Detailed Description
For a person skilled in the art to better understand the present application, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments. The embodiments in the present application shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
First, an application scenario of the present application will be described. The method and the device can be applied to notification scenes of the same type of information. For example, when the user receives ETC (electronic toll collection) fees in a midway section manner, if the user drives a vehicle to travel at a high speed once, the terminal device of the user receives a plurality of ETC fee deduction messages one by one and notifies the user one by one. As shown in fig. 1, a schematic diagram of an ETC fee deduction short message is shown.
For another example, in the hospital treatment process, in order to reduce the complexity of treatment, the user may handle the treatment card, and the treatment card is bound with the terminal device of the user. Therefore, the user can recharge the attendance card in advance and pay by using the attendance card in the attendance process, such as registration fee, inspection fee, medical fee and the like. Therefore, in a single visit process, the terminal device may receive a plurality of visit fee deduction messages and notify the user one by one.
For another example, when the current flow of the terminal device exceeds the preset flow, if the user continues to consume the flow of the terminal device, the terminal device may frequently receive a plurality of short messages exceeding the flow, and notify the user one by one.
In summary, the plurality of ETC fee deduction short messages belong to the same type of information, the plurality of visit fee deduction short messages also belong to the same type of information, and the plurality of excess flow short messages also belong to the same type of information. If the terminal device notifies the user of the same type of information item by item, the screen of the terminal device needs to be lighted many times in the notification process, so that the electric quantity of the terminal device is consumed. In addition, the same type of information is frequently notified, so that the user experience is poor.
The embodiment of the application discloses an information processing method, terminal equipment and a storage medium, wherein if a preset target keyword exists in current communication information of a target application program, the current key information can be acquired from the current communication information, and due to the fact that to-be-integrated information corresponding to the current communication information exists in the target application program, the to-be-integrated information can be integrated according to the current communication information to obtain integrated information. Therefore, the integration information can be output without outputting the current communication information one by one and the information to be integrated, the output quantity of the information is reduced, the electric quantity loss of the terminal equipment is avoided being large, and the use experience of a user is improved.
The following describes in detail an information processing method disclosed in an embodiment of the present application.
Fig. 2A is a schematic flowchart of an information processing method according to an embodiment of the present application. The method may be applied to a terminal device, which may include, for example, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, an ultra-mobile personal computer (UMPC), a handheld computer, a netbook, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), a wearable device (such as a watch, a wrist, glasses, a helmet, a headband, etc.), and the specific form of the terminal device is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2A, the method includes:
201. and acquiring the current communication information of the target application program.
It is understood that the target application may be an application installed in the terminal device, and the target application may be an interactive application installed in the terminal device. Thus, the current communication information is the communication information sent by the information sending end which carries out information interaction with the terminal equipment. For example, the current communication information may be an ETC fee deduction message, a visit fee deduction message, an excess flow message, or the like.
202. And under the condition that the current communication information comprises preset target keywords, acquiring the current key information in the current communication information.
In the embodiment of the present application, the target keyword may be set in advance. The target keyword may be a single keyword or a plurality of keywords, which is not limited in this application.
It is to be understood that, in the case where the target keyword includes a plurality of keywords, the current communication information including the preset target keyword may be: the current information includes any one of the plurality of keywords, or the current information includes a first specified number of keywords of the plurality of keywords. The first specific number may be the same as the total number of words of the plurality of keywords, or a ratio of the first specific number to the total number of words of the plurality of keywords is greater than or equal to a first preset ratio.
Wherein the target keyword may be determined by, but not limited to, the following means:
the method comprises the steps of firstly, determining target keywords in a manual setting mode.
Illustratively, first, as shown in fig. 2B, in an information presentation page of the terminal device, an option control is provided. In this way, the user can perform triggering operation on the option control.
Then, when the terminal device detects the triggering operation of the option control, the terminal device may be presented with an operation list. For example, as shown in fig. 2C, a control for viewing detailed information, a control for placing a top, a control for calling, a control for setting integrated information, and a control for setting keywords may be included in the operation list. In this way, the user can perform trigger operation on the control for setting the keyword.
Then, when the terminal device detects a trigger operation on a control for setting a keyword, the terminal device may be presented with an input area. For example, as shown in FIG. 2D, the input area may include a plurality of input box controls. Thus, the user may input the target keywords in the input box, for example, the target keywords may include "key 1", "key 2", "key 3", and "key 4" shown in fig. 2D. It should be noted that, if the number of the target keywords exceeds the number of the input boxes, the "+" control shown in fig. 2D may be triggered to add an input box to the terminal device. The above-described process is only exemplary and the present application is not limited thereto.
