Description

Electronic device and information reproduction control method
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an electronic device and a method for controlling reproduction of information, and more particularly, to an electronic device and a method for controlling reproduction of information, which can provide effective information to a user in a timely manner.
Background
In recent years, with the popularization of various social Networking services (sns), it has become an indispensable part of the daily life of the public to communicate between electronic devices having a data communication function, such as smart phones, personal computers, and vehicle-mounted devices, by transmitting and receiving information using social Networking services.
When the user receives the information of the contact object through the social software, the information is arranged and displayed or played according to the received time sequence. As shown in fig. 11, a display screen of the social software in the smartphone is shown, and as shown in the figure, the information received first is displayed above the screen, the information received later is displayed below the screen, and the latest information received is displayed at the lowest part of the screen, in the display screen from top to bottom according to the chronological order of each piece of information received from the contact object. As shown, message a is received prior to message B, so message a is displayed above message B. As shown in the drawing, the information received from the contact may be character information such as information a and information B, or may be voice information indicated by a dialog box, and the user may play the voice information by clicking the dialog box. Furthermore, a dot is used to mark the voice information which is not clicked or played behind the dialog box of the voice information, and the dot disappears after the voice information is played, so that the user can judge whether the voice information is played or not by whether the dot is marked or not. In addition, the social software can automatically and continuously play the voice messages according to the sequence of the message receiving time in order to facilitate the user to continuously listen to the voice messages.
In addition, for the text information such as the information a and the information B in fig. 11, the social software may also convert the text information into voice information for playing, and particularly when the user is driving a vehicle, it is inconvenient to view the text information, and at the same time, it is inconvenient to click the received voice information, and the received voice information/text information from the social software is set to be received and played, and the received information is played sequentially according to the received time sequence.
As shown in fig. 11, when the information is played in the receiving time sequence, the information a from the contact object is played first, and then the information B is played, as shown in the figure, the information B is a correction on the content of the information a, that is, the contact object finds that the content is wrong after sending the information a, and then sends the information B to correct the content. However, since the user on the information receiving side must listen to the information a having an erroneous content and listen to the information B for correcting the content of the information a after a plurality of pieces of information are separated, the user cannot acquire correct and effective information at an early stage. Moreover, the user has time waste when receiving the wrong information of the content, delays playing of other meaningful effective information, and has no meaning, and the user may start using the wrong information of the content, which causes more trouble and inconvenience.
In addition, for the contact object sending the information, the time length of the playing interval between the information corrected by the information receiver and the information with wrong content is unknown, so that if a user as the information receiver receives a plurality of information from a plurality of contact objects in the same time period, the information is played according to the receiving time sequence of all the received information, the time interval from the information A with wrong playing content to the information B with corrected playing content is possibly longer, and the plurality of contact objects are switched, and even if the information B with corrected content is played, the user may not know the relation between the information B and the information A and miss the correct effective information.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings, embodiments, and specific examples. The following description is only an example for the convenience of understanding the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. In the embodiments, the components of the apparatus may be changed, deleted or added according to the actual situation, and the steps of the method may be changed, deleted, added or changed in order according to the actual situation.
First, an electronic device 100 according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3. The electronic device 100 of the present embodiment is an in-vehicle electronic apparatus as an example. Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing a configuration of an electronic device 100 according to the present embodiment, and as shown in the drawing, the electronic device 100 according to the present embodiment includes: communication means 1, reproduction means 2, non-reproduction information detection means 3, extraction means 4, and reproduction control means 5.
The communication unit 1 is constituted by a module having a communication function, and can directly communicate with the outside. Alternatively, the communication unit 1 may also be configured to communicate with an external or other electronic device (e.g., a smart phone) by establishing a wired or wireless connection with the other electronic device having a data communication function, so as to receive data information from the external or other electronic device. In the present embodiment, the communication unit 1 can receive character information, voice information, video call information, and the like from the contact destination of the user, and after receiving the information, the information is temporarily stored in a storage unit (not shown) in a form of a cache.
