技术领域
本发明属于保健产品技术领域,具体涉及一种润肌生发散,还涉及到一种润肌生发散的制作方法。
背景技术
脱发是指头发脱落的现象。永久性脱发(即男性型脱发)的掉发过程是逐渐产生的。开始时,头前额材头边缘明显后缩,头顶部头发稀少;然后逐步发展,最后会发展到只剩下头后部,头两侧一圈稀疏的头发,其主要原因有三:1、遗传因素,血液循环中男性激素的缺乏或失调;2、过于肥胖;3、多种皮肤病或皮肤受伤留下的疤痕,天生头发发育不良,以及化学物品或物理原因对毛囊造成的严重伤害均可引起永久性脱发。暂时性脱发往往是由得了发高烧的疾病引起的。不过,照X光、摄入金属(如铊、锡和砷)或摄入毒品、营养不良、某些带炎症的皮肤病、慢性消耗性疾病,以及内分泌失调等也可造成暂时性脱发,男性型脱发的治疗方案有两种。第一种方法是毛发移植,就是把还长头发地方的头皮的毛囊移植到不长头发的地方,即:从头后部移到前部。第二种方法是局部敷药。能有效阻止多种原因引起的继续脱发,促进已秃或头发稀少部位的头发再生。女性治疗:头发生长主要靠雄性激素来维持,由于女性特殊的个体,雌激素占体内主导作用。一旦女性脱发,肯定是体内激素水平发生异常。常见女性脱发有产后脱发。产后建议多吃营养性食物合理性膳食,适当锻炼,还要有充足的睡眠和舒畅的心情。一般产后会逐渐康复,然而市面上各种的防脱发药剂仍存在各种各样的问题。
如授权公告号为CN109200165A所公开的一种润肌生发散及其制作方法,其虽然实现了采用纯天然植物作为原料制作而成,服用过程中无副作用产生,服用本品后能够产生强肾养肝的功效,同时疏通血管,促进人体内部的微循环,并且促进形成黑发物质—酪氨酸酶的生成,从根本上对脱发和白发进行治疗,进而达到了治疗脱发、白发的目的,但是并未解决现有存在的化学药剂含量过多,并且在粉碎的时候容易造成大量的药效流失等的问题,为此我们提出一种润肌生发散及其制作方法。

优选的,所述润肌生发散中还包括有防腐剂,所述防腐剂采用的有乳链菌肽或者是乳链菌素。
一种润肌生发散的制作方法,包括有以下步骤:
S1、将原材料进行清洗干燥和消毒:将原材料中的淮山药、枸杞、黑桑椹、山楂、核桃仁、桂圆、黑芝麻、松花粉、白茯苓、莲子、野葛根、芡实、菊粉、蛹虫草、沙棘、猴头菇、红薯粉、银耳、杜仲雄花、茯苓、甜菊糖或甜菊叶、龟盖粉、擬黑多刺蟻、无花果干和黑加仑进行清洗,然后将原料进行消毒处理;
S2、将清洗过后的原料进行烘干处理:将S1中清洗过后的原料进行烘干,保持原料中的水分在0.5%以内;
S3、将烘干后的原料进行破壁粉碎处理:将S2中的原料进行粉碎处理,且粉碎处理采用的是真空低温气流破壁粉碎技术,并且将粉碎后的原料通过过筛网进行筛选,选取粉碎原料中直径颗粒大小在0.01mm-0.08mm的颗粒;
S4、将粉碎后的原料颗粒进行混合搅拌:将选取后的原料颗粒进行混合搅拌,然后将天然色素、甜味剂和防腐剂进行添加进入,通过反应釜上的搅拌机构进行混合搅拌;
S5、将混合后的原料进行制片或者制胶囊:将混合后的原料进行制备胶囊、蜜丸或冲剂,便于服用者根据自身情况选择合适的性状进行服用。
优选的,所述S1中的清洗包括有采用流动清水进行冲洗,且冲洗的时长为10-30min,然后再采用浓度为75%的医用酒精进行浸泡,且浸泡的时长为5-20min,所述S1中的消毒采用的是放射灭菌法或者是紫外线灭菌法。
优选的,所述S1中的干燥采用的是自然晾干、冷风低温干燥和低温烘烤干燥,所述S4中的搅拌机构的转速为100-200r/min缓慢转动搅拌。
优选的,所述S3中的真空低温气流破壁粉碎技术中的真空度为-0.073MPa--0.08MPa,所述气流压力0.4MPa-2MPa,所述低温的范围为-5℃-5℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明采用纯天然原料进行制备生发散,使得原料之间能够相互配合,形成生发和养生的药效,并且添加有抗氧化的色素,减少发质根部的氧化,提高发质的生发效果,能够很好地将血液中的营养物质输送到末端气囊,同时促进黑发生成物质—酪氨酸酶的生成,从而达到育发、生发、白发变黑发的目的。
(2)本发明实现对原料进行清洗消毒,使得原料能够减少细菌和灰尘的侵入,并且通过真空低温气流破壁粉碎技术实现对原料进行粉碎处理,使得原料能够实现成分的粉碎,减少原料中的有效成分流失。

