本发明涉及胶水技术领域,具体涉及一种用于纸袋粘接的胶水,包括粘结剂30‑60份,防霉剂0.2‑1份,硫酸钡3‑5份,增稠剂0.5‑2份、消泡剂0.1‑2份、去离子水50‑60份、防沉剂2‑3份,粘结剂包括PVA乳液、VAE乳液、PV乳液或水性丙烯酸乳液的一种或多种,还包括PH调整剂,PH调整剂为碱液,碱液由质量比为1:2的烧碱和水混合而成,本发明提供的胶水具有较好的粘结效果,能够提高纸袋之间的结合力,防止其出现使用过程中开口等现象,通过增稠剂和防沉剂的添加增加其黏度和稳定性,防霉剂能够减少纸制品的霉变过程,使其具有较好的抗菌防腐性能,消泡剂降低表面张力,减少胶水中泡沫的产生,使其便于涂布均匀,本发明提供的胶水粘结效果较好、使用较为稳定更为适应用户的需要。

本发明涉及胶水技术领域,具体涉及一种用于纸袋粘接的胶水。
背景技术
购物袋的使用在日常生活中十分普遍,购物袋通常是由牛皮纸及相应的纸张裁剪成特定形状的平面纸,用机器等折叠成袋子的形式,用不同性能的胶水粘接不同的部位从而成形一个完整的纸袋。所以,在购物纸袋生产过程中胶水的涂布质量和胶水的粘结性能将直接影响纸袋的质量。如果胶水涂布不到位,会导致底部、边口或是提手部分粘接不牢或是没粘接上,将导致购物纸袋底部漏底,边缘开口,提手脱落,导致购物纸袋中的物品的掉落,或破损;或在生产过程中涂布时胶水溢出、流淌在不应粘接的位置上,又会导致购物袋不能完整的打开,如果胶水的质量欠佳,粘结性能较差,则易在纸袋的使用中开口,因此,在购物袋的生产过程中胶水涂布的好坏和胶水质量的好坏都将影响产品的质量,且购物袋的好坏与涂布状态并不容易通过人眼观察或者仪器检测进行评估,很难把控纸袋的粘接质量。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种适用于纸料之间粘接、粘结性能较好且能够便于检测的用于纸袋粘接的胶水。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于纸袋粘接的胶水,按照重量份数包括以下组分:粘结剂30-60份、防霉剂0.2-1份、增稠剂0.5-2份、消泡剂0.1-2份、去离子水50-60份、防沉剂2-3份,还包括X射线标志物3-5份。
进一步的,所述粘结剂包括PVA乳液、VAE乳液、PV乳液或水性丙烯酸乳液的一种或多种。
进一步的,还包括PH调整剂,所述PH调整剂为碱液,所述碱液由质量比为1:2的烧碱和水混合而成。
进一步的,按照重量份数包括以下组分:PVA乳液30-50份,PH调整剂0.5-2份,防霉剂0.2-1份,X射线标志物3-5份,增稠剂0.5-2份、消泡剂0.1-2份、去离子水50-60份、防沉剂2-3份。
进一步的,按照重量份数包括以下组分:VAE乳液30-40份,PV乳液10-15份,防霉剂0.2-1份,X射线标志物3-5份,增稠剂0.5-2份、消泡剂0.1-2份、去离子水50-60份、防沉剂2-3份。
进一步的,按照重量份数包括以下组分:水性丙烯酸乳液50-60份,PH调整剂0.5-2份、防霉剂0.2-1份、X射线标志物3-5份、消泡剂0.1-2份、去离子水30-40份、防沉剂2-3份。
进一步的,所述防沉剂为有机改性膨润土、聚酰胺蜡微粒或聚烯烃蜡微粒的一种,防沉剂能够使胶水具有触变性,黏度大大提高,且能够提高稳定性和附着力。
进一步的,所述增稠剂为硅凝胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、瓜尔胶、天然橡胶或甲基纤维素的一种,增稠剂能够增加胶水的粘稠度,通过添加增稠剂能够使其形成较为稳定的胶体,且兼有乳化、稳定的效果,能够使各种添加剂呈悬浮状态作用,从而增加其胶黏性和稳定性。