The reproducing unit 2 reproduces information. Different reproduction modes are adopted according to different information types. The display and reproduction of information on characters and images, the audio reproduction of information on audio, and the display and audio reproduction of information on video are combined.
Here, when performing display reproduction, the reproduction unit 2 includes a display unit (not shown), and may be configured by a display device such as an lcd (liquid Crystal display), an organic el (electro luminescence) panel, or a plasma panel. When reproducing audio, the reproducing unit 2 includes an amplifier and a speaker for outputting audio, and performs audio/video reproduction and output by operating audio/video information.
The electronic device 100 according to the present embodiment is a vehicle-mounted electronic apparatus mounted in a vehicle, and the reproduction unit 2 further includes a conversion module for converting text information into voice information. When a user drives a vehicle, the text information from the contact object is inconvenient to watch or operate, so that when the text information is received, the text information is not displayed, but converted into voice information to be directly played and output, and the user can conveniently obtain the content of the text information from the contact object while the safe driving is ensured.
The information not reproduced detection unit 3 is formed of an application specific integrated circuit or a CPU functional block, and detects information which is not operated or reproduced. The unreproduced information detection unit 3 of the present embodiment detects unreproduced information by whether or not the received character information or voice information is played back and output. As shown in fig. 11, in the display screen of the received information, if the dialog box representing the voice information is not clicked or played, a dot with color is marked and displayed behind the dialog box, if the user clicks and operates the dialog box to play the voice information, the dot behind the dialog box of the voice information disappears to represent that the voice information has been operated or played, and the user can judge whether the voice information has been listened to by whether the dot is marked behind the dialog box of the voice information. Similarly, the unreproduced information detection unit 3 detects in real time whether or not the voice information has been played and output by the reproduction unit 2, or whether or not an operation such as click deletion has been performed, and also detects in real time whether or not the character information has been displayed or converted into voice information to be played and output, to obtain unreproduced information.
The extracting means 4 extracts a plurality of pieces of information which are not reproduced and have a relationship with each other, from the pieces of information which are not reproduced and detected by the information not reproduced detecting means 3. As to whether multiple pieces of information are related, it is first determined whether the pieces of information are from the same contact object, where the same contact object may be the same contact or the same contact group (consisting of multiple contacts), because there is a high possibility that multiple pieces of information from the same contact object are related to each other. Then, it is determined whether the plurality of information is received within a predetermined time range according to the receiving time of the plurality of information, for example, the predetermined time may be set to 1 day, and it is highly likely that the plurality of information received in 1 day are related to each other.
In addition, whether or not there is a relationship between the plurality of pieces of information may be further determined. Whether the contents of the information are related or similar or not, whether the contents of the information are directed to the same topic/event or not can be judged through semantic analysis of each information or through detecting whether the same specific keyword is contained in each information.
The reproduction control unit 5 is a general computer, and includes therein, for example, a CPU, a ROM, an EEPROM, a RAM, an I/O, and a bus (not shown) connecting these components. And a reproduction control unit 5 for integrating the plurality of pieces of information extracted by the extraction unit 4 and having no reproduction, and controlling the reproduction unit 2 to reproduce the integrated information. There are various ways of information integration and regeneration control, and they will be described in detail in the following embodiments.
Next, a processing method of the electronic device 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 2 and 3. Fig. 2 is a flowchart of the method for controlling reproduction of information by the electronic device 100 according to the present embodiment, and fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of integrated information by the electronic device 100 according to the present embodiment.
The electronic device 100 in the present embodiment is an in-vehicle electronic device, and can receive information from a contact object in a vehicle and transmit information to the contact object by social software installed therein. The vehicle-mounted electronic device converts the received character information into voice information, and then performs sound playing and outputting through system sound of the vehicle-mounted electronic device. When the user logs in the social software account on the vehicle-mounted electronic machine, the user can receive and send information with a contact object in the social software, and the information from the contact object is received and simultaneously played and reproduced automatically.
