Referring to fig. 2-3, the bottom ends of the pair of lower positioning plates 6 are respectively provided with an adsorption tube 9, opposite end walls of the pair of adsorption tubes 9 are respectively coated with a flexible pad, the side walls of the upper ends of the pair of adsorption tubes 9 are respectively provided with an adsorption cavity, a vacuum adsorber is installed in the adsorption tubes 9, a steel strip is upwards pulled from a gap between the pair of adsorption tubes 9 and upwards extends from a steel strip coating cavity, the pair of adsorption tubes 9 are used for uniformly coating the steel strip coated with paint, in addition, when the metal powder coating is performed by using the metal powder coating spray tube 8, the adsorption tubes 9 are used for adsorbing metal powder particles which are not sprayed on the steel strip in an impact manner, and technicians in the field can install drying equipment on the lower positioning plates 6 for drying the steel strip coated with paint to a certain degree, which is beneficial to subsequent end surface coating.