进一步的,所述防霉剂包括质量比为3:5:20的壳聚糖、纳米二氧化钛和环氧氯丙烷,防霉剂的添加能够减少纸制品的霉变过程,使其具有较好的抗菌防腐性能,且通过壳聚糖和纳米二氧化钛的添加,能够具有较好的抗菌能力,且无毒无味无刺激,不会对使用者造成损伤。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷,通过消泡剂的使用能够降低表面张力,从而减少胶水中泡沫的产生,从而防止胶水在涂布过程中,胶水涂布不均匀影响胶粘效果。
进一步的,所述X射线标志物为硫酸钡,硫酸钡过X光射线的照射获得胶水涂层图像,这个图像根据特定规格纸袋规定涂层位置的对比来判断是否粘接到位、通过涂层影像透过率的深浅可判断胶水涂层粘接是否可靠、在不该有胶水涂层的部位有影像来判断纸袋开口有粘接,可能纸袋不能打开的情况。

本发明提供的胶水具有较好的粘结效果,能够提高纸袋之间的结合力,防止其出现使用过程中开口等现象,且通过增稠剂和防沉剂的添加,大大增加其黏度和稳定性,通过防霉剂的添加,能够减少纸制品的霉变过程,使其具有较好的抗菌防腐性能,且通过壳聚糖和纳米二氧化钛的添加,能够具有较好的抗菌能力,且无毒无味无刺激,不会对使用者造成损伤,通过消泡剂的使用能够降低表面张力,从而减少胶水中泡沫的产生,从而防止胶水在涂布过程中,胶水涂布不均匀影响胶粘效果,本发明提供的胶水粘结效果较好、使用较为稳定更为适应用户的需要,且通过硫酸钡的添加,即可通过X光射线的照射获得胶水涂层图像,这个图像根据特定规格纸袋规定涂层位置的对比来判断是否粘接到位、通过涂层影像透过率的深浅可判断胶水涂层粘接是否可靠、在不该有胶水涂层的部位有影像来判断纸袋开口有粘接,可能纸袋不能打开的情况。

实施例1:
PVA乳液30g,PH调整剂0.5g,防霉剂0.2g,硫酸钡3g,瓜尔胶0.5g、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.1g、去离子水50g、有机改性膨润土2g,PH调整剂由1g烧碱和2g水混合而成,防霉剂为3g壳聚糖、5g纳米二氧化钛和20g环氧氯丙烷混合制成,作为实验组A。
实施例2:
PVA乳液50g,PH调整剂2g,防霉剂1g,硫酸钡5g,天然橡胶2g、聚二甲基硅氧烷2g、去离子水50-60g、聚酰胺蜡微粒3g,PH调整剂由1g烧碱和2g水混合而成,防霉剂为3g壳聚糖、5g纳米二氧化钛和20g环氧氯丙烷混合制成,作为实验组B。
实施例3:
VAE乳液30g,PV乳液10g,防霉剂0.5g,硫酸钡4g,硅凝胶1g、聚二甲基硅氧烷1g、去离子水55g、聚烯烃蜡微粒2.5g,防霉剂为3g壳聚糖、5g纳米二氧化钛和20g环氧氯丙烷混合制成,作为实验组C。
实施例4:
VAE乳液40g,PV乳液15g,防霉剂1g,硫酸钡5g,羧甲基纤维素钠2g、聚二甲基硅氧烷2g、去离子水60g、聚烯烃蜡微粒3g,防霉剂为3g壳聚糖、5g纳米二氧化钛和20g环氧氯丙烷混合制成,作为实验组D。
实施例5:
VAE乳液35g,PV乳液12g,防霉剂0.7g,硫酸钡4.5g,甲基纤维素1.2g、聚二甲基硅氧烷1g、去离子水55g、有机改性膨润土2.2g,防霉剂为3g壳聚糖、5g纳米二氧化钛和20g环氧氯丙烷混合制成,作为实验组E。
实施例6:
水性丙烯酸乳液50g,PH调整剂0.7g、防霉剂0.6g、硫酸钡3g、聚二甲基硅氧烷0.2g、去离子水30g、有机改性膨润土2.2g,防霉剂为3g壳聚糖、5g纳米二氧化钛和20g环氧氯丙烷混合制成,作为实验组F。
实施例7:
水性丙烯酸乳液60g,PH调整剂1.9g、防霉剂0.5g、硫酸钡5g、聚二甲基硅氧烷2g、去离子水40g、有机改性膨润土3g,防霉剂为3g壳聚糖、5g纳米二氧化钛和20g环氧氯丙烷混合制成,作为实验组G。
实施例8:
1、测定对比实施例1-7当中提供的胶水的粘着力,将实验组A-G的胶水分别涂覆于两纸板之间,厚度约为0.5mm,面积约为25mm,随后采用50℃左右热风进行烘干,并将普通双面胶作为对照组,分别测定其粘着力,结果见表1。