Here, the in-vehicle electronic device may receive a plurality of pieces of information from a plurality of contact objects within a time period, and then the in-vehicle electronic device may sequentially play the information through the in-vehicle audio equipment according to the order of the information reception time, so that the user may listen to the information from the contact objects without an operation.
As described above, the in-vehicle electronic device may receive other information during the process of playing one piece of information, and the other information needs to be played after the currently played information is played, so that the information becomes the information to be played, which is the information that is not reproduced in the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, in step S101, unreproduced information to be played is detected. Here, for unreproduced information to be played, the source of each information, that is, from which contact object, can be extracted, and at the same time, the reception time of each information can also be acquired. As shown in fig. 11, a plurality of voice messages and character messages are received from the same contact object, and a dot mark is displayed behind a dialog box of the voice message to indicate that the voice message is not operated or played, and the reception time of the message is also displayed on the display screen. However, in the in-vehicle electronic apparatus according to the present embodiment, the screen shown in fig. 11 is not displayed on the in-vehicle display screen, but is operated and managed in the system back of the in-vehicle electronic apparatus.
In step S101, the unreproduced information, the information source information, the reception time information, and the like are stored. In addition, the detection of unreproduced information can be updated in real time, or can be updated within a certain time, new information to be played is added when the information appears, and information which is completely played and output is deleted when the information appears.
In step S102, it is determined whether or not there are a plurality of pieces of information related to the unreproduced information stored in step S101, and the information is extracted. In the present embodiment, the unreproduced information is first classified according to the different contact destinations of the respective sources, and then, if there are a plurality of pieces of unreproduced information for the same contact destination, it is determined whether or not the intervals of the reception times of the plurality of pieces of unreproduced information are within a predetermined time range. Finally, it is determined whether or not the contents of a plurality of pieces of unreproduced information whose reception time intervals are within a predetermined time range are related to each other.
Here, as shown in fig. 11, the user receives voice information/text information from the same contact object. As shown in the figure, the received information is displayed from top to bottom according to the sequence of the receiving time. In the case where a dot is marked behind the voice message dialog box and the text message is not converted into the voice message and played, the messages belong to unreproduced messages, and the interval of the receiving time of the messages is within a specified time range of 1 hour.
As shown in fig. 3, in the unreproduced information, whether or not a plurality of pieces of unreproduced information are related is determined by whether or not the information includes the same or similar predetermined characters/words. As shown, the information a and the information B may represent received text information, or may represent the content of received voice information, if the default specified word/word includes "telephone", "number" and a digit column (8 digits or 11 digits) with a continuous specified digit number, then, if the information a and the information B having the same predetermined word or phrase at the same time or partially have the same predetermined word or phrase, it is determined that the information a and the information B are related unreproduced information (yes in step S102), and the process proceeds to step S103, otherwise, the information from different contact destinations is received at intervals outside the predetermined time range, and a plurality of unreproduced information having the same or similar predetermined word or phrase are not related to each other (no in step S102), and all the processes are terminated, and the information is reproduced in the original reproduction manner/reproduction order.
In step S103, a plurality of pieces of information that are not reproduced and have a relationship are integrated, and the integrated information is reproduced. As shown in fig. 3, the information a and the information B are judged to be related unreproduced information, extracted, and then integrated. As shown, the information a and the information B may be combined into new information C, and then the information C may be reproduced.
Here, there are many ways of integrating a plurality of unreproduced information, and the integration may be described in the following embodiments as long as the original content is not changed.
Therefore, the user can acquire a plurality of pieces of associated unreproduced information as soon as possible without long intervals, and the acquisition efficiency of the effective information is greatly improved.
Next, an electronic device 200 according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 4 to 6. Fig. 4 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the electronic apparatus 200 according to the present embodiment, and as shown in the drawing, the electronic apparatus 100 further includes a determination unit 6.
