fig. 9A. The display data of the experience video view screen outputted from the information processing apparatus 100 is displayed on the display unit 517 on the display apparatus 102 (in the form of the experience video view screen shown in fig. 9A).
In the experience video viewing screen 901, information 904 of a product used in a part of the experience obtained by the event is displayed together with the video data 902 of the event designated in S1002. As the product information 904, information on the grade of a product used in a video, information on an option applied to the product, information on another option applicable to the product, information on the price of the product, and the like can be displayed.
In the area 903, any one of a series of a plurality of steps constituting the experience related to the video data 902 can be selected. For example, the image data relating to camping includes steps such as "travel plan", "article preparation", and "baggage loading", and the customer can arbitrarily select an image of a desired step.
In S1006, the control unit 200 determines whether viewing of the video data is finished. The control unit 200 determines whether or not the video reproduction has reached the end, and proceeds to S1007 when viewing of the video data is completed, otherwise S1006 is repeated.
In S1007, the control unit 200 displays the product rental reservation screen when it is determined that the image data is completed, and outputs display data of the screen to the display device 102. Upon receiving the display data, the display device 102 displays, for example, a product rental reservation screen 911 shown in fig. 9B.
Although not explicitly shown in fig. 10 and 9B, the control unit 200 may perform user authentication of the customer before outputting the display data of the product rental reservation screen 911, acquire the customer name if user registration has been performed in the past, and display a screen for urging user registration if user registration has not been performed.
The product rental reservation screen 911 is a screen that provides the customer with an opportunity to rent and actually use a product of interest used in the image if the product of interest is of interest, or to actually perform an event that is visually heard in the image. In other words, the screen is a screen for setting a schedule for lending a product so that a customer can actually use the product.
In the product rental reservation screen 911, the customer inputs a desired rental period 912 and specifies a store 913 for accepting delivery of the selected product. Since the reservation screen is information specific to the customer, the customer name 919 may be displayed. In addition to the title 914 showing the video data to be viewed, the product 915 used in the video data is displayed. In each product, the presence or absence of stock is displayed 918, and the customer can select whether to rent 916 or 917.
In S1008, when the customer completes the setting on the product rental reservation screen 911, control information including the selected item is transmitted from the display apparatus 102 to the information processing apparatus 100. The information processing apparatus 100 sets the rental reservation of the product in the lending information DB313 according to the selection of the customer. In the lending information DB313, for example, information set in the product rental reservation screen 911 is registered. When the rental reservation is completed, the control unit 200 may cause the display device 102 to display an experience video viewing screen 901, as shown in fig. 11, which enables selection of another experience. In the example shown in fig. 11, icons of the events displayed in the event selection screen 601 in fig. 6 are displayed in a selectable manner. At this time, the designation of the member may be inherited from the already set member, and therefore, the designation of the member may be omitted.
In S1009, the control unit 200 determines whether the customer selects another experience video. When another experience video is selected, the control unit 200 returns the process to S1002 and repeats the process. On the other hand, when the other experience video is not selected after the predetermined time or more has elapsed, the series of operations related to the experience video output processing is ended.
In the above embodiment, the example of ending the process at the stage when the customer sets the schedule of the rental product on the product rental reservation screen is shown, but when the customer indicates the intention to purchase the product, the customer may purchase the desired product or issue a quote offer.
For example, the control unit 200 may output display data for an order screen, not shown, and receive an order for a product from a customer. In this case, for example, selection and change of a desired product, selection and change of a grade, and selection and change of an option can be performed on the order screen, and the order can be completed after the amount of money is confirmed. The information processing apparatus 100 may execute settlement in a predetermined settlement method when the order information is received.
In the above-described embodiment, an example was described in which the two-dimensional video image is displayed as the experience video image as the video image data, but video image data that can further provide an immersive sensation to the customer using Virtual Reality (VR) technology or the like may be used.
As described above, in the sales support system for supporting the sales of a product to a customer in the present embodiment, the information processing device 100 as an information processing server performs the experience video output process and causes the display device 102 to display the event selection screen and the experience video viewing screen.
Specifically, an experience obtained by a predetermined activity is visualized, and image data of a product used in at least a part of the experience is presented together with information of the product. Thus, the customer's desire to purchase a product can be enhanced through a simulated experience relating to an activity in which the customer is interested.
(other embodiments)
In the above-described embodiment, an example in which the information processing device 100 performs the experience video output process and transmits the display information to the display device 102 is described. However, a series of operations of the experience video output process may be performed by the control unit 510 included in the display device 102. In this case, the display device 102 may include units (301 to 306) such as a video selection unit included in the information processing device 100, a video DB310, and a product information DB 311. Alternatively, the information processing apparatus 100 may include the video DB310 and the product information DB311, and the display apparatus 102 may acquire the video information and the product information stored in these DBs from the information processing apparatus 100 as needed. With such a configuration, a series of operations related to the experience video output processing can be realized inside the display device 102 provided with a display (display means). That is, even when the display device of this type is used, the desire of the customer to purchase a product can be enhanced by the simulated experience relating to the activity in which the customer is interested.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the present invention.