And secondly, obtaining a communication information sample sent by the information sending end in the current period, and if the total sample number of the communication information sample is greater than or equal to a preset number threshold, performing word segmentation processing on the communication information sample to obtain candidate word segmentation of the communication information sample. If the same candidate segmentation exists in the second specified number of communication information samples, the same candidate segmentation can be used as the target keyword. The second specified number may be a product of the total number of samples and a second preset ratio, or the total number of samples. For example, the second predetermined ratio may be a value between 95% and 1, and the predetermined number threshold may be a positive integer greater than or equal to 6.
For example, assuming that the current period may be the current day, the preset number threshold is 6, and the second preset ratio is 98%, the terminal device may collect a communication information sample sent by the information sending end on the current day. In this way, if the total sample number of the communication information samples of the current day is 10, the word segmentation processing is performed on the communication information samples of the current day respectively to obtain candidate word segmentation corresponding to the communication information samples of the current day. Next, since the candidate segments "ETC toll" and "available balance" are present in the communication information sample of the current day, the target keywords include "ETC toll" and "available balance", the above example is merely an exemplary illustration, and the present application does not specifically limit this.
Of course, the target keywords can be determined in other manners. For example, based on the method described in the second mode, the terminal device may obtain the communication information sample sent by the sending end in the current period, and if the total sample number of the communication information sample is greater than or equal to the preset number threshold, the target keyword may be obtained from the communication information sample by using a preset keyword extraction algorithm. The preset keyword extraction algorithm may be a TF-IDF (term frequency-inverse text frequency) keyword extraction algorithm or an LDA (document topic generation model) keyword extraction algorithm.
It can be understood that, before the communication information samples sent by the information sending end are obtained according to the preset period, the user may start the information integration function of the information sending end in the terminal device. For example, as shown in fig. 2C, the information sending end is "123456", and a user may perform a trigger operation on a control for setting the integrated information. In this way, as shown in fig. 2E, when the terminal device detects a trigger operation on the control for setting the integration information, the terminal device may display a setting page. When the user slides the selection button to one side, the information integration function of the information sending end "123456" is turned on, and when the user slides the selection button to the other side, the information integration function of the information sending end "123456" is turned off. The above-mentioned manner of opening the information integration function is only an exemplary illustration, and the present application is not limited thereto.
In this step, the current key information may be obtained by, but is not limited to, the following alternative embodiments:
in an alternative embodiment, considering that numbers are generally required to be integrated and the numbers are generally located behind keywords, this step may obtain current key information in the current communication information according to the target keywords. Specifically, the current position of the target keyword in the current communication information is determined, and the current key information is obtained according to the current position.
Optionally, a first numeric string after the current position in the current communication information is acquired, and the first numeric string and the target keyword are combined to obtain a combined result, so that the combined result can be used as the current key information.
For example, as shown in fig. 1, if the current communication information is information that the user "123456" transmits at 10:17 today, and the target keyword includes "ETC toll" and "available balance", it may be determined that the target keyword exists in the current communication information. In this way, the first number string after "ETC toll" in the current communication information is "4.66", and the first number string after "available balance" is "3449.31", so that "ETC toll" 4.66 "can be obtained by combining" ETC toll "and" 4.66 ", and" available balance 3449.31 "can be obtained by combining" available balance "and" 3449.31 ", so that the current key information" ETC toll 4.66 "and" available balance 3449.31 "can be obtained, which is only an exemplary illustration, and the present application is not limited specifically.
Optionally, a first numeric string after the current position in the current communication information is acquired, the first numeric string is used as the current key information, and the attribute marking is performed on the current key information, that is, the target keyword is used as the attribute information of the current key information, so that the first numeric string of the same attribute information is subjected to digital integration in the following process.
It should be noted that, if the first numeric string in the current key information is the amount string and the target keyword of the amount string is the consumption amount (e.g., the ETC toll), it may be determined whether the numeric value represented by the amount string is greater than or equal to a preset numeric value, if so, the current communication information is output, and if not, step 203 is executed. In this way, the integration processing is performed when there is small consumption, and the user is notified in time when there is large consumption.
In an alternative embodiment, considering that the user may need to pay attention to other types of characters except for the number, the obtaining the current key information in the current communication information may include: performing word segmentation on the current communication information to obtain a character string to be selected, wherein the character string to be selected can comprise at least one of a number string to be selected and a word to be selected; and acquiring a preset character string type, wherein the character string type may include at least one of a time character string, an amount character string, and an identification character string of a sending end. Therefore, the method and the device can acquire the current key information matched with the type of the character string from the character string to be selected. Illustratively, a preset classification model can be trained in advance according to a character string sample of the same character string type to obtain a target classification module of the same character string type, so that a character string to be selected can be input into the target classification module to obtain whether the character string to be selected belongs to the same character string type. For example, the preset classification model may be an SVM (support vector machine) model or the like.