通过剥离强度和粘着力的测定,能够看出实验组A-G中提供的胶水均具有较好的粘着力和剥离强度,且由于实验组B、E、G中浓度较高,则取得了较好的粘接效果,而实验组A、C、D、F中结合力较差,且实验组D的粘接效果好于实验组C,这是由于实验组D的浓度较高,粘接效果较好,而实验组A-G均好于对照组,本发明提供的胶水具有较好的粘结效果,能够提高纸袋之间的结合力,防止其出现使用过程中开口等现象,且通过增稠剂和防沉剂的添加,大大增加其黏度和稳定性,通过消泡剂的使用能够降低表面张力,从而减少胶水中泡沫的产生,从而防止胶水在涂布过程中,胶水涂布不均匀影响胶粘效果,本发明提供的胶水粘结效果较好、使用较为稳定更为适应用户的需要。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于纸袋粘接的胶水,其特征在于:按照重量份数包括以下组分:粘结剂30-60份、防霉剂0.2-1份、增稠剂0.5-2份、消泡剂0.1-2份、去离子水50-60份、防沉剂2-3份,还包括X射线标志物3-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纸袋粘接的胶水,其特征在于:所述粘结剂包括PVA乳液、VAE乳液、PV乳液或水性丙烯酸乳液的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于纸袋粘接的胶水,其特征在于:还包括PH调整剂,所述PH调整剂为碱液,所述碱液由质量比为1:2的烧碱和水混合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于纸袋粘接的胶水,其特征在于:按照重量份数包括以下组分:PVA乳液30-50份,PH调整剂0.5-2份,防霉剂0.2-1份,X射线标志物3-5份,增稠剂0.5-2份、消泡剂0.1-2份、去离子水50-60份、防沉剂2-3份。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种用于纸袋粘接的胶水,其特征在于:按照重量份数包括以下组分:VAE乳液30-40份,PV乳液10-15份,防霉剂0.2-1份,X射线标志物3-5份,增稠剂0.5-2份、消泡剂0.1-2份、去离子水50-60份、防沉剂2-3份。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种用于纸袋粘接的胶水,其特征在于:按照重量份数包括以下组分:水性丙烯酸乳液50-60份,PH调整剂0.5-2份、防霉剂0.2-1份、X射线标志物3-5份、消泡剂0.1-2份、去离子水30-40份、防沉剂2-3份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纸袋粘接的胶水,其特征在于:所述防沉剂为有机改性膨润土、聚酰胺蜡微粒或聚烯烃蜡微粒的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纸袋粘接的胶水,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为硅凝胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、瓜尔胶、天然橡胶或甲基纤维素的一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纸袋粘接的胶水,其特征在于:所述X射线标志物为硫酸钡。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于纸袋粘接的胶水,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
