Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The conditions in the embodiments can be further adjusted according to specific conditions, and simple modifications of the method of the present invention based on the concept of the present invention are within the scope of the claimed invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the invention provides a PVC stone plastic floor with rounded corners, which comprises a floor body 1, wherein the floor body 1 is composed of a primer layer 101, a reinforced middle layer 102, a color film layer 103, a wear layer 104 and a UV protective layer 105, the primer layer 101, the reinforced middle layer 102, the color film layer 103, the wear layer 104 and the UV protective layer 105 are sequentially pressed from bottom to top, and both the primer layer 101 and the reinforced middle layer 102 comprise processing aids such as PVC resin, heavy calcium carbonate, calcined kaolin, DOTP plasticizer, calcium zinc stabilizer, carbon fiber, petroleum resin, carbon black and the like.
The main production process flow is as follows:
rolling: conveying PVC resin, 325-mesh heavy calcium carbonate, 800-mesh calcined kaolin, a DOTP plasticizer, a calcium-zinc stabilizer, 3mm carbon fiber, petroleum resin, carbon black and other processing aids to a mixer in sequence by an automatic metering and mixing system, firstly maintaining low-speed stirring for 0-1 min, then rotating high-speed stirring for 1-3 min, then placing the mixture into 130-160 ℃ ten thousand horsepower for banburying for 2-5 min, conveying the mixture to a first 150-180 ℃ open mill by a screw rod to form small blocks which are not loosened, extending the small blocks into continuous sheets, then conveying the plasticized sheets to a second open mill at 140-170 ℃ to make the plasticized sheets more uniform, conveying the plasticized sheets to a four-roller calender by a conveying belt, controlling the temperature, speed ratio, thickness, width and appearance of each roller, cooling and shaping the sheets by a 20-50 ℃ circulating cooling system, finally, producing the material sheet with the required length by a cutting machine;
laminating: carrying out film laying, hot pressing, cold pressing, film dismantling and other processes on a PVC wear-resistant layer, a PVC color film layer, a reinforced middle material layer and a primer layer in an up-down sequence to produce a 2.0-4.0 mm floor semi-finished product;
film coating and tempering: carrying out surface treatment on the semi-finished product subjected to laminating and demolding by two UV (ultraviolet), and carrying out tempering treatment on the semi-finished product by a hot water pool, a warm water pool and a normal-temperature water pool to release intermolecular internal stress, so that the coefficient of expansion with heat and contraction with cold of the product is less than or equal to 0.05 percent, and the product performance is more stable;
and (3) processing and forming: and standing the semi-finished product for 24-72 hours, and performing arc cutting to control the round angle rebound after the surface fabric temperature of the product is 15-20 ℃ and has no obvious difference.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2-7, the invention provides fillet processing equipment for a PVC stone-plastic floor with a fillet, which comprises a bottom plate 2, wherein two support columns 3 are fixedly connected to the bottom plate 2, a top plate 4 is fixedly connected to the two support columns 3, two electric push rods 5 are arranged at the bottom of the top plate 4, telescopic shafts of the two electric push rods 5 are fixedly connected to the upper surface of a linear guide rail 6, a motor I7 is arranged at one side of the linear guide rail 6, an output shaft of the motor I7 extends into the linear guide rail 6 and is fixedly connected to one end of a linear lead screw 8, the other end of the linear lead screw 8 is rotatably connected into the linear guide rail 6 through a bearing seat, a thread block 9 is spirally connected to the outer wall of the linear lead screw 8 in a transmission manner, the thread block 9 is connected into the linear guide rail 6 in a limiting and sliding manner, the thread block 9 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of a motor II 10, a cutting disc 11 is fixedly connected to the output shaft of the motor II 10, annular arc grooves are arranged at the edges of two sides of the cutting disc 11, a plurality of cutting blades 12 are fixedly arranged in the arc groove; can realize fillet cutting processing.
A supporting plate 13 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 2, adjustable pressing assemblies 14 are fixedly arranged on two sides of the supporting plate 13, each adjustable pressing assembly 14 comprises a bidirectional screw 1401 rotatably connected to the bottom of the supporting plate 13, a hand wheel 1402 is fixedly connected to one end of the bidirectional screw 1401, threaded sleeves 1403 are connected to the outer walls, close to two ends, of the bidirectional screw 1401 in a spiral transmission mode, the two threaded sleeves 1403 are respectively embedded to the bottoms of two adjusting frames 1404, two limiting idler wheels 1405 are fixedly connected to the inner side walls of the adjusting frames 1404, two air cylinders 1406 are embedded to the tops of the adjusting frames 1404, and pressing blocks 1407 are fixedly connected to telescopic shafts of the two air cylinders 1406; rotation hand wheel 1402 can drive two-way lead screw 1401 and rotate, and two-way lead screw 1401 drives two alignment jig 1404 and removes each other through the effect of two thread bush 1403 to can adjust according to the width of floor body 1, the suitability is stronger, and spacing gyro wheel 1405, cylinder 1406 and compact heap 1407's effect of rethread is thereby can fix floor body 1, makes it remain stable when the cutting.
The positions of the upper surface of the adjusting frame 1404, which correspond to the two cylinders 1406, are both provided with cylinder switches 1408, both ends of the linear guide rail 6 are fixedly connected with pressure rods 15, and both ends of the pressure rods 15 and the two cylinder switches 1408 are on the same vertical axis; when the linear guide 6 moves downwards, the pressing rod 15 can be driven to contact the cylinder switch 1408, so that the synchronization is formed, and the floor body 1 can be automatically pressed.
Two fixed seats 1409 are fixedly connected to the bottom of the supporting plate 13, fixed rods 1410 are fixedly connected to the two fixed seats 1409, sliding sleeves 1411 are respectively sleeved at two ends of each fixed rod 1410, and the two sliding sleeves 1411 are respectively embedded at the bottoms of the two adjusting frames 1404; maintaining stability of the adjustment bracket 1404 during adjustment.
