Abstract
本申请提供了一种数据传输的方法和数据传输的装置,包括:第一通信设备接收第二通信设备发送的控制信息,所述控制信息调度L个传输块;所述控制信息调度的L个传输块中有M个传输块是重传,所述M是第一数值集合中的数值;或者所述控制信息调度的L个传输块中有H个传输块是重传,所述H是所述传输块个数L关联的第二数值集合中的数值;或者所述L个传输块对应的L个HARQ进程索引是连续的;所述第一通信设备根据所述控制信息确定所述控制信息调度的传输块是新传或重传,并根据所述控制信息的调度进行传输块的发送或接收,该方法可以减少传输块和重传块的组合数,以便于减少控制信息的开销,提升资源利用率。