The determination unit 6 is composed of an application specific integrated circuit or a CPU functional block, and determines whether or not there is a difference in predetermined content between the plurality of pieces of information extracted by the extraction unit 4 and related to non-reproduction. The predetermined content may be a content set by the electronic apparatus 200 by default, for example, information such as a name, an address, and a telephone number, or may be information such as a specific name set by the user according to personal needs. The judgment unit 6 extracts predetermined contents from the plurality of pieces of information that are not reproduced and associated with each other, and judges whether or not the predetermined contents are the same or similar.
Next, a processing method of the electronic apparatus 200 according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 5 and 6. Fig. 5 is a flowchart of the method for controlling reproduction of information by the electronic device 200 according to the present embodiment, and fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of the integrated information according to the present embodiment.
In the processing flow of the present embodiment, steps S201 to S202 are completely the same as steps S101 to S102 in the processing flow of the electronic device 100 of the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.
If a plurality of pieces of information related to non-reproduction are detected in step S202 (yes in step S202), the process proceeds to step S203, otherwise, all the processes are terminated and reproduction is performed in the original reproduction mode/reproduction order.
In step S203, it is determined whether or not a plurality of pieces of information related to non-reproduction differ in predetermined contents. As shown in fig. 6, since the information a and the information B are two pieces of information that are not reproduced and have a relationship, the two pieces of information are detected and extracted for predetermined contents. In the present embodiment, the predetermined contents are set as a name, an address, and a telephone number by default, and a telephone number having an 8-digit numerical sequence in the information a and the information B is recognized by keyword analysis, and then compared with each other to determine whether the two telephone numbers are the same. As shown in the figure, the telephone numbers in the recognized information a and information B are different (yes in step S203), and the process proceeds to step S204, otherwise, all the processes are ended, and the playback is performed according to the original playback method/playback order.
In step S204, the information a and the information B are integrated by using the telephone number as the predetermined content of the information B received later. In the integrated information D, the telephone number of the information a received earlier as a predetermined content is deleted, the content is analyzed to obtain the meaning to be expressed by the information a and the information B, and then the information D as shown in the figure is integrated and the information D is played and output in sound.
Here, a plurality of pieces of information that are not reproduced and have a relationship with each other may be subjected to keyword analysis, for example, "correction", "error", "re", or the like, and when appearing in the information received later, it is possible to judge that the predetermined content in the information received later is correct and valid information.
Therefore, the user can timely acquire effective correct information from a plurality of related unreproduced information without reproducing the specified content information with errors, thereby saving the reproduction time and further improving the information reproduction efficiency.
Next, an electronic device 300A according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 7 to 8. Fig. 7 is a block diagram of the electronic device 300A according to the present embodiment. As shown in the figure, the electronic device 100 of the first embodiment further includes a predetermined reproduction time acquisition unit 7.
The predetermined reproduction time acquisition unit 7 is a predetermined reproduction time for acquiring unreproduced information extracted by the extraction unit 4. As shown in fig. 11, the time length of playing the voice message is displayed behind the received voice message dialog box, for example, 9 ″, which means that the playing time needs 9 seconds, and also for the text message, and after the conversion into the voice message, the time length of playing the text message can be calculated according to the number of words and the reading speed of each word. Then, according to the sequence of the receiving time of the information, it is obtained how much information is expected to be played before the associated unreproduced information extracted by the extracting unit 4, and the playing time lengths of all the information to be played arranged in the front are added to obtain the predetermined reproduction time of the unreproduced information, that is, the time length required to wait. For example, as shown in the figure, the predetermined reproduction time of the information B is the sum of the play time lengths of 4 pieces of information received before the information B, that is, the information B starts to be played after the 4 pieces of information are played, which is the time length for which the information B needs to wait.
