(4) compared with the embodiment 1, the gunny wine in the comparative examples 13 and 14 has less or more addition amount, and the effect of the comparative example 15 in which yellow wine is used for replacing the gunny wine is not as good as that of the embodiment 1;
(5) and according to the comparison of the data, the processing temperature range of the braised polygonum multiflorum is that the heating time is 8-12h when the polygonum multiflorum is heated to boiling, then the constant-temperature boiling time is 6-24h, and the cooling time is 4-12h, preferably, the standard curve is that the heating time is 10h when the polygonum multiflorum is heated to boiling, then the constant-temperature boiling time is 15h, and the cooling time is 8 h.

(7) and (3) drying: taking out the steamed polygonum multiflorum, and drying at 65-85 ℃ until the water content is less than or equal to 12 percent to obtain the polygonum multiflorum.