优选的,所述润肌生发散中还包括有天然色素,所述天然色素采用的有辣椒红、菊花黄、高梁红、玉米黄或者是沙棘黄。
优选的,所述润肌生发散中还包括有甜味剂,所述甜味剂采用的有甜菊昔、罗汉果甜、索马甜或者是甘草甜中的一种或者多种。

S1、将原材料进行清洗干燥和消毒:将原材料中的淮山药、枸杞、黑桑椹、山楂、核桃仁、桂圆、黑芝麻、松花粉、白茯苓、莲子、野葛根、芡实、菊粉、蛹虫草、沙棘、猴头菇、红薯粉、银耳、杜仲雄花、茯苓、甜菊糖或甜菊叶、龟盖粉、擬黑多刺蟻、无花果干和黑加仑进行清洗,然后将原料进行消毒处理;
S2、将清洗过后的原料进行烘干处理:将S1中清洗过后的原料进行烘干,保持原料中的水分在0.5%以内;
S3、将烘干后的原料进行破壁粉碎处理:将S2中的原料进行粉碎处理,且粉碎处理采用的是真空低温气流破壁粉碎技术,并且将粉碎后的原料通过过筛网进行筛选,选取粉碎原料中直径颗粒大小在0.01mm的颗粒;
S4、将粉碎后的原料颗粒进行混合搅拌:将选取后的原料颗粒进行混合搅拌,然后将天然色素、甜味剂和防腐剂进行添加进入,通过反应釜上的搅拌机构进行混合搅拌;
S5、将混合后的原料进行制片或者制胶囊:将混合后的原料进行制备胶囊、蜜丸或冲剂,便于服用者根据自身情况选择合适的性状进行服用。

S1、将原材料进行清洗干燥和消毒:将原材料中的淮山药、枸杞、黑桑椹、山楂、核桃仁、桂圆、黑芝麻、松花粉、白茯苓、莲子、野葛根、芡实、菊粉、蛹虫草、沙棘、猴头菇、红薯粉、银耳、杜仲雄花、茯苓、甜菊糖或甜菊叶、龟盖粉、擬黑多刺蟻、无花果干和黑加仑进行清洗,然后将原料进行消毒处理;
S2、将清洗过后的原料进行烘干处理:将S1中清洗过后的原料进行烘干,保持原料中的水分在0.5%以内;
S3、将烘干后的原料进行破壁粉碎处理:将S2中的原料进行粉碎处理,且粉碎处理采用的是真空低温气流破壁粉碎技术,并且将粉碎后的原料通过过筛网进行筛选,选取粉碎原料中直径颗粒大小在0.05mm的颗粒;
S4、将粉碎后的原料颗粒进行混合搅拌:将选取后的原料颗粒进行混合搅拌,然后将天然色素、甜味剂和防腐剂进行添加进入,通过反应釜上的搅拌机构进行混合搅拌;
S5、将混合后的原料进行制片或者制胶囊:将混合后的原料进行制备胶囊、蜜丸或冲剂,便于服用者根据自身情况选择合适的性状进行服用。
优选的,所述S1中的清洗包括有采用流动清水进行冲洗,且冲洗的时长为20min,然后再采用浓度为75%的医用酒精进行浸泡,且浸泡的时长为10min,所述S1中的消毒采用的是放射灭菌法或者是紫外线灭菌法。