It can be understood that, if it is determined that the candidate character string belongs to the same character string type, the candidate character may be used as current key information, and attribute marking may be performed on the current key information, that is, the same character string type is used as attribute information of the current key information, so that key information of the same attribute information may be integrated later.
203. And integrating the information to be integrated corresponding to the current communication information according to the current key information to obtain integrated information, wherein the information to be integrated is information in the target application program.
Wherein, the integrated information can be obtained by, but not limited to, the following ways:
the method comprises the steps that in the first mode, current key information can be stored into to-be-integrated information corresponding to current communication information; and according to historical key information and current key information included in the information to be integrated, integration processing is carried out to obtain integrated information.
The historical communication information and the current communication information to which the historical key information belongs are the same type of information, for example, the historical communication information and the current communication information are both information sent by the user '123456', the historical key information and the current key information have the same attribute, for example, the historical key information and the current key information both belong to 'ETC toll' information, or both belong to 'available balance' information. Thus, the attribute information of the integrated information is also the same as the attribute information of the current key information.
Further, the historical key information includes, but is not limited to, any of the following:
(1) the historical key information may be the integrated key information corresponding to the previous historical communication information. Therefore, the method and the device can integrate the current key information and the historical key information to obtain integrated information.
Therefore, the information to be integrated can be integrated according to the key information corresponding to the acquired communication information each time, and the integration result has real-time performance.
(2) The historical key information is the key information which is not integrated and corresponds to the historical communication information in the first preset time period. In consideration of the fact that new communication information can be acquired in the first preset time period, in order to improve integration accuracy and reduce integration times, the method and the device can also acquire new key information corresponding to the new communication information in the specified time period, wherein the starting time of the specified time period is the current time, and the ending time of the specified time period is the same as the ending time of the first preset time period. Therefore, the method and the device can integrate all key information included in the information to be integrated at the termination time of the first preset time period to obtain the integrated information, wherein all the key information is history key information, current key information and new key information.
Therefore, all corresponding key information in the first preset time period can be acquired, and data integration processing is performed once according to all the key information, so that one integrated information exists in the preset time period, and the integration times are reduced.
In summary, the information to be integrated in the first mode is used to store the target key information of the target communication information and the current key information of the current communication information, and the target communication information and the current communication information are the same type of information. The target key information may be the history key information in (1) above; or, the historical key information and the new key information in the above (2).
It should be noted that, if the information type of the current communication information is the target type and the current communication information is information obtained by the terminal device for the first time, the information to be integrated may not be created in the terminal device. Therefore, before this step, the method may further include: detecting whether the current communication information has corresponding information to be integrated, if so, executing integration processing on the information to be integrated corresponding to the current communication information according to the current key information to obtain integrated information; and if the information does not exist, creating the information to be integrated.
For example, the target type may be identification information of the sender or a target keyword. For example, if the current communication information is information sent by the user "123456" and the terminal device does not create information to be integrated for the user "123456", the terminal device needs to create information to be integrated for the user "123456". For another example, if the target keywords of the current communication information are "ETC toll" and "available balance", and the terminal device does not create the information to be integrated for the target keywords "ETC toll" and "available balance", the terminal device needs to create the information to be integrated for the target keywords "ETC toll" and "available balance".
And in the second mode, the information to be integrated and the current communication information are the same type of information in a second preset time period. Therefore, the step can integrate the current key information and the key information to be integrated in the information to be integrated to obtain the integrated information. The key information to be integrated and the current key information are of the same attribute, for example, the key information to be integrated and the current key information both belong to the information of "ETC toll" or both belong to the information of "available balance". Thus, the attribute information of the integrated information is also the same as the attribute information of the current key information.
It can be understood that, since the terminal device may acquire the same type of information (i.e., the information to be integrated and the current communication information) within the second preset time period, and perform integration processing according to the key information (i.e., the key information to be integrated and the current key information) of the same type of information, it is not necessary to create a new information to store the same type of key information during the integration processing.
204. And outputting the integrated information.
In alternative embodiments of the present application, the consolidated information may be output by, but is not limited to:
and outputting the integration information according to the preset output time.
It is understood that the preset output time may be a time preset by a user. Illustratively, the preset output time may be 20:00 per day, so that the terminal device may output the integrated information at 20:00 per day.