Here, fig. 11 shows only a case where information from the same contact object is continuously played, and if the contact object is not limited and information playing is performed only in the order of reception, the predetermined playback time of the unreproduced information is calculated by adding the playback time periods of all pieces of information to be played received before the unreproduced information extracted by the extraction unit 4.
Next, a processing method of the electronic device 300A according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 8. Fig. 8 is a flowchart of the information reproduction control method of the electronic device 300A according to the present embodiment.
In the processing flow of the present embodiment, steps S301 to S302 are completely the same as steps S101 to S102 in the processing flow of the electronic device 100 of the first embodiment, and are not described again here.
If a plurality of pieces of information related to non-reproduction are detected in step S302 (yes in step S302), the process proceeds to step S303, otherwise, all the processes are terminated and reproduction is performed in the original reproduction mode/reproduction order.
In step S303, a predetermined reproduction time of the extracted plurality of pieces of information associated with unreproduced information is acquired, and it is determined whether or not the predetermined reproduction time distance is equal to or longer than a predetermined time. The predetermined time may be a fixed time period set by default, for example, 10 minutes, or a time period that varies according to the situation of the user, for example, when the estimated time for acquiring the current location to reach the destination is 5 minutes, the predetermined time is set to be within 5 minutes. When the predetermined reproduction time distance of the plurality of pieces of information having no relation to each other is not less than the predetermined time (yes in step S303), the flow proceeds to step S304, otherwise, all the processes are ended and reproduction is performed in the original reproduction mode/reproduction order.
In step S304, a plurality of pieces of information related to non-reproduction, which are associated with a predetermined reproduction time exceeding a predetermined time from the current reproduction time, are integrated, and then reproduction processing is performed with priority. Here, before a predetermined time from the current time, a plurality of pieces of information related to non-reproduction are integrated and reproduced in preference to other pieces of information to be reproduced.
Thus, the user can acquire the related unreproduced information within the preset time, and can know the content of a plurality of related unreproduced information as soon as possible, thereby improving the effective information reproduction efficiency.
An electronic device 300B according to a modification of the third embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to fig. 9 to 10. Fig. 9 is a block diagram of the electronic apparatus 300B according to the present modification. As shown in the figure, the electronic device 300A of the third embodiment further includes a predetermined-point scheduled arrival time acquisition unit 8.
The scheduled arrival time at the predetermined point acquiring unit 8 acquires a scheduled time to reach the predetermined point, which may be a destination set by the user, a place through which the scheduled time passes, or a point included in the information received from the contact object, and then calculates the scheduled time to reach the predetermined point based on the current position and moving speed.
Next, a processing method of the electronic device 300B according to the present modification will be described in detail with reference to fig. 10. Fig. 10 is a flowchart of an information reproduction control method of the electronic device 300B according to the present modification.
In the processing flow of the present modification, steps S401 to S402 are identical to steps S301 to S302 in the processing flow of the electronic device 300A according to the third embodiment, and are not described again here.
If a plurality of pieces of information related to non-reproduction are detected in step S402 (yes in step S402), the process proceeds to step S403, otherwise, all the processes are terminated and reproduction is performed in the original reproduction mode/reproduction order.
In step S403, the predetermined reproduction time of the plurality of pieces of associated unreproduced information is compared with the predetermined arrival time at the predetermined point, and if the predetermined reproduction time of the plurality of pieces of associated unreproduced information is after the predetermined arrival time at the predetermined point (yes in step S403), the flow proceeds to step S404, otherwise, all the flows are ended, and the pieces of information are reproduced in the original reproduction mode/reproduction order.
In step S404, a plurality of pieces of information that are not reproduced and have a predetermined reproduction time later than a predetermined time to reach a predetermined point are integrated, and the integrated information is preferentially subjected to reproduction processing. Here, before the predetermined time of arrival at the predetermined point, the plurality of pieces of information related to non-reproduction are integrated and reproduced with priority over the other pieces of information to be reproduced.