根据国标GB 16740-1997对该润肌生发散进行检测,通过检测项目检测到该生发散中的表格情况如下:
通过上述的检测项目可以有效的得到,本产品中的甲醛含量、铅含量和转基因成分的含量均为零,通过本产品中的成分可以得到,产品中的成分均为纯天然的植物成分,并且能够实现对发质的毛囊能够形成抗氧化性,减少发囊的油性,进而可以提高发质生长的效率,并且本产品的成分均为植物成分,对于人体没有任何的伤害,且能够促进人体肠胃的,进而提高人体的新陈谢代,进而可以提高发质生长,并且本产品采用真空低温气流破壁粉碎技术可以实现对原料进行粉碎,通过气流实现粉碎,能够有效的保持原料的有效成分的保留,提高产品的药效,综上所述可以得到本产品能够减少发质根部的氧化,提高发质的生发效果,能够很好地将血液中的营养物质输送到末端气囊,同时促进黑发生成物质—酪氨酸酶的生成,从而达到育发、生发、白发变黑发的目的,使得原料能够实现成分的粉碎,减少原料中的有效成分流失。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:
第一步、将原材料进行清洗干燥和消毒:将原材料中的淮山药、枸杞、黑桑椹、山楂、核桃仁、桂圆、黑芝麻、松花粉、白茯苓、莲子、野葛根、芡实、菊粉、蛹虫草、沙棘、猴头菇、红薯粉、银耳、杜仲雄花、茯苓、甜菊糖或甜菊叶、龟盖粉、擬黑多刺蟻、无花果干和黑加仑进行清洗,然后将原料进行消毒处理;
第二步、将清洗过后的原料进行烘干处理:将S1中清洗过后的原料进行烘干,保持原料中的水分在0.5%以内;
第三步、将烘干后的原料进行破壁粉碎处理:将S2中的原料进行粉碎处理,且粉碎处理采用的是真空低温气流破壁粉碎技术,并且将粉碎后的原料通过过筛网进行筛选,选取粉碎原料中直径颗粒大小在0.01mm-0.08mm的颗粒;
第四步、将粉碎后的原料颗粒进行混合搅拌:将选取后的原料颗粒进行混合搅拌,然后将天然色素、甜味剂和防腐剂进行添加进入,通过反应釜上的搅拌机构进行混合搅拌;
第五步、将混合后的原料进行制片或者制胶囊:将混合后的原料进行制备胶囊、蜜丸或冲剂,便于服用者根据自身情况选择合适的性状进行服用。

1.一种润肌生发散,其特征在于,所述润肌生发散由以下原料组成:淮山药17-10份、枸杞14-10份、黑桑椹18-12份、山楂7-3份、核桃仁7-3份、桂圆18-12份、黑芝麻9-4份、松花粉13-8份、白茯苓15-8份、莲子4-1份、野葛根11-6份、芡实7-2份、菊粉8-5份、蛹虫草1-0.2份、沙棘7-5份、猴头菇10-5份、红薯粉5-2.5份、银耳4-2.5份、杜仲雄花0.5-0.02份、茯苓6-2.5份、甜菊糖或甜菊叶0.3-0.01份、龟盖粉0.7-0.02份、擬黑多刺蟻0.6-0.02份、无花果干10-5份和黑加仑12-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种润肌生发散,其特征在于:所述润肌生发散由以下原料组成:淮山药15-12份、枸杞13-11份、黑桑椹16-13份、山楂6-4份、核桃仁6-4份、桂圆16-14份、黑芝麻8-6份、松花粉11-9份、白茯苓14-9份、莲子4-2份、野葛根9-7份、芡实7-4份、菊粉7-5份、蛹虫草1-0.7份、沙棘7-6份、猴头菇8-5份、红薯粉5-3份、银耳4-3份、杜仲雄花0.5-0.2份、茯苓4-2.5份、甜菊糖或甜菊叶0.3-0.1份、龟盖粉0.7-0.3份、擬黑多刺蟻0.6-0.3份、无花果干7-5份和黑加仑8-5份。

S1、将原材料进行清洗干燥和消毒:将原材料中的淮山药、枸杞、黑桑椹、山楂、核桃仁、桂圆、黑芝麻、松花粉、白茯苓、莲子、野葛根、芡实、菊粉、蛹虫草、沙棘、猴头菇、红薯粉、银耳、杜仲雄花、茯苓、甜菊糖或甜菊叶、龟盖粉、擬黑多刺蟻、无花果干和黑加仑进行清洗,然后将原料进行消毒处理;
S2、将清洗过后的原料进行烘干处理:将S1中清洗过后的原料进行烘干,保持原料中的水分在0.5%以内;
S3、将烘干后的原料进行破壁粉碎处理:将S2中的原料进行粉碎处理,且粉碎处理采用的是真空低温气流破壁粉碎技术,并且将粉碎后的原料通过过筛网进行筛选,选取粉碎原料中直径颗粒大小在0.01mm-0.08mm的颗粒;
S4、将粉碎后的原料颗粒进行混合搅拌:将选取后的原料颗粒进行混合搅拌,然后将天然色素、甜味剂和防腐剂进行添加进入,通过反应釜上的搅拌机构进行混合搅拌;
S5、将混合后的原料进行制片或者制胶囊:将混合后的原料进行制备胶囊、蜜丸或冲剂,便于服用者根据自身情况选择合适的性状进行服用。

9.根据权利要求1所述的一种润肌生发散的制作方法,其特征在于:所述S1中的干燥采用的是自然晾干、冷风低温干燥和低温烘烤干燥,所述S4中的搅拌机构的转速为100-200r/min缓慢转动搅拌。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种润肌生发散的制作方法,其特征在于:所述S3中的真空低温气流破壁粉碎技术中的真空度为-0.073MPa--0.08MPa,所述气流压力0.4MPa-2MPa,所述低温的范围为-5℃-5℃。