Outputting integration information according to a preset output moment and a preset output parameter; the preset output parameters comprise at least one of preset output duration and a preset output template.
It can be understood that the output of the integrated information for a long time may cause a large power consumption of the terminal device. To avoid this problem, in an optional embodiment of the present application, the preset output duration may be set, so that the integration information may be output according to the preset output duration.
It should be understood that, since the integrated information is information obtained by integrating the key information, the readability of the integrated information is poor. In order to avoid this problem, the present application may preset a preset output template corresponding to the integration information. The preset output template is provided with positions to be filled, and each position to be filled has corresponding attribute information to be filled, so that the position to be filled corresponding to the integrated information can be determined according to the attribute information of the integrated information and the attribute information to be filled of the position to be filled, and the integrated information is filled into the position to be filled in the preset output template and then output.
For example, as shown in fig. 2F, the preset output template may preset a first location of "23/4/2020", a second location of "158", and a third location of "3301.17" as the to-be-filled locations, and the to-be-filled attribute information of the first location is a date, the to-be-filled attribute information of the second location is an ETC communication fee, and the to-be-filled attribute information of the third location is an available balance. In this way, in the case where the terminal device acquires the integrated information "23/4/2020", "158", and "3301.17", the attribute information of "23/4/2020" is the date, the attribute information of "158" is the ETC communication fee, and the attribute information of "3301.17" is the available balance, the terminal device may fill the integrated information "23/4/2020" in the first location, fill the integrated information "158" in the second location, and fill the integrated information "3301.17" in the third location.
Further, since the user pays attention to the integrated information at the position to be filled in, the integrated information at the position to be filled in can be output according to a preset display form. For example, the preset display form may be at least one of a bold form, a first designated color, an underline, and the like, and a difference between the first designated color and a background color at a position other than the position to be filled in the preset output template is greater than or equal to a preset color difference value, for example, the first designated color is red, and the background color at the other position is white.
Since the integrated information is integrated information, an integrated information flag may be provided in the integrated information to distinguish between the integrated information and the information that is not integrated. For example, as shown in fig. 2F, the integrated information identifier may include "this is integrated information, and please see the read information", and the integrated information identifier is only an exemplary illustration, and the application does not specially limit this.
In addition, considering that there are various information types of the integrated information, the output of the integrated information may be performed by, but not limited to, the following alternative embodiments:
in an optional embodiment, when the integration information includes the first text information, the terminal device displays the first text information; or, converting the first text information into first voice information, and playing the first voice information; or the first text information is converted into the first voice information, the first voice information is played, and the first text information is displayed, so that the user can be reminded intensively.
In an optional embodiment, when the integrated information includes the second voice information, the terminal device plays the second voice information; or converting the second voice information into second text information and displaying the second text information; or converting the second voice information into second text information, playing the second voice information and displaying the second text information.
In an optional third embodiment, the terminal device may detect whether the terminal device is in a standby state, and if the terminal device is in the standby state, the integrated information may be output according to the optional first embodiment or the optional second embodiment. If the terminal device is in a working state, acquiring a current execution event of the terminal device, judging whether the event type of the current execution event is a multimedia playing event (such as a video playing event or a music playing event), and if the event type of the current execution event is the multimedia event, displaying the integrated information in a text form through a prompt box in order to avoid interference on the currently played multimedia; or, after detecting that the currently played multimedia is played, outputting the integration information according to the first optional embodiment or the second optional embodiment.
In an optional fourth embodiment, the terminal device may obtain a noise parameter of an environment where the terminal device is currently located, and if the noise parameter is greater than a preset noise value, the user may not be able to accurately recognize the voice information at this time, so that the terminal device outputs integrated information in a text form; if the noise operation is smaller than the preset noise value, the user can accurately recognize the voice information at the moment, so that the terminal equipment outputs the integrated information in the voice form.
In an optional embodiment, the terminal device detects whether to establish a connection with the headset device (for example, establish a wireless connection or a wired connection), and if it is detected that the connection with the headset device is established, the terminal device outputs integration information in a voice form; and if the connection with the earphone equipment is not detected, the terminal equipment outputs the integrated information in the text form.
An optional embodiment sixth, in a case that the integration information includes the third text information, the terminal device may detect whether the terminal device is in a standby state, and if the terminal device is in the standby state, the integration information may be output according to the optional embodiment first. If the terminal device is in a working state, in order to avoid causing output interference to a current execution event of the terminal device, the embodiment of the application can display the integrated information and the current execution event in a split screen manner, that is, the display screen of the terminal device can be divided into a first sub display screen and a second sub display screen in advance, the integrated information is displayed on the first sub display screen, and the current execution event is displayed on the second sub display screen. Therefore, the terminal equipment can realize the simultaneous display of different information.
It is understood that the first area of the first sub-display and the second area of the second sub-display may be preset, for example, the first area of the first sub-display may be set smaller than the second area of the second sub-display because the information amount of the integrated information is small. In addition, in order to enable the user to quickly view the first sub-display screen, the color of the first sub-display screen can be set to be a second designated color (for example, green, yellow, and the like), so that the first sub-display screen can be highlighted.
By adopting the method, if the current communication information of the target application program has the preset target keyword, the current key information can be obtained from the current communication information, and the information to be integrated corresponding to the current communication information exists in the target application program, so that the information to be integrated can be integrated according to the current communication information to obtain the integrated information. Therefore, the integration information can be output without outputting the current communication information one by one and the information to be integrated, the output quantity of the information is reduced, the electric quantity loss of the terminal equipment is avoided being large, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Referring to fig. 2A, as shown in fig. 3, in an alternative embodiment of the present application, before step 202, the method may further include:
205. and acquiring the identification information of the information sending end of the current communication information.
The identification information of the information sending end may be, for example, a telephone number or a user name, etc.
Thus, step 202 may be replaced with 202A: and acquiring current key information in the current communication information under the condition that the identification information is preset integrated identification information and the current communication information comprises preset target keywords.
It can be understood that, if the identification information is not the preset integrated identification information, it may be determined that the current communication information does not need to be integrated, and at this time, the current communication information is output.
It should be understood that a plurality of sending terminals may all send communication information including the target keyword, but the user may not need to perform the information processing method described in the embodiment of the present application on all the communication information sent by the plurality of sending terminals. For example, the communication information transmitted by the transmitting end a and the transmitting end B both include the target keyword ETC, and the frequency of transmitting the communication information by the transmitting end a is low, and the frequency of transmitting the communication information by the transmitting end B is high, so that it is not necessary to perform the integration processing on the communication information transmitted by the transmitting end a, and it is necessary to perform the signal integration processing on the communication information transmitted by the transmitting end B. Therefore, the information sending end which needs to be integrated can be integrated and set. For example, the information integration function of the information sending end may be started according to the method in the embodiment shown in fig. 2E. Or, preset integration identification information of the information sending end needing integration processing may be stored in advance.
In summary, by acquiring the identification information of the information sending end and judging whether the current communication information includes the preset target keyword, the terminal device can accurately identify whether the current communication information needs to be integrated, so that the accuracy of integration is improved, and the information sent by the sending end which does not need to be integrated is prevented from being integrated.
Referring to fig. 2A, as shown in fig. 4A, if the first method described in step 203 is used to obtain the integration information and the historical key information is the content described in step 203(1), after step 204, the method may further include:
206. and marking the historical communication information to which the current communication information and the historical key information belong as a read state.
It can be understood that, because the integrated information already contains the information that the user needs to view, the current communication information and the historical communication information do not need to be marked as unread in the information list, and the user is prevented from viewing the information repeatedly.
As shown in fig. 4B, to avoid occupying storage space, step 206 may also be replaced with 206A: and deleting the current communication information and the historical communication information to which the historical key information belongs.
In an alternative embodiment, the terminal device may receive a deletion instruction from a user, and delete the current communication information and the historical communication information according to the deletion instruction. In another alternative embodiment, the terminal device may store the current communication information and the historical communication information in the temporary storage area, and delete the current communication information and the historical communication information in the temporary storage area after a certain period of time (for example, 30 days). In summary, by deleting the current communication information and the historical communication information, the information is prevented from being repeatedly output.
Referring to fig. 2A, as shown in fig. 5A, in an alternative embodiment of the present application, if the first integration information is obtained in the manner described in step 203 and the historical key information is the content described in step 203(2), after step 204, the method may further include:
207. and marking the current communication information, the new communication information and the historical communication information to which the historical key information belongs as a read state.
As shown in fig. 5B, step 207 may also be replaced with 207A: and deleting the current communication information, the new communication information and the historical communication information to which the historical key information belongs.
For specific content, reference may be made to content in the embodiment shown in fig. 4A and fig. 4B, which is not described herein again.
With reference to fig. 2A, as shown in fig. 6A, if the integrated information is obtained in the second manner described in step 203, after step 204, the method may further include:
208. and marking the current communication information and the information to be integrated into a read state.
As shown in fig. 6B, step 208 may also be replaced with 208A: and deleting the current communication information and the information to be integrated.
For specific content, reference may be made to content in the embodiment shown in fig. 4A and fig. 4B, which is not described herein again.
